For my first trip to Ocean City, I had no idea what I was in for when my friend mentioned Seacrets. As we walked up, I realized this wasn't just an Oceanside bar. Seacrets looks like its own town and once you're in, you're transported to an island paradise and not on the east coast! I would hands down return to Ocean City just to visit Seacrets. I wasn't able to experience the in water seating or see this during the day or in the dead of summer... I can only imagine the energy then! The multiples stages, variety of music and bands, the drinks, the food, the merch! What an absolute gem!

Seacrets is such a cool place for a date or with a group. Right on the water, in the sand, under the sun or sunset you have a little slice of Island Vibes on the East Coast. When we went there was live music playing. There can be a wait, but you can wait at the bar and they'll call/text you. Service was good, and the food was great. I loved the nachos and the jerk chicken and rice/peas. A cool spot I look forward to stopping at again on my next visit to the OC.

Brown stew, chicken a full plate of no flavor

This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I've been coming to Ocean City for over 30 years, and with my Caribbean background, I can honestly say the brown stew chicken was one of the worst I've had. It had no flavor, no seasoning, no spice--just completely bland. My husband ordered the jerk chicken, and that was just as disappointing. The menu should clearly state that it's made with chicken tenderloins. It was served on a very small plate that looked more like a kid's meal, and it definitely wasn't worth the price we paid. We came here expecting a good Caribbean dinner, but the food fell far below our expectations. The only positive was that after dinner we went to the bar area, and the atmosphere there was fantastic. The vibe, music, and overall ambiance were great, which is the only reason this experience wasn't a complete loss.

It was okay. The service varied by bartender and section. The polite ones were appreciated. The crowd was a bit older - which is not a bad thing! Just depends on the vibe you are going for. The area for dancing had live music. I would say it depends on the day you go. We went on a Thursday. The place as a whole was nice, I liked the tropical atmosphere.

Four stars for the distillery tour. (Interesting and fun) Three stars for the restaurant.

Seacrets is such a vibe and a must visit place when in OCMD. It's all beachy and fun - even when there in February. With a shellfish allergy, I was worried about eating there. The server didn't make me feel much better as she said most items are cross contaminated. That was a bummer because I really wanted a quesadilla but ended up with pizza. It was quite good and I also enjoyed the frozen crush drinks. After dinner, we made our way to the club side where there was karaoke. Super fun! I did end up with a reaction - probably from the proximity of the shellfish. Luckily it wasn't worse than an allergy related laryngitis.

Great atmosphere. The vibe is all the way live. The food could have been hot. Overall I'd go back for the vibe.

Went to Seacrets for a relaxing early dinner with friends. I love the dining area being filled with palm trees and beach music. A great vibe for dinner. For my drink, I got the triple crush, skinny style. They had a heavyyy pour, but it was so good. Definitely worth the price for the smith of liquor in that drink. For my meal, I got the black beans burger, and it was delicious. Most people think of Seacrets for its nightlife, but I wouldn't count out the dinner experience!

We used to vacation in Ocean City, when we lived in New Jersey. As you can see from my many past reviews this is one of my favorite Jamaican me crazy fun outside dining restaurants among palm trees overlooking the bay. We were here for dinner with our friend, who was visiting us from Scottsdale, AZ. We were seated at a nice table among the palm trees, because the section with the tables overlooking the bay was closed. Our table had a slight view of the bay through the palm trees. I enjoyed my two big bamboo cocktails with Seacrets coconut rum, Seacrets gold rum and Seacrets spiced rum with a Seacrets blend of fruit juices. I also enjoyed my usual blackened rare 6 ounce local yellowfin tuna steak sandwich served on a kaiser roll with pepper parmesan on the side for $25. Blackened adds another $2. My sandwich was served with fries, lettuce, tomato and a pickle. Service here was very good as usual. We agreed we will continue to return here for lunch or dinner.

Seacrets is such an enigma in a positive and fun way. The place is truly one of a kind and such a blast. While it was $20 to get in per person, it was totally worth it. The place is absolutely humongous with multiple music areas, beach areas and several bars. From every genre of music, to bright lights and big crowds, you are guaranteed to have fun. Go during the day and enjoy a cocktail in the water and stay all through the night and enjoy the best entertainment. The kitchen seemed to be open late. Enjoy hoop tea on tap; a true Ocean City, Maryland staple. Seacrets has their own distillery and distills much of their own alcohol, including hard liquor and seltzers. Getting there by uber was easy and quick, however, when leaving, uber was not available. Lyft and taxis were available and easy to get outside.

