Always a pleasant dining experience here and tonight was fantastic! After a full day of vacationing, we lost track of time and arrived for dinner at the edge of closing time. We were pleasantly greeted at the door by a young lady who was simultaneously pleasantly scheduling future dining for (who appeared to be) 3 frequent diners, senior ladies with particular requests. After being seated we were promptly met by Alexandria, our server, who was bubbly, enthusiastic, and genuinely welcoming. (Did I mention we arrived at closing and everyone was pleasant). Ok on to the Food!! --Steak horseradish flatbread: delicious. A tasty combination of tender marinated streak, topped with horseradish and greenery (don't recall what that was), on a thin Flatbread. Perfection!! --Filet Mignon: delicious..cooked to perfection and paired with mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and asparagus. Great pairing! --Wild Salmon: delicious. Tender and flavorful, atop polenta and topped with...something I'd never eated but enjoyed!! Sorry forgot what was on top. Everything was freshly prepared and perfect. I have been going there for many, many years. Like all good things, they sometimes come to an end. They have a new Boca manager, Josh, (although he said he has been with the company for 12 years) and according to him, the kids meals no longer come with vegetables and the wood grilled tenderloin salad only comes with four small pieces of tenderloin. I know the snowbirds are here but you should appreciate the locals that keep you in business. Disappointing as we have celebrated many anniversaries, birthdays and family events there throughout the years. I plan to tell all of my local Boca friends so they can expect the same poor service and bad management. read more

A wide variety of healthy entrees and sides (although they recently got rid of the Korean carrots). Consistency is the theme of this restaurant. A very hard quality to find in south Florida dining. Get there for Happy Hour which begins at 3 pm if not try and be there by 430 the latest because the place has reservations and is packed to the gills most every night! It was reservations only last night when we dined there! I like eating before 6 pm so my food can digest so we chose 5 pm for dinner. Fine with me! Upon entering I was told there was an HOUR wait but, luckily for me my friend had been seated and was waiting on me! Bravo! We got a great booth and watched as people packed the bar area for Happy Hour which consisted of 2 drinks and a flat bread for 15 dollars. One thing I always know if there are people eating and older people eating the food is constantly moving and fresh and thats exactly what I like! Fresh food a lively clientele and superior service from Jose! Sit with him if you can, he will cater to your every need like he did for our table! I like that the menu changes seasonally and we had the winter menu. Jose explained that they were "in season." I hadnt realized snowbirds were here in florida already but by the looks of the restaurant they are here to eat! I ordered the Lamb Loin which I had medium rare and it came with a sprig of broccolini and mashed potatoes. My guest had the seared scallops which came with a risotto and a sprig of broccolini. Mine was absolutely DELICIOUS, tender, like comfort food! For dessert they have individual cups with a taste of a pie in them. I had the pecan and the tiramisu ones! Another winner as the size was big enough for you to get a taste of a delicious dessert and helped satisfy the sweet urge I had after my meal. I stopped by the hostess when I saw the Chef there on my way out and told him how wonderful the meal was. He shined with pride. He probably cooked our meal! IF i could eat there once a week I would but the lamb would be a little heavy to have once a week even though I am craving it right now the day after I ate it. I enjoyed my meal THAT MUCH! While I have eaten here before I dont think I ever tried that lamb loin. IF you love lamb get this dish before they change the menu to spring time. The menu changes 4 times a year! Thats fantastic! I was on a mission to finish off the restaurants in this big parking lot of restaurants. So we went in and sat at the bar to get the feel of the place. At first I wasn't impressed because the place seemed a little out dated. Then I ordered the pork chop and I loved the place it was delicious over the top delicious. Everything was room temperature He had the lobster bisque and never hesitated because it was too hot. I was disappointed with the shrimp And grits. The food is consistently good, service is typically terrific and the atmosphere is relaxed and upscale. But I really wanted to write this review of our recent dinner to praise our server, Miguel. He was one of the most courteous, professional, attentive (without overdoing it), and fun servers we've had in some time. I'm being generous with 3 stars and it's a shame. We had a disappointing experience here today for lunch. The setting is nice within the surrounding executive park area. Inside it's cosy dark inside and you can see many business people taking advantage of their dining options. The service was okay, but the kitchen was extremely slow. Our server disappeared. He should have let us know he was still waiting for our food, etc. Meanwhile, it didn't help that a couple of gals seated at the bar who came in 15 minutes after us were served first. The manager who I had gone to find, did apologize once we finally got our food. She also took back my husband's soup which was only lukewarm to replace it. But she might have done a bit more by offering us something for our inconvenience and over half hour wait. On top of the wait, the food, itself, was just meh. The descriptions on the lunch menu were much better than the reality. I'd ordered their "lump" crab cake sandwich. There weren't any "lumps" In it -- just finely shredded crab. It was an unseasoned plain breaded patty that was blackened on the outside and lukewarm inside. I'd added a side of Brussel sprouts. They were served mouth burning hot in a sizzling pan. When I questioned how dark they were (it was a bunch of charcoal leaf pieces), I was told that "yes... that's because they're caramelized." My husband had ordered their flatbread and soup lunch combo. The mushroom soup was served lukewarm which they took back and reheated. It was better hot; Better than some canned brands, but nothing he'd recommend. The flatbread was supposed to be truffled potatoes and mushrooms. He could taste a bit of the truffle oil. Again, it would have been better served hot. He ate it as is because by then he was quite hungry. So, we came. We tried. And now we know. read more

