I was told by the very unpleasant receptionist that the owners no longer discount for items you already have installed. I questioned that because we had the same scenario when we brought my husbands brand new truck in and they did indeed discount the amount of the engine heater, I was told the owner no longer does that. I was told the owner also no longer offers a military discount on Winterization ( I was given a military discount at the end once I told them how unhappy I was with their service) If you make an appointment know that your car may or may not be done that day (my car was dropped off at 730am and not done until 5pm) another lady came to pick her car up and was told it wouldn't be done until Friday (she was very upset because no one ever said that to her) the receptionist was less than helpful to her and since the lady made a $2000 deposit she had no choice but to leave her car. The service has tanked in four years, rude service, overpriced. Go elsewhere and save yourself a headache.

Frontline was able to fix the previously identified issues along with redoing my winterization and replacing my battery for $1800.
