Her warmth made us feel at home and her laughter was contagious. In addition to being an exceptional host, she was attentive and focused, and didn't miss a beat. I went to the restaurant for a very busy Saturday night dinner, and Karina had several tables that she was taking care of. She never once looked frustrated, handled the stress of the demands like a true professional, and somehow managed to make everyone feel incredibly special. There comes a time in most people's lives when they know they've found a really special job. Last night I had the chance to check out Sergio's in Doral as part of the Burger Beast Burger Club, and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. The evening kicked off with some cold beers from No Seasons Brewing, which paired perfectly with the bites Sergio's put out. The Cuban nachos and croquetas were spot-on--crispy, flavorful, and definitely the kind of apps you keep reaching for. Then came the stars of the night: the burgers. The Mushroom Truffle Burger was rich, savory, and packed with flavor. The truffle really elevated it without being overpowering. The Avocado Bacon Burger was just as impressive--fresh, creamy avocado balanced out by smoky, crispy bacon. Both were cooked perfectly and left a strong impression. Between the hospitality, great food, and solid drinks, Sergio's delivered an excellent night out. We reserved the private room at Sergio's in Doral to celebrate our daughter's graduation. And we had a fantastic dinner. From the moment We requested information online, Yessica, the Event Coordinator, provided all the information, and details. The manager Robert was super professional and made sure that we had everything that we needed prior to the event. The day of the event, we were assigned Omar as the event manager and Juan as our event waiter. They were an amazing duo, they made sure everything was as we requested, the guests we're taking care off timely and efficiently. They both keep on checking frequently to make sure we're satisfied with whatever we needed. The dinner was amazing and very organized! We had a wonderful and unforgettable dinner, thanks to the team. I was finishing a rough day at the gym and then a friend of mine decided to tell me to go try this restaurant because apparently they had a very healthy menu. I've known this restaurant for their Cuban food but in this case I went for the healthy alternatives and I ordered a grilled chicken with grilled vegetables and brown rice. It said in the manual it was low in sodium low in fat and simply grilled so I decided to go with that. Food was very well executed the chicken was very juicy and the rice did not have grease at all which is something that you find very commonly and other restaurants where they serve brown rice. The veggies were simply grilled and had that chart flavor that I just love I drizzled a little bit of olive oil on top and I finished off with a very nice and healthy lunch on a Saturday after my workout. I used to eat at LA CARRETA, but one day a co-worker told me about this place, so we came and had Lunch. Our waiter LILIANA GUTIERREZ help us and was able to give us good Guidance and ideas of the food and deserts, I myself work in sales and I noticed how good she was selling us the extra thing we wouldn't buy if she wouldn't speak about it. She is a good seller. The service was Great, all of us felt like we were eating at home. Great spot! I ordered 4 Maria Cuban cold coffees and was thoroughly impressed. The place was not only delicious but also super clean and nicely decorated. The ambiance was lovely, with a piano adding a nice touch and outdoor seating offering a pleasant atmosphere. Plus, plenty of parking was a big bonus! I'm definitely looking forward to coming back for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend! I live in Tampa and rarely visit Miami but this place is one of my fav!! Anytime my friends come from out of town this is one of the first places I take them! Love the service and the people. I even stupidly made a huge mistake and left my MacBook and didn't realize it until the a few hours later. When I called and spoke to the manager Yessica she assured me she would get to the bottom of it! A few hours later as promised she called and told me she had my MacBook!! I feel overly blessed by these people as I am a college student and my MacBook is my life!! Please give this honest place with GREAT food a try!! Hi.... I love Sergio's food !!!! It's the best place in Miami to have the traditional Cuban flavor. The palomilla steak was tender and well seasoned. And what a great service Ismelis and the bartender provided to our table. I ordered drinks and they came out perfect. I will like to congratulate the staff, managers, and owners for the improvement....i feel they had done a great job since they opened here at Doral. We have been going to Sergio's restaurant for a long time, but, it wasn't until 2 to 3 years ago we started going every Friday to take "yummy" things to our co workers. Marlene, in the outside window has always been very nice and always making sure the Kitchen sends everything correct. Every Sunday is morning is Breakfast with or little 2 dogs, here Marisol and Mayra are always so nice and full of positive energy... it makes our day so much better. Well I don't know what to say first, but this location is really great, I went this Friday because they have Happy Hours!!!, just perfect!!!, the location is big, different , excellent atmosphere. We were just 3, but we found the place very cozy, and we had our little space to share with friends and talk while we were waiting for the server. Everything was great, the service, the food( delicious). Every time we asked for something they were just smiling, very professional and polite, even when they were really busy. Last week we booked a private room for Christmas party luncheon for 30 people , could not have been better. The manager Jessica, was wonderful. She was present almost all the time and checked in with me several times to make sure that everything was on my liking. The managed to serve everyone within minutes. And the food delicious... we had three options to choose from I can honestly say everything Pork, shredded beef and chicken were all cooked to perfection. I've been going to this Sergio's religiously for about three years now. Being a Miami local I frequent at various Sergio's across South Florida but this is by far my favorite. Flaca, Marlen, and Maibelis all work at the café window and the service is so exceptional that I am willing to stand in the Miami heat just so I can be graced by their service. The croquetas and empanadas are the best in town and there is no competition when it comes to a quick before-work breakfast. I highly recommend visiting this Sergio's. read more

1st time tasting Cuban Cuisine. It was great. What was the best thing for us. ....my niece ordered a meal that had Shrimp. They ran out of shrimp and the chef came out to ask her if she would have something else from the menu. So she said she only wanted shrimp. .....then we got talking to the manager and he learnt we were visiting from Trinidad so he went back to the kitchen and defrosted about 2 pounds of shrimp and cooked it for her.....I mean it was about 32 shrimps.
