Today I went to get a second opinion for my five-year-old son, and ended up enrolling my whole family as new patients of Dr Sandra Parker DDS. I had been thinking of changing our dentist for quite some time and I think we struck GOLD finding her. We walked in and we were immediately greeted, I noticed right away the beautiful bright office, very clean, and inviting and VERY child-friendly, something that I was not used to, but it was something I was definitely looking for. Check-in was a breeze, Lenice, at the front desk, already had my son's paperwork printed up, I just had to add a little bit more information, but it was such a relief to have everything pre-prepared. The staff were very attentive, they were engaging with ALL of my family and I really appreciated that. I took the time to look around the office, and was very pleased to see that EVERYTHING that I was able to see, was in pristine shape including the bathroom :-) After my son had his X-rays and pictures done, we sat down with Dr Parker, who took her time to explain everything in detail. I was really impressed by her professionalism, and as time went on, I knew she was going to be our new dentist. She didn't try to rush through the consultation, and she was very friendly and engaging with my husband and I. She took the time to answer every question and concern that we had, and by the time everything was all said and done, I was very comfortable with her and her staff, they all made an excellent first impression. And speaking of first impressions, my kids talked about how great THEIR experience was too. My five-year-old was actually a little upset that we were leaving, which gave me a little chuckle, who's 5 your old doesn't want to leave a dentist office? Mine! That's who LOL. Both my 7 year old and five year old talked about how much fun they had there all the way home in the car, and BOTH of them said they couldn't wait to go back! Can you believe it! Even my thirteen-year-old was impressed, when I asked him how did he like the office and staff, he gave me the Joe Cool smile :-) All in all, I could kick myself for driving by her place time and time again, saying," I need to go check that place out", but never did. First off.. let me just say I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST! I always have! My prior experience with the dentist I used to go to was terrible. They numbed me once, waited too long to get started, and half way through drilling I felt pain. I told them I could feel it and they ignored me and kept going anyways -_- I had to push her arm away just so she would stop. And then they had to numb me again ( with the most painful shot I have ever had). So I was pretty traumatized.. I finally decided I should probably go to the dentist and get my teeth checked up. Obviously nervous. Right when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and the whole team was super nice the entire time. Dr. Parker is by far the best dentist I have ever been to and she has changed my mind about going. Went in today to get my first round of fillings (TERRIFIED) and she understood how nervous I was. She was extremely gentle and I didn't even feel the shot AT ALL. When she came back to give me the second shot, I didn't even care. She was fast, but thorough and took great care of me. I have another appointment and I am actually excited to go. Dr. Parker and her whole team have changed my entire perspective on going to the dentist. I think the best part is, no matter what insurance you have or what you can afford, she takes great care of you and does not treat you as just another number. Whether you have children who are afraid or you just despise dentist visits, I highly HIGHLY recommend you go to Dr. Parker. read more

Hi Again Everyone. This is SaL De La Torre. I gave a review not too long ago about Sandra Parker DDS, MYS(Make you smile)My patent Dr. Parker ! LOL. The last review was about that it's been so long that I had a positive experience for dental work until I found Dr. Parker and her wonderfully, friendly staff. They will go waayyy out of their bondiers, positive bondiers, to help you get the smile you've been looking for, not the ones that give you different color crowns/caps or grind down your teeth like a lost vampire. They recently put in 2 crowns and a better matching cap towards the back when places would tell you it's better to. I wanted to keep all of mine to eat better, eat more that is. They did it ! Better for face structure they said. I can use all the help there that's for sure. Well, a week after that I broke part of my cap eating tortilla chips. Of all things ! It was happy hour, what can I say. The Marvellets made me an appointment to go in as soon as I was ready. No long waits till next winter, spring, summer or fall. Just like that. As I said before, I say it now, The Doc, the Twilight girls staff are pretty something Special. Be nice and they'll put you in a room with TV/movies. Not my room ! I've been coming here for almost a year and they are AMAZING! She understands not everyone has money and works with you to prioritize your needs while still keeping you pain free in the process. In the past year with Sandra Parker and her team I have been pain free and accomplished what I have not been able to do for 2 decades now which is to actually save my teeth, keep my dignity and be proud of my Smile. I still have a few visits to go before I am just a twice annual cleaning client, but I have never been happier and felt more confident in myself now that I've found her. She walk you through everything, comes up with amazing ideas and out of the box plans to benefit the patient. She truly does put the patient FIRST. I will never see another Dentist as long as she is around and recommend her to EVERYONE! Seriously cannot say enough good things about her. She also has a photo booth with props for after pictures and kids room decked out with pictures, toys and goodie bags for the kids, yes the kids get to take an actual toy home! And a play area in the waiting To play while the parents or siblings are getting worked on. Seriously no other Dentist like her. If you are looking, or even if you already have a dentist, leave them and come to her you won't regret it. Even with emergency visits I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen! I have been to a lot of great dentists in the Chicago area. However, over the Christmas break, the attention that Dr. Parker and the fabulous DNA, Gina gave me is really worth commending. I have had problematic gums for months and have had them cleaned, but Dr. Parker and Gina cleaned my teeth so well--for free--that my gums are no longer bleeding. It's a darn-near miracle. They were incredibly professional and pleasant. What is more, Gina gave me great advice, and I have been flossing at least twice day, which is another miracle. The clinic is kid friendly; my three-year-old daughter and her cousins played in this expansive interactive room for over an hour while I was getting helped. She didn't miss me in the slightest. I really hope to come visit them again when I am in the California area and plan on bringing my whole family in for check-ups and cleanings. Keep up the great work Dr. Parker and team! read more

