We've been here a few times, always for a celebration. Located in the Shops at Legacy, they offer valet parking (convenient as both times it was pouring rain outside). Great cocktails (get the Rose Lemonade), and they offered a "Caymus Wine Flight" which was awesome and a great value as well. Delicious appetizers and entrees. Their dessert "tower" is selection of really amazing dessert indulgences. Their service is really top-notch. We have been coming here for years. And I know during these crazy times it's been hard especially on restaurants! That said we've been to S52 and it's sister restaurant across the street,Capital Grille, a handful of times as we wanted to show our support and plus we like the food and atmosphere. Came here on a Thursday eve with some friends. We have a nice time with our party and the food was great as it usually is. Appetizers we ordered were good. The wine selection was okay, nothing out of ordinary. The waitress let me try a few to sample, but just not my fav. I can get past that as I'm here to have a good time away from home and enjoy the evening. My friends enjoyed the cucumber smash and the old fashioned whiskey on the menu. So here's the ugly and reason for 3 stars rating: It was that the bathrooms were absolutely awful! I mean BAD! One our friends in our party was like...ladies do NOT go in there! She said 2 of the 3 bathrooms were so unsanitary she didn't even want to say. Inevitably after 2 hours we all ended up needing to go. Same report came back from guest #2 and at this point I'm think I'm definitely going to hold off!! Well after 2 drinks and 2 waters no way i was getting out it it and I ended up going in. My take away was this: given the fact that it was virtually dead in the restaurant MOD and staff should have been on top of this! It is pretty disturbing that at an upscale restaurant such as S52 this part has got to be a top priority for their patrons! 2 of the 3 stalls were pretty awful. In the age of all the Covid craziness and sanitation practices most establishments are going above and beyond to ensure cleanliness! Making everyone wear masks 24/7, all the plastic partitions and "social distancing" but it's okay to have bathrooms like this...??!! Well, you get the picture! I hate to write this review but had it not been for the state of the bathrooms it would have been a 4-5 star easily! I hope management takes restroom cleanliness and sanitation more serious!! No one wants to go to a 5 star restaurant and to pay 5 star prices to use gas station bathrooms! read more

Came here tonight for the first time to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal (they served a real traditional thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings and trappings). The food was excellent and the staff start to finish was great even though they were giving up their holiday to serve us. Our waitress Mia gave the best service! She was so great to our family and though she was slammed she didn't rush us or her time with us. Thank you for being in such a great mood though giving up your holiday. We ordered 5 desserts (pumpkin pie, pecan pie, s'more, cookies and cream, and coffee cake). Definitely have to recommend the pumpkin and the coffee cake though my daughter said the cookies n cream was one of the best desserts she ever had. I enjoyed a lovely Pinot noir from Russian river Valley by Entourage that was heavenly and went really well with my filet mignon. Grateful we had such a great meal! read more

