Cinnabon Cinnabon Classic Roll
Reuben M.

I came to New Braunfels to run an errand. I figured I stop by and try this location. I ordered the small original sandwich with bbq chips, sweet tea and a Cinnabon roll. The sandwich meat didn't taste as fresh usual. The Cinnabon roll was hard and not fresh either. I paid $16, and should've went somewhere else. Next time I'll support a hometown restaurant when here.

My cold, destroyed pizza even though I kept it level. Yuck.

There's a reason there was only one car in the drive thru when the other 4 restaurants around them were packed. I worked for over 12 hours today and decided that I would pick up dinner and lunch for tomorrow. What a disaster. The drive through lady handed me my soup and half sandwich with no pizza. Once I finally got their attention to tell them my pizza was missing, they said they would get me the pizza. 7 to 9 minutes later, I end up with this cold, nasty mess. I kept it level in the car on the passenger seat, carried it in normally, but...(please see picture). I'm tired. I paid good money to receive fresh, hot food. That's not what I got. Forget this place.

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness here. The staff are so nice and the turkey sandwich was great. We will definitely be back.

Quality has gone down. there were things missing and the sandwich had meat hanging from bun not in the sandwich itself.

Great service and very clean, even during lunch rush. The sandwich was outstanding. Reminded me of old school Austin Schlotzskys.

The food was good, the cashier was friendly but the music while we ate was terrible. Everyone doesn't have the same taste in music.

Their front cases were completely empty. Not one item and the store was not busy with customers. We were told they didn't have any right now. We drove in specifically for several items and couldn't really even get information about the product we were wanting. This is the week before Christmas, so I would think planning ahead would be beneficial. The lady at the counter could not tell us when they would have more but asked us if we wanted to wait for some? But couldn't tell us how long the wait would be... So clearly we're not waiting. We were going to order lunch there, but opted out. This place has such nostalgic reputation and has been in business since 1957 and I remember eating ham from here as a child in the 70s. It's sad to see one location ruin this reputation. And clearly from reading the yelp reviews this is not an isolated incident. And what makes it even worse is the customer service is nonexistent. No one cares or seems to know what is happening. And the overstock for the holiday season is not arranged well in the dining area/storefront to be conducive to any kind of dine in service or even safety for consumers. So we passed on lunch as well as previously mentioned... Annoying

Walked in around noon and had the place nearly to ourselves. If you've never been in before and are…read moreplanning on a sandwich, I'm warning you they're absolutely massive and you might consider ordering a half. Their focaccia was great, ma is a big fan. I tried the prosciutto and it was decadent. If I were to recreate it at home I'd probably go for a little less quantity of the fig spread or a little less sweetness in it, but it was undeniably delicious. Came with a mountain of potato chips and their usual tasty little pickles. Can't remember what ma tried, probably the chicken salad pesto, but she did finish her generous half sandwich--that's a compliment these days, even when she likes something she won't always manage to eat that much at once. The drinks fridge was very sparse, they didn't have a cold Diet Coke for ma but the cashier did offer and supply a glass of ice for her. I recommend you try one of their agua frescas; they're very tasty and often included with a sandwich plate. Today I enjoyed their pineapple ginger. Ma insisted on getting the tab but I recall the prosciutto was listed at $15 and having seen the amount of charcuterie on my half order, that's certainly fair. The baked goods cabinet had lots of goodies today and right now I wish I'd grabbed their peach danish. There were several scones as well as cowboy cookies, lemon cookies, some kind of muffin as well as others I've forgotten. A few beautiful fat slices of banana bread were wrapped and waiting at the register. The prices here tend to be higher but I've found their ingredients quality *consistently* and appreciably higher than other sandwich shops. Other than no cold sodas, the only other small thing was having to ask for napkins when our plates arrived. Otherwise flawless and friendly service and we were happy to see a little lunch rush come and go as we enjoyed our meal. We'll definitely be back. 23JUN25

When another patron came in asking for vegan options, they were also clueless. The shelves and fridge are almost empty. It is almost as if they are going out of business.
