Chicken Cordon Bleu with homemade honey mustard. I was in Flagstaff and didn't miss a chance to grab a sandwich at the market.

Everything from scratch. Superior sandwich craftsmanship. Great local small business owned by good people. Make sure you get a cookie. Find them popping up at the uptown market and other locations around the valley. They also cater. We booked Alex and Letti for Mother's Day brunch and ordered delicious pork belly bao buns and several different cookies. Everyone loved it. They haven't ruined me for all other sandwich makers. No comparison.

I am a huge fan of the "shabby" vintage look, and this place is right up my alley. I absolutely love the carved wood bar. The lemon chandelier makes me happy and I wish I had one. The menu is mostly sandwiches, salads and pizza. The pizza is either by the slice or focaccia pizza. I don't think you could go wrong with anything you order--everything we've ever ordered is delicious. The need here knocks my socks off--crispy and chewy and oh so yummy! We ordered a roast beef sandwich and a prosciutto sandwich. Both were served with an apple slaw. Everything was so delicious. Portions are very generous for a reasonable price. We left full bellies, a box of leftovers, and a bag of lemon cookies. That makes for a perfect lunch!!!

Living part-time in Arizona, I've found it can be a challenge to come across truly authentic Italian cuisine, which is why I really appreciate what Chris Bianco brings to the table. Chris is a good friend, and his strong Italian heritage and commitment to using the finest ingredients really shines through. Tried a few of their sandwiches, pizzas, and salads -- simple, honest, and full of flavor, exactly how Italian food should be. Marco (Chris' brother) is often on hand, adding a warm, personal touch that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great spot for locals and a true taste of Italian craftsmanship -- absolutely worth many return visits. Saluti.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Cheba Hut is a cannabis-themed sub shop eatery, and parking ended up being manageable. The place was very busy when I arrived, so I grabbed a seat at the bar. The bartender was clearly juggling a lot but stayed friendly and personable. The place was super clean, and I immediately loved the laid-back neighborhood vibe near Roosevelt Row. I ordered the French dip sub along with a munchie- pretzel nugs. Cheba offers three sandwich sizes (Nug, Pinner, and Blunt), which makes ordering easy depending on your appetite. Everything came out fresh and flavorful, and the pretzel mugs were especially good, soft and salty, Parking here is a little more limited than some other locations, but overall I really enjoyed my first visit and was happy to learn there are multiple Cheba Hut locations around town. I'll definitely be back.

This was my second Cheba Hut experience and it will not be my last. When you find a special sandwich place you just can't keep yourself away. The ultimate test of time - I ordered their Italian. They give it their own twist and it delivers. Everyone working there is super friendly, and there is a ton of seating. Very cool casual sandwich spot.

Came here for lunch with a friend on a Saturday, had a good time! (Drinks in photo not from here)…read more I enjoyed my Cast Iron Egg dish, the shallot (or scallion) cream sauce was the secret winner, but I may want to try something new next time. My friend enjoyed the Pork Chili Verde dish. Portions are decent. We sat outside, which at noon in May is a bit warm, but we eventually moved to a shaded table and that was enjoyable. They have lots of fans and misters outside too. I also picked up a strawberry rhubarb and coconut rum cake for my parents. They loved the strawberry rhubarb, but they said the coconut rum cake was a bit strong on the rum (it tastes exactly like Malibu if you like that). Overall had a good time and would go back, staff was friendly despite it being busy.

A friend of mine suggested this spot for a mid-morning breakfast, and I hadn't been here in years…read moreso I agreed. I read that their parking lot fills up quickly but that there's a public lot across the street, so I parked there and crossed over. This cozy restaurant was fairly busy and we perused the pastry case while waiting in line, lots of tempting treats. My friend ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes which are topped with blueberries. A lot of their menu items have pork in it, but they were good about substituting. The burrito usually has schreiners chorizo, hash browns, cheddar, sunny egg and chili oil with side of salsa verde. I asked for avocado instead of the chorizo. We brought our own drinks so didn't order any. We grabbed a table on their patio since the sun wasn't over our heads yet. It's nice out there and I think they have some fans going to keep the air flowing, and there was also a natural breeze. Our food came out and they were plated beautifully. My burrito looked good, but it had too much hashbrowns and also there wasn't any chili oil, which was a bummer. Maybe they normally put it on the chorizo so they forgot to add it to my avocado. The egg was runny which I like: The salsa verde was delicious; I love cilantro and it had great flavors. I tried the pancakes and they were fairly rich but I liked the tart lemon flavor and the blueberries, one of my favorite fruits. This is a nice place to meet up (small groups) and I'm glad I visited again.
