I visited this store to find some last gifts for my mothers birthday. I must say the manager helped me and he is the epitome of superior customer service. He immediately offered a sample as I walked in. I had questions regarding certain boxed assortments and he had every piece memorized. He was extraordinarily courteous kind and welcoming. I come frequently purchase here. My guest experience was ruined because the person behind counter ann was being way too pushy stating boxes of candy are sold by the pound which is ok with me. There is zero signage provided for consumers that states there is a minimum purchase amount to be able to receive a box. It was 95 degrees outside and this should be given as an option to all guests to ensure the quality of the product is concealed to ensure its freshness . Even given the opportunity to buy a box wasn't there. Very let down. read more

Five stars for See's candies in general. I grew up with these chocolates at every special occasion. My faves are the scotchmallow and dark butterscotch. I came here on a Monday afternoon. Only one customer in front of me. The cashier was very helpful and told me about upcoming new candies for Easter. Half pound box for $10. Would come back. There's a lot of parking so it's an easy in and out to get chocolates. read more

Yes I'm a big on candy, especially See's! How could you not like See's Candies? I like it so much I've been to this location 2x in one week! LOL! These yelp hours are not true at all! They close at 7PM during the week and I went in at 6:51PM not knowing they were about to close! They still let me get in line and order which was nice since some places close it down and don't want any more customers coming in! Something us humans need to learn when going into establishments.. PATIENCE! I encountered a rude pair of women in front of me that began badgering the poor employee, she was so nice and kept apologizing while giving out tons of samples, she was the only on the floor while the other employee was closing out their registers. Give me a break its 10 minutes to closing what do you expect?!! While your waiting in line they have a sheet of all their candies they offer so you don't have to awkwardly hover over people that are in line, it gave me lots of time to see what I wanted! They give you samples for days and will make your little heart content! I came back on Sunday (early in the day) and I was greeted again by such a wonderful employee named Colete! She was so sweet and took her time with us, yes we can be indecisive but she gave us the most chocolate for $12.00! I felt like I walked out with candy for days! We went there last week to get a See's dark chocolate fix after going through a dry period due to covid. Franklin/Frank was professional and polite. Since we haven't been to See's in a while, we've been eating the 72% intense dark from the grocery stores. At first, I thought I was eating See's milk choc. Franklin was nice enough to compare the See's milk vs. the dark, and we re-learned the taste. It was a good experience and a small step towards a sense of normalcy. Thanks, Franklin! read more

My mother-in-law loves See's Candies so always come to this store to buy her some nuts and chews. Went to the express counter to pay. Asked if he had some ribbon to spruce it up a bit for Mother's Day. The sales associate gave me a stretchy lavender band/bow which was perfect! Not so perfect was he didn't tell me I was being charged $2 for it. I've usually received some sort of complimentary ribbon, but guess it's my bad for assuming it was free and not checking the receipt until I got home. Pls let associates know to inform customers if there's a charge for the ribbon. read more

I went before closing today, at approximately 6:30pm. Upon getting there I was cramping on period pains and sitting in a lot of traffic (red lights kept on going, one after the other). Me and this other customer were the only customers at the time and i was helped my Michelle. I told her I really enjoy nuts and chews, but is allergic to peanuts. She informed me that most of the nut chocolates have traces of peanuts in them and I said I was okay to eat them. (I'm not deathly allergic, i just hate the peanuts) Anyways I asked Michelle if the assorted nut box was cheaper than selecting a box myself and she told me everything is by weight so it wouldn't really matter :). Being a poor college student and all, her explanation really lightened my mood because I could choose the chocolates I like. Michelle is an angel and gave me several samples of the chocolate types I like. I recommend almond squares if you're in the mood for chewy and crunchy 。 My see's candies experience was so much better because of Michelle's awesome service. I'm a huge See's fan, and this location, in Tustin Market Place is great. I love not having to go to the mall, struggle with parking etc. Ease of access, though, might be a problem for my love of chocolate. This location is one of the largest and very clean. Janee (sp?) helped us tonight and knew her descriptions of the candy. I have many favorites, but I'll name a few: Kona Mocha, Milk Coconut, Apricot Cream (a surprise delight!), butterscotch square (a unique grainy sugar taste...really delicious). read more

Very friendly staff and a super clean store that brings back great memories. I have been coming to See's since I was a child (originally the Arcadia location) and it's nice to see the consistency in quality and tradition. We usually come by when we are looking for an additional treat for friends that are from out of state. This location was easy to find, good parking and excellent service. I was with my 8 year old and she was surprised by the delicious sample we were given while we were browsing through the goodies. We will definitely be back! read more

This is my absolute favorite location. It's huge and very clean & nice inside. Alexis is an amazing employee! She is very attentive and makes your experience the best one possible. She really knows how to customize each experience for different customers and really knows her Sees. If you don't know what to get, Butterscoth square are sooo good. But warning!! Had a really nice, young and sweet lady helping me tonight who really wanted to make sure that I got my even pounds...when the darn scale said 0.995. That was very cool and very customer service focused of Amy, who happened to speak Japanese too. Oddly enough, so do I but sound like I was in the remedial class since I have forgotten much. I feel sorry for the husband of the woman who let one bad experience ruin her "date" with him. For me, See's is about eating what you shouldn't and having no remorse for it. I think that man has a little remorse after his wife caused a scene in the happiest chocolatier in America. read more

I love this location. Every experience here has been consistently good. The same service whether you spend $5 or $50. Sometimes they're quiet, sometimes chatty but never rude. They really do believe in future sales too. Giving you a taste of something you have never tried or letting you know of upcoming flavors. The service was by far the slowest I've ever experienced at a See's. 7 workers with only 1 behind the main counter at one point while 15 people waited in line. 2 workers went on break at the same time during the rush, leaving the express (pre boxed candy) line without a cashier. 2 more cashiers disappeared into the back room, so one of the 2 remaining left the main counter, which had a line of 15, to run the express counter to help 2 people who'd only been there 5min, while some at main counter had waited 50min. Workers were oblivious to how slow they were, casually talking, no urgency at all. Later 2 workers were trying to figure out a return and decided to call a 3rd over to help, rather than trade tasks. I was actually looking for hidden cameras because I thought it might be one of those tv shows. This store needs a good manager. read more

Sees has a quality control problem that has existed for a decade. If you pay attention you will notice that the chocolate on many pieces has a brittle texture and can often be too hard to chew on where the piece does not melt in your mouth and instead it crumbles. It's either that they don't have consistent temperature when they make the chocolate that they don't transport the chocolate with consistent temperatures or the shelf life is too long. What they have to understand is that many customers are repeat customers. You cannot afford for this to happen even one time on even one piece of chocolate or people don't come back and you lose a revenue stream over many years. read more

This See's store is a bit different than others I've gone to. The person who helped me was so knowledgeable about the history of See's that it made my experience more enjoyable. The candy is the same, but learning about the beginnings of the company was really a treat. read more