We started with the pepperoni flatbread (yum!!), I had the pork chop which was really good and we added a side of Brussel sprouts to split. Glad I did as the cabbage is a lighter side. We booked a reservation for Saturday night at 8:30 and were seated in a lovely booth near the bar. The ambiance is lovely. The server was young and very inexperienced in fine dining. She seemed a little snide in her comments to us and even took things from the table too early and without asking. We love to enjoy steak when we eat out and both ordered the only steak on the menu. They had a filet in two sizes on the menu with a mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes, and green beans. My date ordered his medium and I ordered mine medium rare. The steaks came out burned on the outside, with significant charred flavors. My steak was well done nearly all the way through, one small piece was medium well. The outer one inch of my date's steak was well done and the middle was rare. Neither steak had any significant flavor to speak of. The mashed potatoes had a familiar watery flavor akin to instant potatoes and the green beans lacked any seasonings. Typically food isn't something a restaurant in the $65 per person range struggles with but here they failed. Perhaps, they are more of a fish or chicken restaurant. At any rate at $200 before the tip for less inedible steak than Lazy Dog we will not return. There was some other less egregious but frustrating service moments not worth including but did weigh in on my rating. We did not choose to contact management as we believe that what matters is our own choices. We never demand refunds or anything else, we simply do not return. Fabulous! We made 7:00 PM reservation Valentine's eve. We were promptly seated when we arrived. Our server was great! He was very knowledgable about the wine menu and helped me pick a great wine paring with my meal. The hubby and I started with stuffed mushrooms. I really don't love mushrooms, but my hubby does. I was being accommodating since this was our V-Day dinner. That being said...since I don't really care for mushrooms, they were amazing! They had a great flavor and we fought over who had the last one. LOL The Niche here is that all their dishes have 475 calories of less. They do this without sacrificing flavor. I had a wonderful filet mignon. What I liked about it was that it melted in my mouth and the piece wasn't huge. I'm sure that is how they keep the calories down on that dish. Also, it was an amazing steak meal and it was only $27. The hubby ordered salmon that was cooked to perfection. For dessert I had an amazing pecan pie and my hubby had an apple tort. Again, the desserts were not huge so it was great to finish off a meal and not feel completely stuffed. The ambiance and decoration was chic, but warm and inviting. I really enjoyed my recent visit to this restaurant. The waitstaff was stellar, drinks were good, and the food was delish! We had the wood plank salmon and maple glazed chicken. Both dishes were prepared well and very tasty. I had the salmon and wouldn't change a thing! For dessert you get to chose from an assortment of dessert shooters, everything from s'mores, apple tart, key lime pie and chocolate cream. I went with the Key lime pie shooter and it was quite good. This is one of my favorite lunch spots in Plano. The staff is incredible and are LGBTQ friendly. It's a great grilled fish place so if you're pescatarian this is for you! It's extremely affordable and I always leave with a togo box. The bartenders are very generous with the amount of alcohol that goes into any drink. Seasons 52 is definitely my go-to and one of my favorite restaurants. Everything on the menu is under 575 calories! How awesome is that?? I never have that guilty feeling after eating at Seasons 52 because the food is delicious, fresh and healthy. My favorite thing on their menu is their happy hour special of flatbread & wine flight for only $15! You pick one flatbread and then choice of 3 wines to taste and you get a full glass of your favorite one. It's an awesome deal. It usually ends around 6:30pm. Also, their menu changes seasonally which is a good variety, but another great deal that they had was their lobster tail appetizer. It was only $10, granted the portion was pretty small but it was amazing! Honestly, almost everything that I've tried on their menu was all good! I love sitting in the bar area because of the live piano music! It's such a romantic atmosphere perfect for a date. They have a wide selection of wine and if you want to try a sweeter red wine, get the Jam Jar Shiraz, it's the best! Also, their dessert shots are the perfect little delicacy to end your meal! My favorite is the tiramisu one. I will continue to recommend Seasons 52 to everyone! I probably come here at least once a month. They are definitely doing everything right. These guys do everything right. We were greeted at the door and promptly shown to our table. The tables are appropriately distanced and we could actually have a conversation at our table for six. The wait staff is on point and was able to guide me in my selection of a Rose for dinner. The menu has a little something for everyone; a nice selection of apps, soups and salads appropriate as sides. Even the meat eaters will have great options like the nicely done pork chop on offer. I have never seen a scallop I didn't like and the main dish of seared scallops over a tender risotto was very flavorful and perfectly done. I also appreciate that portions are right sized so if you want a little dessert you may still have room. Very nice experience and I think this would make a terrific special event place (anniversary, the big birthdays, etc.). read more

I must say the steak was fantastic. Medium grilled, which fluffy mash potatoes under and perfect chopped and seasoned mushrooms on top accompanied with asparagus. Oh it was so good. We were given a gift certificate so we came to Seasons 52. The positive: nice servers and the food was served promptly. The food: Staring with the appetizers: The flat bread with chicken and Pesto was Ok but it did not have enough Pesto (8). The lobster bisque was Ok (7), so was the mushroom soup (6). For the sides we had: Brussel sprouts with bacon (5) needed more flavor, they were bland. I had better in other restaurants. The side of macaroni cheese needed more cheese (4). For Entrees: The gnocchi dish had no flavor (4). Both the filet mignon (9), and the lamb (9) were good, but the broccolini had no flavor (was not eaten). The mash potatoes were average (5). The shrimp with grits (7) was OK. I did not care for it. read more

Seasons 52 has been our go to restaurant for many years. Today changed that when my wife and I had lunch. The service was spectacular, but after waiting about a 1/2 hour for our salads, the waitstaff goofed and delivered our food to another table. Our waitress said no worries they would get us new salads. But instead of throwing the salads in the trash, they were delivered to the chef that was making salads in the kitchen. She pulled them off the counter and 1 minute later put two "new" salads up back up on the counter which made it back to our table in a minute. If kitchen staff can't follow simple food safety guidelines, I'm wondering now what other short cuts they are taking. Sad to say, we won't be returning. read more

The vegetables were soooo good paired with the choice of protein. Everything was cooked to perfection! I really don't have anything bad to say about this place. We had three desserts (creme brûlée, red velvet, and key lime pie) all in perfectly portioned shot glass and BEST I've ever had. Not too sweet and each had their own unique touch to it. Went in for a late dinner last week with a friend. Excellent service. Our server was informative, friendly, and efficient. He more than happily and readily went over the menu and specials with us. App: Tuna Tartare Well dressed and the chips were amazing. Entree: Sea bass, nice and crisp on the edges perfectly cooked. Good portion size.
