They have all the basics plus their own prepared mixed salads with fruit and vegetables (my favorite includes pineapple), a good selection of butters, very good fresh bagels, Brooklyn-roasted coffees, cookies, fresh fruit, dried fruit and nuts, plants. They do not have frozen food but do have an ice cream freezer. They make sandwiches to order but I don't know if that is all day. The owners and staff are all pleasant and helpful. And you know profits are staying in the community, not going to some big corporation.
