The sandwich bread comes from up Fresno I believe. I had to ask because of how soft the sourdough bread is. They bake the bread to ensure it is fresh and soft. I also opted in for macaroni salad which was surprisingly delicious. The macaroni was firm and the dressing and overall dish was nice and cold.
