In the mood for Pho, had this restaurant bookmarked, for 3 of their pho's (combo/wagyu/shrimp), they have a BOGO offer - purchase, one at full price ($20) get the second bowl of pho for $1. Of course, we ordered pho, it was good. We did order some other items, unfortunately, one item (sandwich) was missed, and we never received it. The chicken and rice bowl as well as the drinks were also good. As the restaurant wasn't busy, don't understand the lack of customer service (Initially when we ordered, we asked for a cup of ice, never received it until we finished our meal). Restaurant is small with limited seating, located in a small shopping center. Questionable was our waiter, asking for us to pay with cash and asking for a certain amount, don't know why when we were able to pay with credit card.

This is a hidden gem in an unsuspected area of Santa ana. The service was great and inside was nice clean. The food was delicious and well made. The Pho was flavored well with good tasting broth, not too sweet or under flavored. The Garlic noodle with shrimp was a favorite with the was shrimp grilled to perfection. The price was well priced with a special of buy one entree and get second one for $1.00 on selected item. Overall this was a great place.

This review is closer to a 4.5 rating. While looking for a place to eat in Santa Ana, I came across An Noodles & Pho after seeing so many Yelp reviewers rave about their BOGO deal. I was intrigued but also skeptical. Deals that sound too good to be true usually come with smaller portions or mediocre food. I'm happy to say that wasn't the case here. Their BOGO promotion is simple: order one of three eligible pho dishes (Shrimp Pho for $18.99, House Special Pho for $19.99, or American Waygu Pho for $29.99), and for just $1 more, you get a full order of Garlic Noodles with your choice of grilled chicken, beef, or shrimp. The portions are generous, the deal is legitimate, and most importantly, the food is actually good. I left feeling completely full and very satisfied. Value: 5/5. Taste: 4/5. House Special Pho - 4/5. The restaurant says its beef broth is simmered for 20 hours, and it definitely tastes more homemade than the generic broths you find at many pho restaurants, especially outside of Orange County. The broth has a nice layer of rendered beef fat that adds richness and aroma without feeling greasy. That said, I think it could use a little more seasoning. I normally don't like overly salty food, but this broth could use a bit more salt to bring out the flavors. I also wish it had a stronger beef-forward profile. If they addressed those two points, I think the broth would be outstanding. The meats are above average- tender and satisfying, though not particularly memorable. The noodles are okay (quite starchy), but they offer free noodle refills, which is hard to complain about considering the value. Garlic Noodles with Grilled Chicken - 4.5/5. I'm usually not a fan of heavy, bold sauces, but their garlic sauce really won me over. It's rich and aromatic, coating the egg noodles beautifully without becoming overwhelming. The combination of garlic, aromatic oils, and savory flavors makes the dish feel complete and surprisingly addictive. The grilled chicken was flavorful, although I think a little more lemongrass and a deeper char would make it even better. Cucumber Lemonade - 4.5/5. This ended up being one of the pleasant surprises of the meal. It has a refreshing cucumber flavor with a hint of mint, but what really makes it stand out is the subtle salty, briny note that reminds me of Vietnamese preserved lemon or preserved plum. That combination gives the drink much more depth and complexity than a typical lemonade. My only criticism is that it's a bit sweeter and more concentrated than I prefer. Fortunately, the restaurant offers complimentary iced tea at the counter, so I topped off my drink to dilute it slightly. After that, it was even more refreshing. Overall, this was a fantastic find. An Noodles & Pho delivers excellent value without sacrificing quality, which is something that's becoming increasingly rare. The BOGO deal is genuinely one of the best dining values I've found in Orange County, and the food is good enough that I'd come back even without the promotion. There are still several interesting dishes on the menu that I'd like to try, so I'll definitely be returning. If you're looking for a satisfying, budget-friendly pho spot in Orange County, this place is well worth a visit.