1st off, I am not a person to write reviews, although I do read reviews everyday researching products and services and understand their importance. I have continued to have such amazingly good experiences at Dr Sandra's office I thought I would share them with you. I have visited Dr Sandra office a total of 3x and she and her team are amazing. The office is clean as you would come to expect from your dentist. What I love is they are current on the technology side of things. From the appointment process all the way to x-rays and fillings you get the sense that you are in great hands. If your insurance does not cover a particular procedure, don't worry, Dr. Sandra offers many options for payment that will fit your income. Everyone that works there is kind and respectful. I would like to recommend Dr. Sandra to anyone who may be looking for a DDS. read more

Dr. Parker is the most wonderful Dentist I have been to. The whole staff is very friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. I had to have some teeth pulled even the surgeon made me feel comfortable, that is hard when they are taking 7 teeth from you. I would recommend her to anyone who need any type of dental work done. If I had a dentist like her when I was younger maybe I would not have had a phobia of dentist like I did, but she broke that phobia, I now am Happy with my choice going to her and her staff. I spent 10 years as a Salesman in the Dental field in So. California, and have met hundreds of dentists. When it came time to choose the dentist for my family, I picked Dr. Sandra Parker. Her office has all the latest technology (digital x-rays, CEREC for single visit crowns, lasers for treating gum disease,...). Dr. Parker is so friendly and fun to be with and her entire staff makes you feel relaxed and calm. The entire team works fast and efficient and you can tell they enjoy and have fun treating their patients. Personally, Dr. Parker has done 2 single visit crowns for me (in one appointment) and put on braces for my son. Dr. Sandra Parker is pure quality and comfort. After neglecting my teeth for several years I knew It was time to go in. I had a ton of cavities and I knew I needed fillings. I'm just so happy didn't wait any longer , things were not looking good. thankfully it all changed at Dr. Sandra Parker's office. This office is really clean and everyone was really professional. They know what they're doing and it shows. Pain free anesthesia and I mean pain free!. I'm not worried about my teeth anymore and that's a great feeling. I went to Dr Parkers office with what I consider to be a kinda embarrassing situation. But from the moment I walked in I was greeted with the warmth and kindness. From Kalie at the front desk, who was so sweet and nice. She made me feel so welcome. Then Lenice the dental assistant brought me to an examination room, I can't express enough how professional she was not to mention the genuine concern and empathy she displayed concerning myself and my condition. SO COOL ! I cant say enough nice things about Dr Parker and her staff. Dr. Parker was so knowledgeable and understanding, Ill tell you if I had children there is no other dentist I would take them too. I hadn't been to the dentist in 9 years. I was so nervous to go, but the moment I arrived for my appt, I was put at ease. The front desk girl was a complete doll. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. She did my xrays and pics too and I can't believe how easy and painless she made it. The gentleman that cleaned my teeth was a complete pro. Just gentle as could be and the results were amazing. Dr. Parker was professional, helpful and friendly. I really wish I could give them a higher rating. Everyone in the office is so welcoming, friendly, and professional. Most people don't like going to the dentist but doctor Parker and all her staff will make you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in the door. They explain everything to you and just make you feel comfortable about anything you have done. I stay out in Huntington Beach and I feel driving out to Anaheim to go to the Dentist is worth the trip just to see doctor Parker and her staff. Dr. Parker and her whole staff are patient, friendly and so easy to communicate with for scheduling and follow ups. I had a major procedure that took four appointments and they worked with me to space them out because of my very bad TMJ so that I would be less uncomfortable. They make crowns on site and their service is truly seamless from initial xrays to final crown placement. They listened to my questions and took the time to explain all the steps. I trust my whole family to Dr. Parker and am very thankful for how well and kind she's treated us. She's very good with kids. She got my kid to floss consistently without me nagging! I came here to pick up something with my dad and ended up making an appointment for myself. The facility itself is very nice and modern. Everyone here is super friendly and extremely attentive. Dr. Parker is friendly and thorough in her explanations of what she does and any follow-up work needed. Cindy was great and made any down time i had sitting in the chair go by quickly, with fun conversation. They send appointment reminders through text, which for me is very convenient. This has to be the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. After a horrible experience at a different dentist that numbed my throat I have been skeptical to say the least at ever going back to a dentist lol. The staff here at sandra parkers office were so supportive and literally walked me through the entire procedure step by step. I expressed to them my concerns and cindy was so patient and helpful with me I couldn't have asked for better help through it all. They took extra steps to insure the numbing medication did not seep down my throat, stopping multiple times to insure I was doing OK. I highly recommend them to everyone! read more

They take great care of you! Both of my kids (ages 5 and 3) have been coming here since they had teeth and instead of being afraid or scared of going to the dentist, they're happy because they know that "good listening and being a great patient" gets them a cool toy or coloring book or bubbles or some other goodie! Dr. Sandra Parker's dentist is the best dentist I really like this dentist because you get there and they attend you fast. For example your appointment is at 5:00 and you get there 5:07 they get attend you right away either way. They are all so nice and kind. They all treat you with kindness. I am proud with all the people that work there because they do an amazingly job. They all know how to work together and teach other what they don't know how to do. This is a Dentist were you want to come get your dental work done for the whole family ! All the girls have great customer service on top of that Dr.Sandra L. Parker is really gentle with the procedure as well as her helpers Mia & Lenice.Its a really clean Dental office & it almost sparkles,thats how clean she keeps it too.Plus if you have kids she has allot of cool toys and gifts to take back home for the little ones.The kids well be happy and enjoy the dentist vist .She has a cool kids play room set up on top of that the kids get to see cartoons while they get there teeth cleaned or mouth work done . read more