I make sure to visit Seacrets every time I come to Ocean City! Obviously the place is beautiful, but if you need another reason to come: the food is delicious. I'm part of a family of picky eaters, and everyone agreed this was the best restaurant of our trip. The staff there is very kind and hospitable. I can't recommend this place enough!

FOOD/DRINK: 5/5 SERVICE: 5/5 EXPERIENCE: 5/5 Seacrets is like a place like no other. The ambiance is a sandy beach bar with an option to sit inside or outside - but you can't lose with either choice! There are many instagrammable picture ops too! There are ample bathrooms that are regularly stocked, security to keep you safe, & great air conditioning. Everyone treats guests kindly and like we are VIPs. I've tried a lot of their food & drink over the years of going here. They use their own liquor for the drinks, which makes them taste excellent! Their spiced rum is wonderful. The quesadilla, chicken tenders, nachos...it's all solid. Even the jerk chicken is made with love. But THE best menu item is the rum cake, which is straight perfection!! Mrs. Moore's spiced rum cake is delectable and even gluten free. It's a must have, so make sure you save room. Seacrets is an OC destination that shouldn't be missed!!

If you go in with the right expectations, you're going to have a great time. Seacrets isn't a fine dining establishment. It is a tropical-beach-themed collection of bars and a club. You are paying for the experience. It will be somewhat crowded no matter when you go. People will be loud because they've been drinking. The music will be loud because, again, it's a bar and a club. The drinks will be a little pricy, and the food isn't going to be Michelin-star cuisine. Now, taking that all into consideration, go to Seacrets for some fun. Act like you're freshly 21 again. Even if you're just stopping by for lunch, it's worth it. We went on a sunny Friday afternoon, and we had a blast just sitting at the bar and people-watching. We also thought that being able to anchor your boat nearby and get a ride in was a cool option. If we're ever in OCMD again, we'll definitely be back.

    Are dogs allowed? A puppy?

I think we saw a dog by a table. It is outdoors. Check with the business , just in case.

    Is there parking?

Yes, but it fills up very fast

What age did they allow to be in the night club? Only reason asking bc I'm 20 and I have went to places that serve alcohol just couldn't drink it, mind you I'm from va and I'm in Rehoboth trying to fine things to do bc all my friends are 21?

    21 it's a lot of alcohol around

I have 4 year old and 5 year old daughters. When is a good time to bring them to Seacrets? I want to make sure we get the experience with the reggae and atmosphere but not get into too much of the drinking crowd. Is there live music around 4pm?

    Weekdays would be best

How much are the prices for drinks and food?

Just like any other place in OCMD, it's not cheap. Frozen or mixed drinks are about $7-8 for a 16oz cup. Beers are between 5-7. Food again is along the same lines. $15 for a chicken wrap plus another $3 to sub fries for chips. You have to expect…

If I'm 20, can I at least get in with someone who's over 21?

Yes but only during the morning or afternoon. At some point during the early evening you must be 21. I would call to clarify time.

I am 25 years old and from Connecticut, my license is valid until November of this year but it is vertical, will that be an issue?

No, as long as your 21 it won't be an issue.

To go for lunch do you have to have ID to get in?

They check everyone's identification upon entry.

    What is the cover charge?

Never the same price you can always call the day of and they will let you know. It can get more expensive the later you go also.…

Can you be 18 and still stay for the night life or is it 21?

Anyone under the age of 21 have to be accompanied by an adult or guardian.

The griot pork is what I always get, most times along with another entree to try out. As an entree I usually get the rice and beans (delicious flavor rice that sells out quick), 2 fried green plantain, a small condiment of "picklie" pickled slaw to add a kick, a small condiment of gravy and a small portion of macaroni salad. I've also tried the whole snapper and Ox tail, white rice with black bean sauce, and the black rice. Honestly everything has great flavor. My faves are the pork griot and ox tail. My only reason for not giving 5 star is that for the price, the portion size has not always been consistent and if they run out of a side I have not gotten it equally replaced with another option. I hope they improve in that area. Other than that, I highly recommend the flavorful dishes.