Had a great time with great service at the local seasons 52. Made a last minute reservation on a Saturday night for 3 and had no issues. Wasn't feeling a full meal so got the lobster bisque to start and the tuna tartar as my meal. The bisque was very good, not the best ever, but very good for the price. The tuna was awesome and had a nice little kick. Plenty for one as a meal or to share as a group. For dessert they come around with a few nice fresh options for the night. I decided to plan an 80th Birthday party for myself at a restaurant. I chose Seasons 52, my favorite restaurant in Boca Raton. I called the restaurant and was directed to Tonya Prueter, the Manager. Tonya informed me about their private event room, the Napa Room, which would easily accommodate my guest list of 28. Tonya was a great help in the dinner choices, the arrangement of the tables and all my requests. She was always available for my many questions and eased any anxieties I had that everything would run smoothly that night. I never write reviews, but I have to say that it was one of the best and happiest Birthdays I've ever had. The servers, Emma and JJ, were fantastic. My family and I dined at this location this past weekend to celebrate my brother's birthday. The overall experience at the restaurant was great. The food was delicious and filling. The pricing is reasonable for special occasions or a simple dinner. The seasonal offerings are a great idea and allow you the opportunity to experience various dishes and have different experiences each time you visit. Our server, JJ, was great. He was accommodating, quick, and very attentive. Despite the restaurant being busy, JJ was always close and took great care of us. The only downside is that the parking lot was packed, however, they do offer valet parking for those who don't want to deal with the hassle of finding a parking space. Had lunch with a friend who had previously eaten here. The service and food were both great. Will definitely be back.

I was charged with finding a place for a reunion of some students and their teachers-after a 46 year hiatus...so I wanted somewhere special. I booked a table for 5, and got a confirmatory call on that afternoon. which is a nice touch. Although valet parking is available, there is ample and convenient parking for those so inclined to self-park. The table was ready when we walked in 10 minutes early-so no wait. The ambience was perfect for group conversations....subdued lights, and fairly quiet with no loud music or TV's blaring in the background. The waiter (Miguel) was very attentive without being a helicopter waiter. The menu was extensive and everybody found something they liked. Ditto the wine list. The food arrived fairly quickly after ordering and everybody agreed it was excellent. We felt no pressure to move on after we finished eating, and were probably seated for around two hours. One of the people there generously offered to pick up the entire tab, and he commented how reasonably priced the entire dinner was (including multiple drinks). But then again he is from California, so maybe is accustomed to very high prices. I would definitely return, on an appropriate occasion. This was one of them! read more

We went for dinner last Thursday night to celebrate my landmark birthday. They offered up a free mini dessert (served in dessert cups), which was delightful. We ordered the Roasted Mushroom Flatbread as an appetizer, which was great. I ordered the Wood-Grilled Shrimp and Grits, which was really good. One of us ordered the Cedar Plank-Roasted Salmon, which was also really good. The third entrée was the Wood-Grilled Filet Mignon. Before ordering, he asked "is this like a steakhouse steak" since this restaurant is _not_ a steakhouse. Our server answered "it's every bit as good." To the contrary, he thought the steak was lousy with quite a bit of fat: not at all a steakhouse-quality cut of meat. He told the server, who apologized after asking if he wanted to get something else. She said she would tell the kitchen for future reference. Near the end, the manager came by to take the bill. He told the manager and she was very sympathetic. She took the credit card and upon return to the table, she said she comped the steak altogether even though he ate it. We were very appreciative--so appreciative that I am giving a 5-star review today. Dinner as a whole would have certainly been four stars otherwise, but customer service counts! Not every restaurant is serving that up these days. I know times are tough for everyone right now, but I will definitely channel my business to those places that maintain a high level of customer service because in a world under siege, this can be the one constant if effort is given to make it. Inconsistency was our experience. 1. Coffee cups arrived stained inside and out. One was hot and one was warm. We both asked for replacements immediately. Coffee arrived hot but cups were still sloppy and stained. 2. Your fabulous stuffed mushrooms that we've ordered for years...disappointed. It was lukewarm with few toasted crumbs, was squishy, soft and undercooked, and underwhelming with about a quarter of a mushroom placed at the bottom. 3. The small plates for our roasted tomato flatbread had flecks of dried food on them when they arrived. The flatbread was delicious! 4. Two of us at the table ordered trout. The discrepancy in portion size was visually stunning: My serving was at best 6 ounces. My mom's had to have been 13 ounces. 5. We talked after our meal and decided that based on our meal, we would NOT return to a Seasons 52. That would be unhappy for us, and we asked for the manager. The manager was prompt, bringing along the head chef. We explained our concerns in detail, politely. We were told there was a new kitchen staff.
