Here are the top reasons I recommend you contact him directly if possible and not bother with a quote request--which turns into a "project" the minute you do: 1.) He provides a timely and informed response/ reply.10-15 minutes. I sent over a detailed request for a quote. He responded within 15 minutes of my query. And answered each of my questions, courteously. 2.) Clear, helpful communicator--when you book an appointment, you can be assured it will be confirmed. If there are documents you need at hand for your particular matter, he'll let you know. 3. ) His demeanor and his professionalism. If you've had a S**t day; he'll make it better--he holds a soothing presence. If you feel stressed or at stray, his patience will soothe your day. I genuinely feel better having spoken with him; 4.) I am able to receive packages that might otherwise be left on my doorstep in Long Beach and could disappear and I just pick them up on my way home from work-it's perfect. So I'm relieved knowing that my mail and my deliveries are secure. Every year around tax season I drop off tons of shredding it's unbelievable how much stuff accumulates and the price for shredding is completely reasonable and since I've been using them for more than 10 years I trust them too. I called on a Wednesday afternoon for a fingerprint, and I was offered to do same day but decided to do the following day. COVID measures were followed for safety even though mask mandates have been repealed, which I liked. Hand sanitizer was offered twice, with alcohol in between fingerprints for minimal germ contact. It took me a total of 10 minutes for both my hands and payment. Overall, very fast and efficient service without any "formal" hassle. You walk in, quick fingerprint, and walk out.
