We decided on Seasons 52 during Restaurant Week aka Dine Out Lauderdale aka Lauder Eats during the Labor Day weekend. If you enter from the mall entrance, Seasons 52 had a table set with a display of its regular menu and the Restaurant Week menu. Once inside, we were greeted and seated. Inside is even more impressive than outside! Whenever you see wines displayed on the walls in a cellar-style, you know you are in for some fine dining. Julie was not only the resident bartender, but our server. And what a joy she was to have! We have a niece named nicknamed Julie, so that was definitely an omen of good things to come! We started with the Field Greens Salad. It was the perfect name for what looked and tasted like top ingredients freshly-picked at a Farmer's Market, prepared promptly, and served. The toasted almond and quinoa granola really put it over the top with extra taste! Wood-grilled Idaho Rainbow Trout with roasted asparagus, marbled potatoes and a savory dill mustard sauce was next. Some restaurants serve dry asparagus and overcooked [burnt] potatoes, but not Seasons 52. The sear on the trout was proper not overdone. Meaning you didn't taste the grill, but the trout. Lastly, we had one of the Mini Indulgences, which Julie thoroughly described to us via a sample display, almost as if she personally made them! The way she knew each one was almost as if she had a photographic memory. Heck, maybe she does! Wouldn't be surprised. So glad they were miniatures because we were proper stuffed! We came here with my husband and my parents for a small celebration of our one-year wedding anniversary, and we had a wonderful experience. Our waiter was incredibly sweet and thoughtful about the occasion, and he really helped make the meal feel special. Look. I know Seasons 52 is not the pinnacle of fine dining, but what they do, they do very well. This restaurant has been a mainstay for us for girl's night out, date night, birthdays, and even my rehearsal dinner. Service always on point and attentive, prices are reasonable, and the food and cocktails always hit the mark. We found ourselves here again on Saturday night for a girl's get together. It's a perfect spot as it's fairly central for all of us, plus, it's never too loud and the can easily accommodate groups from two to twenty without breaking a sweat. On this occasion I had the bartender whip me up a cocktail to my preference, and he knocked it out of the park. I ordered the cedar plank salmon and they had zero issue subbing out the sides for me (I went with the mushrooms and spinach). Everything was cooked to perfection. My friend ordered the carrots with tzatziki and tahini, and they were also delicious. I believe everyone enjoyed their meals. I will say, the only disappointment for me was the PB indulgence. The cake inside of it was a bit dry. Usually that dessert is a banger. Everything else was top notch, and we won't hesitate to return! read more

Mind you only 1 more person sitting at the bar. We first asked for 2 waters, 1 no ice another little ice. She gives both with ice. My friend said "oh sorry I said no ice" She said a bit sarcastic I heard both little ice. She takes the glass back and refills it with no ice. What was rude was the fact she put the glass down a bit annoyed with the water splashing around, the napkin soaked & walks away. She then returns clearly sees the napkin soaked doesn't replace it. Asked for our drink order. Did we want another drink? Yes elsewhere! We asked for the check. Looking for a spectacular lunch experience for about $15? Then look no further than the Seasons 52 at Galleria Mall. The food is fresh, delicious and plentiful for an amazing price. The ambiance is nice inside or outside. I had mahi tacos that were awesome. My BF had the lobster bisque (bowl) and chicken-pesto flatbread. Our food quality was well above the $15 entree price. I've been to Seasons 52 at different locations, so I definitely had some expectations when I picked this particular location for a celebratory dinner. It did not disappoint. The salmon was perfectly cooked, the vegetables were crunchy and fragrant. Our server Fred was incredibly professional and attentive to our needs, as well as other servers who passed by when we seemed to need something. The ambiance is what I'd expect from other Seasons 52 locations - moody, calm, and comfortable. I only have two small comments, which is more about circumstances rather than the restaurant's shortcomings. The first note is parking. The restaurant is adjacent to Sawgrass Mills Mall. The parking situation is a mixed bag as you'll have to compete with the shoppers for parking. Even on a Monday night the lot next to the restaurant was packed and full of pedestrians that had little regard for space around cars. The second note is around the portion sizes. The food is delicious and bountiful but even after ordering an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert, I was still left wanting more food. Overall, it's a wonderful restaurant that takes great care for its diners' experience wherever it can. But definitely beware of the parking situation, and be prepared to order multiple plates if you have a big appetite. read more

After seeing the Sistine Chapel Exhibition, my friend and I had a late lunch at Season 52. The hostess had no personality. As she was gathering menus for the customers in front of us, she never greeted us, spoke or either cracked a smile - nothing! We waited for over five minutes before an employee stepped in. She had a warm and friendly personality. She even apologized for the long wait. Our waiter was an excellent! He was attentive, friendly, and polite. Had a nice dinner here with friends tonight. It's my 2nd time here and the food is really good. It's a bit noisy but part of the reason is they have a live musician playing an electric piano at the bar area, and combined with the patrons discussions it raises the noise level. It's not too much though and you can still carry on a conversation without shouting. I had their flatbread which they seem to be famous for, and Alaskan Butter Fish otherwise known as Black Cod. Considering Black Cod is quite expensive I would be surprised if it was really Black Cod based on the price of the dish. In any case it was very tasty. read more