My family visited AN Noodles on a Sunday night. I instantly thought it was a good sign that the restaurant was crowded with a 20 minute wait. We ordered within a couple of minutes after being seated and found out that the water, tea, and caffeine free sodas (e.g. orange, grape, lemon lime, or tiki punch) are self-serve and complimentary. For meals we ordered the House Special Pho and got the Garlic Noodles with Bulgogi for $1. We asked for a small plate so that we could share our meals with our toddler and were offered a small bowl of broth and noodles for him for free. Aww. They also offer an Unlimited Noodles Refill for free, though we did not request this. The pho was full of meat and had very tasty broth. The garlic butter noodles and bulgogi was delicious too and just what I was craving! We got the Chicken Satay appetizer but substituted the peanut butter sauce for a cilantro one, due to an allergy. I love peanut sauce but wow, I think I'd order this again with the cilantro sauce, which was creamy and so flavorful! There's also a sweet and sour sauce you could get instead. The appetizer came out after our meals, which was the only negative thing we experienced. Oh, and not having a changing table in the restroom. I had to change my toddler standing up and my infant in the trunk of the car. Service was friendly and efficient. We were checked on an appropriate amount of times and everyone was helpful. There was plenty of parking in the free shopping center lot, but I imagine it could be full on a more crowded night or when the other businesses are open, as the lot is pretty small. Our total with tip was only $36. Unbeatable. We probably would've ordered more food if it weren't already 9:00 (closing time). I already really enjoyed our visit and experience at AN Noodles but the cherry on top was that our toddler absolutely smashed his meal and was scooping broth straight out of my husband's bowl. He even waved bye as we left. Lol. Immediate 5 stars. Final tip: they offer free Cajun fries or a strawberry lemonade for writing a review. Gotta love the deals here! So, this review is for my visit on 5/17/26, posted 5/19/26. We'll be back!

3.5 stars. Heard about this from instagram. Love how there is a special promo of bogo $1 pho or garlic noodle. If u buy #7, 8, or 9, then you get the same one for $1 or #1, 2, or 3 garlic noodle for $1. Pretty good deal. Place is packed which is always a good sign. Ordered combo pho and was able to sub out times I don't eat. And got the ribeye garlic noodles for $1. The ribeye was not very tender. But the garlic noodles were amazing and very delicious The combo pho broth was not super flavorful. But it was a hearty portion and decent.

The service is very friendly and efficient at An Noodles. It's a smaller restaurant that seems to get pretty busy, but the waiters are quick without sacrificing good service. The food is probably more of a 3.5-4, but with that bogo deal and already fair prices you just can't beat it! Great restaurant!

Great pho and amazing deal. Unlimited noodles refill for free. Also buy one pho get 2nd for $1.

Their BOGO Pho is best buy in OC. Highly recommended. The food is super yummy and portions is big. Definitely worth the trip.

Stopped in after playing a round of golf at River View Golf Course. This place is small and cozy. Order was taken quickly. Currently they have a BoGo for their House Special Pho at $19.99, their American Wagyu Pho $29.99 or Garlic Noodles $29.99 and get another for $1 extra!!! We went for the House Special. We had also a Vietnamese coffee, which tasted creamy and deep. They state their broth is boiled for 20 hours and I can confirm the pho broth tasted deep and smooth. Lots of meat in our House Special. If you are close by - definitely recommend to give it a try.

my family and i found this place through social media and decided to come for their BOGO $1 pho deal, and it was worth the drive it did notttt disappoint. we had to sign up on the waitlist through the tablet up front but got seated almost right away. their service was amazing, very kind and helpful employees !! the fam and i will be back for sure !! house special pho: broth was veryyy yummy and i believe they had a sign up mentioning unlimited noodles for free !! house crispy egg rolls: comes with four rolls and a sweet and sour sauce vietnamese house coffee: a favorite from the family !! vietnamese coffee topped with a sea salt cold foam which was sooo good, my dad really liked it that he ordered another one to go thai tea: can't go wrong with a thai tea !! yummy !!

They have the BOGO deal here. So if you come here, you have to choose one of the buy one get one Pho item (Wagyu Pho, Shrimp Pho or House Special Pho) to get the second item for $1. The second item can be either any of their pho bowls or 3 of the garlic noodles (item #1-3 which are Garlic Noodles with shrimp, Garlic Noodles with bulgogi or Garlic Noodles with Grilled Chicken). The pricing of the pho for the BOGO deal ranges from $19-$30. Which is decent considering it's about $11-$15 a bowl when you look at it this way with your free bowl. Plus they offer free noodle refills for those who are hungry! Pretty good deal for anyone who has a big appetite and they don't hesitate to ask you either. Broth was good and bowl was pretty big with plenty of meat for the pho. Water and tea is free and self served. They also have rice plates, banh mi, some specialty drinks & appetizers too if you're craving those! All decently priced as well. We also ordered the sea salt green tea & Thai iced tea. Drinks came out wrong and/or overly sweet but the staff were very friendly and quick to remediate those for us to make it right without issue. Definitely great service and friendly staff. There is decent seating inside. Everything was cleaned and bright. Parking is a good size lot. Definitely go try them out. The value and quality is wort

Can I order the BOGO and share with a friend?

    Sure anytime sir

Is the buy one pho bowl and get the decondnone for $1, takeout possible or is it only dine in?

Either way, but keep in mind that the 1st bowl is $29.99 + $1 for the 2nd bowl ... before tax!

Can I buy a bowl of pho and then get the second bowl as garlic noodle for one dollar to go?

