Mo the owner super chill guy. Fun conversationalist and you can tell he has a really big passion for his business. I definitely will be making this spot a regular on my circulation of cafes. Chill outdoor seating but he is moving from the trailer to the plaza right behind the trailer. He roasted his own beans and the Turkish coffee is definitely authentic and delicious. Will be back to try the food and other drinks. He is open until 4 which is awesome for the afternoon pick me up

Came for a smog test next door and saw this gem! They have all kinds of coffees! I was surprised by the large variety of choices! I was feeling a lavender iced latte . It was very flavorful. they have nice and comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy your drink and day. Also cherry on top! Owner is a really cool guy. Very welcoming, very friendly, and very helpful. Ill definitely be coming back! Thank you

Love this cute café! Much needed in Oceanside and a welcome addition to the coffee scene. I had a dirty chai latte the first time and then a saffron and cardamom latte the second time and both were amazing. The staff and the owner have all been friendly and welcoming; they really curate a good vibe for all. I loved their little book case filled with literature on Palestinian culture and history and they have a few products by local SWANA makers. Worth stopping by for a drink, a read, or a chat with the staff.

Highly recommend! I've been here a few times and the owner is super kind + friendly, always making sure the pup gets her pup cup first. We've tried the Spanish latte, tiramisu latte, and coconut latte. I've loved all of them but my favorite has been the coconut latte-- I feel like I'm back in Hawaii! Overall great service and coffee. Will definitely keep coming back, and can't wait for the storefront to be open soon!

Great authentic Turkish coffee! The owner is super nice. The other patrons were great to chat with while there. The Turkish Delight was great too!

This coffee truck is perfect! It's located beside another food truck and a mechanics shop. Parking is limited. There was plenty of outdoor seating. It's a great place to hang out. I got their pastries today. It was average. I'm not sure if they made it or not. The chocolate chip croissant was good. The plain croissant was nothing special. Service was friendly. I Will need to try their coffee next time.

I heard that there was a new café in town, and I decided to check them out. Introducing Sands Coffee Roasters, located on Oceanside Boulevard and Camelot. Sands Coffee Roasters specializes in Turkish coffee and uses the traditional means of hot sand in order to brew the fresh coffee beans. It was very interesting, just viewing the process and having it explained to me and the beans are very rich and yet are not bitter. I'm not really a coffee Aficionado, but I can really appreciate the care & preparation into this drink and I also appreciate that they have alternative milk options. You can find this small-business gem on Oceanside Boulevard & Camelot Drive, in the Five Star Smog parking lot. They have a very cute outdoor dining-area with umbrella for shading that seats a few customers. The breeze that blows through the area is cooling and the only downside is the random traffic noise. They have a great menu selection that features: Espresso Americano Cappuccino Mocha Nitro Latté Shakerato Affogato Tai Tea Teas Mexican Chocolate I can also appreciate that they serve various sweets & pastries that are all locally sourced. I highly recommend this gem of a café if you appreciate good coffee & supporting small businesses. I also appreciate the fantastic price-points too! Everything is so affordable! I guess the only downside I can give this place is a lack of a restroom, but I believe that customers can ask the Smog Shop next door if there's an emergency. Other than that, this place is awesome blessing to the Oceanside Coffee Drinking Community.

Dear Yelp Community, Tried this mobile coffee company recently. For a small cart, the menu is extensive. Staff is cheerful. Brings hospitality to the area. Well wishes. Sincerely, Anna

I'm excited for them to open their store soon! Their lattes are excellent (I tried the biscoff and the Vanilla saffron cardamom). Great energy from the owner made our experience even better- we can't wait to come back.

Sands Coffee Roasters is a cute little coffee truck in Oceanside with tons of great coffee and tea options. The barista was super friendly and got our big order done fast, even though she was the only one making the drinks. Definitely try the Crème Brûlée latte - it's got a perfect mix of nutty and sweet flavors. I'll be back to try more, especially since they have unique drinks like a Tiramisu Latte and a Peanut Butter and Strawberry Latte. There are a few parking spots out front, plus a bunch of other food trucks around, and some tables and chairs where you can hang out, sip your coffee, and enjoy the fresh air.

The service was well, good coffee if you like bananas and coconut. Support local businesses!

Friendly and helpful service. Had a lavender coffee. Not to sweet. I enjoyed it and would get it again. Cutest lil coffee trailer. I liked the cups sleeve also. It covered the whole cup. There are tables and chairs with umbrellas in front also.

They truly have some of the most inventive flavors I've ever seen AND they're all super delicious! Their branding is too cute and I love all of the intentional touches. They even have a small sink in the corner of the shop because with ice cream comes sticky hands. Such a darling shop! We went for Berrily Good which is their elevated take on a classic strawberry. It features ecology center strawberry cream, elderflower liqueur, and elderflower strawberry swirl. Super yums! Their ice cream has a slightly stretchy and chewy texture which I love. Also, they're really intentional about each scoop. They have an array of toppings and make sure to dress up each one. I'll definitely be back!

The flavors sounded so cool and I tried all four vegan options (S'mores, Three Strikes, Lavender Haze, and Vanilla Cake), the peanut buttery bite I had of Three Strikes had me excited so I got that flavor, but the soggy bits of kettle corn in my actual scoop weren't enjoyable. If I were to choose again, I would've gotten the Lavender Haze. The service was fantastic. The line was way out the door yet each time a staff greeted a new customer, it was with a bright welcoming smile and invite to sample flavors or get their scoops going. The inside is cute & I love the plants. They have a little sink, I'm guessing for sticky fingers to wash up after finishing their scoops! With only one doorway to enter/exit, it was cramped when people left after paying for their dessert. If someone was in a wheelchair, a lot of movement of the people in line would've had to happen for them to use the ramp walkway and get through the door. Street parking was easy! If I go back with others, I'd consider trying a new flavor if one comes, but for now, I have no desire to go back.