2/24/25- Oh it is always consistent. I had the surf and turf. The lobster tail was iridescent , slimy ,no bigger than 3 1/2 ounces. The steak was cooked perfectly even though I asked for medium well and our service said well that's only with a slight pink in it. It was a lot more than slight pink, but not enough for me to return it. It was very tasty though. Hubby had the pork chop, which was very nice. Healthy food with a seasonal menu so you can always try something new. Most of the staff have been there for awhile so they really know what they are talking about. They have indoor and outdoor seating so you decide. At the end of your meal they have these cute little desserts in shot glasses with a large assortment of choices. I can never understand why the bar is so brightly lit! Even more than the dining room. Walked in next door to Capital Grille and the bar was packed and has such a nice ambiance. Then come to Seasons 52 and the bar is empty . We asked the manager if they could dim the lights as they are like spotlights down on you and was told they can't as they are on a timer . I like the food here but feel they need to take a look at why their next door bar is packed and they are empty. Service is always great but lighting in the bar is way too bright read more

One of my favorite chain restaurants. Always get great service, food is consistently good and prices are reasonable. There are 3 locations near us, but this one in the Galleria in Ft. Lauderdale is our favorite. The decor is very welcoming and warm with lots of wood all around the restaurant. They have 3 seating areas: main dining room with regular tables and booths, large bar area with booth tables all around it, and a patio section. As their name suggests, this restaurant offers a different menu for each season of the year. They have a few staple dishes that are available throughout the year and then they add a few seasonal items when the new season arrives. A couple of my favorite dishes are the trout, shrimp and grits, ahi tuna and the lamb loin. They also have a nice wine list, not too extensive, but with a good selection. Cheers! read more

We started the night with their Ahi-tuna tartare, and this one is in the top 5 tuna tartare I've had! It comes with lavosh crackers, which they made gluten free for us! Forced "complimintary" valet if small parking area is full. 3/4 of the parking lot is valet only. No spots in self park due to the self parking area being so small. Deserts are very small. The legendary Seasons 52 at the Galleria Mall in Ft Lauderdale. Sat at the bar and the lovely bartender introduced herself as Julie aka "MooMoo" - dont ask. The wife ordered a Patron Paloma Cocktail which she loved. We shared a Grilled Chicken Caprese Sandwich and it tasted fresh and amazing. The food was on the table in within 12 minutes. Huge wine assortment positioned everywhere. I like that the kitchen was clean and open view to patrons. I met with Eduardo the executive chef who definately takes pride in his kitchen. Had a nice dinner here with my family. All of the food was great, we started off with the meatballs which went great with their bread they brought out for the table. I had the filet with mashed potatoes and asparagus, my daughter also had a filet with baby potatoes and both were good. We took the family to Seasons 52 on Father's Day. Our server, Whitney, was friendly and polite. She kept the pace we were dining at, and we have a lovely Father's Day brunch. There was no brunch menu, but we were there at 11:30am, so....brunch. :-) We noted that there wasn't anything special happening for Father's Day, so Whitney appeared shortly after with a complimentary champagne toast. The thought and gesture went a long way. My parents do not drink alcohol, so we toasted and they poured their champagne into our glasses. It was a lovely gesture. For starter we ordered the Lump Crab And Shrimp-Stuffed Mushrooms and Pesto Chicken And Fresh Mozzarella flatbread to start. The flatbread was bursting with flavor. The mushrooms were hot and tasty, though it was sometimes hard to get the whole bite out of the escargot dish. For our mains, we ordered a bowl of lobster bisque, grilled chicken and farrow salad, shrimp and grits. The bisque came out hot and was thoroughly enjoyed. Shrimp and grits was tasty and filling - good portion size. The grilled chicken and farrow salad had watermelon beets (I had never heard of them and they looked like little slices of watermelon on the plate - adorable) and a vinaigrette dressing and was satisfying and filling. We had a couple small dessert items - tiramisu, peanut butter cup and one other that slips my mind. All were tasty and we enjoyed the overall experience. I would absolutely go back again - and I have dined there many times in the past. The ambiance inside is low lighting, upper scale and has a full bar and bar seating. Was here for lunch with my friends today. I haven't been here in a while so I was very excited to order their sparkling wine Flight. There were 3 different Prosecco's, including 1 rose'. All very good. Nice portion size for tasting. I feel they could have been colder though. The server, Stephanie & server in training- Jacob were pretty good & quick. For lunch the menu has certain pairings- like soup & salads. I was hungry so I ordered the entree Ahi Tuna Salad. I really enjoyed it but when I asked for chopsticks, was told they don't have them. I've eaten here before but never reviewed the restaurant. They have a very large bar area including booths. We sat in a super comfortable large booth in the bar area. My friend ordered the chicken pesto flatbread. They have a choice of four different flat breads. Another friend had the hummus & pita bread with artichokes and I had the tuna tartar with avocado and pineapple. The tuna was super fresh and delicious. My companion and I visited this establishment on a Monday night around 530pm. My companion ordered Salmon on the Plank & I ordered the Salad with Salmon . I specifically told server CENTER cut Salmon 3 Times while ordering- I also indicated if it was not right I would be sending back . Restaurant not busy and I was assured . Well , guess what , I received an end cut . I clearly was furious - I attempted to get server's attention and he actually told me " to take it easy "- I was appalled. Of course my companion was already eating her entree . Manager came out , apologized and assured me New Salmon will be out shortly . Manager apologized for server's behavior and for order being incorrect. Manager took my salmon off total bill . Manager handled situation well . Ambiance good as we sat on patio .