Yes for sure. It is our new BOGO $1 for American Wagyu Beef items

Hi I was wondering is the dollar for the second bowl of pho include me and everything like the first bowl or is it just noodles?

    Hi. It’s only for noodles

I have the same question as Jimmy Y above: Is the buy-one-get-one for a $1 deal available for takeout orders? I'd love to pick up some Pho for my sick wife who doesn't feel well enough to go to a restaurant.

    Yes it is

Do you use beef broth for all your pho?

    Yes for the moment

Is the pho bogo $1 deal available for takeout?

Yes it is. I just got the deal on a takeout order yesterday. I do wish they had a way to get the deal on online orders, though, but I just ordered in person and the wait…

Do you have shrimp pho? I see shrimp items listed on your menu but for the pho noodles I am not seeing it listed? Do you guys offer shrimp pho?

Hello there, we have shrimp pho in the menu

Filet Mignon was cooked perfectly, we ordered it medium. Chifa Fried Rice (with Filet Mignon)- fried rice had plenty of wok heat aroma. Next time if we ordered both the fried rice and saltado fries, we might opt for a different protein rather than both being Filet Mignon. Garlic Butter Prawns -shrimp had the perfect snap and cooked perfectly. Sauce paired well with the rice, rich and decadent. Rib Bone Soup -sooo good! Beef ribs were fall off the bone tender. I really recommend the pear salad because the arugula, burrata, the dressing with the Korean pear is so refreshing. One downside is that they're a bit too pricey now so I don't go as much as I did before.

It wasn't that busy yet but after a few minutes, large group of people started showing up. We did have a reservation prior. The cafe is really nice, pretty big and spacious. All of the staff are really nice. We ordered 3 appetizers and 1 main dish to share. I love getting their cloud matcha latte, it has this sweet and salty earthy taste that I love. My bf got the marble coffee, he said it was pretty good as well. Then we had calamari, spicy wontons and THE DAO. Calamari was plentiful in serving, comes with a sauce and I really liked their sauce, it has citrusy taste. The spicy wontons are a crowd favorite as well for me. It definitely puts it on the top spot of spicy wontons I've tried from other spots. THE DAO (yes, it needed the caps lock on the name), this is my top appetizer from this cafe. The first time I tried it, I was craving it for a while. Some people might say it's a simple appetizer, but for me it's the taste and flavor that put it on the top spot. For the main dish we had Xo Chien, it's a crispy rice with pork floss, egg, chinese sausage. It's a delightful dish, and the flavor and texture is pretty nice as well. My bf loves this dish. Definitely recommend going here for a brunch. Can't wait to come back and try their menu for lunch and dinner.

Back Again... and Somehow This Fusion Spot Still Hits!…read more Came here for breakfast with my girlfriend, and this is one of those spots I somehow end up visiting about once a year. Usually, when you revisit a restaurant after some time, you start noticing the quality slipping a little... but nope. This place has officially hit FOUR times in a row! Dry Bun Bo Hue -- $21 | 8.8/10 Although it says "dry," there's actually about 2 tablespoons of broth hiding at the bottom, and LET ME TELL YOU... that sauce is where the magic happens! It has this amazing sweet, spicy, slightly sour aroma that coats every noodle and pairs so well with the chopped beef. The noodles were cooked perfectly, too. I haven't had this since last June, so I was definitely a happy girl. Just squeeze a whole lemon over the top and BOOM--perfection! Squid & Mango Salad -- $16 | 8.5/10 So fresh and refreshing! The squid wasn't overly cooked or rubbery, and the mango had just the right amount of sweetness. Add in the peanuts, pickled veggies, herbs, and that sesame cracker for some crunch... and YES PLEASE! Such a fun combination of flavors and textures. Bun Ca -- $17 | 7/10 My girlfriend ordered this one, and I had to sneak a bite, of course. It's a fish noodle dish that was good, but I felt like it was missing that extra flavor element to really make it pop. Since this is a newer dish, I can definitely see them tweaking it and making it even better! Mango Sticky Rice -- $9 | 7.8/10 A little sweeter than my personal preference, but that purple sticky rice with the creamy sauce and fresh baby coconut?! DIVINE. The combination was seriously delicious--I just wish it had been slightly less sweet. And shoutout to Thomas, our waiter, who was so sweet and kind and took great care of us! What I love most is that I'm not even a huge fan of fusion food, yet somehow this place continues to impress me every single time I come back. Four visits later and they're still holding their own! Definitely one of my favorite spots, and if you're curious about their other concepts, definitely check out their other restaurants too! Beautiful ambiance and decor. Happy EATS!