I would happily make questionable life decisions for another scoop of it. But honestly, what made this experience stand out wasn't just the gelato--it was Venezia. Huge shoutout to her for being so patient while we stood there completely incapable of making a decision. Instead of rushing us, she took the time to help us figure out what flavors we actually wanted and gave us recommendations that absolutely did not miss. She was incredibly sweet, genuinely welcoming, and made the whole experience so much better. And listen, this place is about an hour drive for me. An HOUR. Yet I'm already planning my return trip because the quality of the gelato and the service made it 100% worth it. If you're anywhere near this place, do yourself a favor and stop by. The gelato is ridiculously creamy, packed with flavor, and made with the kind of quality you can taste immediately. Dare I say it... the creaminess might even be better than An's Gelato . 10/10. Came for the gelato, left wanting to be friends with Venezia

As soon as you walk through the entrance gate, you are transported to a lovely tea garden. We did make reservations ahead as it is reservation only. Rushell greeted us and we were quickly seated. We chose the La Dolce Vita Tea Experience. We were able to sniff the tea leaves first in individual test tubes which absolutely helped me pick my tea. I loved that experience! Once everything was selected, we were brought out our teas and salads. The salad was refreshing and I especially enjoyed the fresh tomatoes, garbanzo beans, and house vinaigrette. I had the Eiffel tea and absolutely loved it. I typically prefer black teas with either hints of floral or fruit notes and this tea had the perfect combination. We were then given our individual towers/ tea tiers which consisted of three sandwiches (smoked salmon pinwheels, apple Brie melt, and Prosciutto, Feta And Balsamic Fig Sandwich) of our choosing, a cranberry orange cake scone with creme Fraîche and strawberry preserves, and a trio of desserts (lemon cake with blueberries, petite four, and a rosemary shortbread). I honestly loved everything I ordered. I loved the cake scone as it was very moist and the sandwiches were all divine with powerful flavors in each bite. I didn't love the creme fraîche, as I prefer clotted cream with my scones, but it does offer a great break from sweetness of the cake scone. I especially enjoyed how toasted the Apple Brie melt was. I love short breads and petite fours, so I'm a bit biased but they were my favorite desserts. Not only did we have a lovely time due to the atmosphere, tea, and delicious food, but we thoroughly enjoyed Rushell herself! She was so welcoming and shared so much with us. One of the best items is the Chicken and Waffles Benedict ($19). It worked extremely well together with the sweetness of the Belgian waffle and the savory notes of the chicken. It included small containers of maple syrup. The hashbrowns were the best! They really killed it with the super crispy outside. Loved it! However, DH liked the Savory Crêpe ($15) even more! This one just had such a great flavor combination: the little bits of chicken, mushrooms, and classic Provence seasoning. The avocado toast ($8.50) with an over-easy egg ($3) was amazing. It features a multigrain bread and just had some great toasty flavors and topped with a little bit of micro greens. Everything worked so well together. The ham and cheese croissant sandwich ($9.25) is a rectangular shaped one. There is an omelette "patty", tomato, and bacon on the inside. This one was also surprisingly good, even when deconstructed and reheated the next day. The kids really enjoyed sharing a sweet crêpe ($14) with four toppings: strawberry, banana, chocolate, and real whipped cream. We tried a cappuccino ($5.25) and a soy latte ($5.25 + $1 for milk substitution). They were really good, not bitter, but I wish it was a little bit more concentrated. Maybe I'll try oatmilk next time. All of the pastries were amazing. We got a bunch to share and enjoy throughout our vacation. We tried two scones ($3.85 each), blueberry and raspberry pecan. The scones were nicely crunchy on the outside, yet soft and tender on the inside. Wow! We froze these for eating the next day and slowly thawed them in the oven and they were still wonderful. The brown butter chocolate chip cookie ($2.95) had a rich buttery taste. The texture is right in the middle and it's pretty large. Holiday Christmas tree cookie ($4.50) is a delicious buttery sugar cookie with a multitude of sprinkles. This one is not very big, but you can tell it required a lot of work to make it. Get more than one! The Chocolatine ($4.75) was a favorite. So flaky and it has a good amount of chocolate in the middle. Cheese Danish ($4.75) and All Day Bun ($3.75) are saved for later so we haven't tried them yet. Overall, an amazing place for a high-quality breakfast. We will be back!

I went to the counter and asked if I had been forgotten. 2 of the employees got to work on my order. The only young woman working there was on her phone and handling food with the same gloves. I said excuse me, to her and pointed out that she had been on her phone and handled food in without getting new gloves. She looked at me and said, "So do you want me to change my gloves?" I replied "yes, it's a sanitation issue. I have worked in the industry and taught restaurant management." She changed gloves, cut off the edges of the Taiyaki waffle she had touched with the other gloves, finished my dish, and slid my finished dish across the counter. She said nothing as she slid the dish of taiyaki towards me, and turned and walked away from the counter. The restaurant had an "A" rating, but the cross contamination issue of handling personal phone and food with the same gloves, is not "A" rating behavior. It was close to closing and I do understand that it was getting late. It is still very disappointing. The restaurant did appear to be clean in the customer area. As I watched all 3 employees, the gentlemen working showed safe and sanitary work behaviors. I hope this cross contamination behavior by the female employee gets corrected.