The diner is very clean with interesting artwork and vibrant colors. I got the Five-Spice Chicken Fried Steak, Mama's Crispy Rolls, and a cup of Chicken broth to share. The rolls were hot and crispy with fresh leafy greens. The chicken fried steak was very crispy with a consistency almost like fried chicken. The taste is different from a traditional southern type of chicken fried steak. It had an interesting flavor like a mix of the pho seasoning. It is a brownish yellowish color and tastes a little like curry. It paired well with the tots. This was a hearty but not super heavy brunch dish and having a cup of the chicken broth was perfect to wash everything down. The breakfast burrito looked very good on the menu and I might try that for on another visit. I would recommend this diner for anyone looking for one with a retro modern feel and fusion food and good service.

Definitely transported me into that retro diner feel. My personal favorite is the Vietnamese Bo kho both with pho and egg noodles. I like both. Very hearty and filling of flavor. Beef tender and seasoned well. Maybe a little less salt, but overall really good! I like to squeeze a lot of lemon to balance it out. My friend says their Coconut Basil Salmon Curry is delicious and a must try! We also like the fusion twist on Asian cuisine.

I loved: House Congee Crab…read more Earl Grey Iced Latte Vox Pear Salad Parmesan Chicken Wings I really liked: Garlic Noodles Prawn Lychee Lemonade Lychee Lemonade Spicy I liked: Calamari Saltado Fries Filet Mignon The House Congee Crab was easily one of my favorites. There's a lot going on in the bowl, but all the flavors and ingredients come together really well without overpowering each other. Most importantly, they don't skimp on the crab. You can actually taste it throughout, and it adds so much to the congee. I also really enjoyed the Vox Pear Salad. Refreshing, crisp, and made with noticeably good-quality ingredients, it's a nice contrast to some of the heavier dishes on the table. The Parmesan Chicken Wings were another strong choice. They have a satisfying crunch on the outside while staying packed with flavor, making them very easy to keep reaching for. Garlic lovers should definitely consider the Garlic Noodles Prawn because the garlic does not hide in the background here. The noodles carry plenty of that garlicky flavor, while the large prawns hold their own and taste great alongside them. The Saltado Fries Filet Mignon were more middle of the pack for me. The filet came out medium with a good chew and plenty of flavor, but the fries could have used more crispiness. They weren't soggy, just softer than I would have preferred. The Calamari had a nicely seasoned, crispy coating as well, though some pieces leaned a little dry. For drinks, the Earl Grey Iced Latte is a must. Sweet, fragrant, and full of Earl Grey flavor, this was easily my favorite drink of the meal. Both Lychee Lemonades were enjoyable too, with enough lychee coming through that it doesn't get buried underneath the lemonade. There is some pulp in the drink, which I personally don't mind, but pulp haters should be aware. As for the spicy version, don't let its appearance scare you. The added spices make it look much more intimidating than it tastes because the actual heat level barely changes. Service ended up being a bit hit or miss. Dishes came out quickly, so we never spent much time waiting around for the next thing to arrive. The smaller details weren't quite as consistent, though. Water got spilled on our table at one point, and things like straws and utensils were occasionally forgotten. Vox has an interesting setup with a bar, traditional indoor seating, and an outdoor dining area that feels like a converted mall entrance. We chose to sit outside, which was pleasant and gave us plenty of space, but being right next to the street means some dust comes with the territory. Overall, the setting is a little unconventional, but the stronger dishes, especially that congee, made the meal worth it.

We saw how he was with other tables and he was just as pleasing with others. Their menu size is perfect. They have a little bit of everything but not a huge selection that makes it hard to decide. For drinks we got the REFILLABLE lychee lemonade which was amazing! There were 2 pieces of lychees in the drink at the start. We also got the Ube Beer which my bf loved. Slightly sweet light flavor "In between a beer and cider if order again". We ordered the calamari, chicken wings (Parmesan that came with garlic), hamachi tostada, ribeye garlic noodles, shrimp and pork wontons (steamed) and the seasonal special scallops. The food was amazing!!! The calamari was pretty average, but had a good portion size!! We ordered 2 hamachi tostadas because they were so good. The tuna was fresh, the sauces were amazing, and the crunch of the tostada was amazing! Highly recommend! The garlic noodles were an 8/10. Steak was good and the noodles were a good portion. Chicken wings were very flavorful and the parm/garlic made it. Highly recommend! The wontons were also an 8/10. Really good flavor/sauce in the dish also recommended. The scallops were memorable. They were on the special menu and it was trulyyyy so delicious and just as fresh as the tostada. I hope they still have it cause you need to try it and the flavors. It was my bf birthday and they gave him a matcha cheesecake with caramel drizzle. It was the perfect size and not too rich or sweet. Delectable our experience was amazing overall and the outdoor seating was very nice under the tree with nice lighting.
