I don't think so. We just go eat and leave. The most we been there was an hour.

No kids allowed. Only 21 years and up are permitted to go inside and to the buffet. I learned this a few years ago when I took my daughter who was 18 @ the time.

All you can eat Lobsters on Wednesday and Thursday is only for dinner time from 4pm- 10 pm. It's very popular so I suggest you make a reservation a week in advance

Any alcohol is extra. Only drinks covered are soda/fountain drinks, coffee, teas, water, and juices.

Do i have to get inline for the lobster buffet if i have reservation?

Yes, you have to be in line, anyway it won't take you that long, it's just that they are always in order and they are very organized, and because you have to be in line in order to pay first before you enter.

My recent visit to the Serrano Vista Buffet at Yaamava' for their AYCE lobster night was largely enjoyable, marred only by a few service-related issues. Firstly, the highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the lobster. While not perfectly fresh, it was still delightful and well-prepared, making for a memorable dining experience. The service, once we were seated, was exceptional. The staff was attentive and ensured our dining experience was pleasant, contributing positively to our overall impression of the buffet. However, the experience had its setbacks, primarily during the waiting process. Despite having reservations, my 83-year-old father, who suffers from severe knee problems, had to endure a 45-minute wait in line. This was particularly disappointing given the circumstances and somewhat diminished our dining experience. The queue management seemed skewed towards 'VIP' guests, with three cashiers dedicated to them and only one or two for the regular line, causing an unnecessary delay for those like us who had planned ahead. While the wait was a significant inconvenience, the quality of the lobster and the service once inside made up for the initial frustration. It's a place I'd recommend for the food, especially the lobster, but it would be beneficial for the buffet to reconsider their queue management system to accommodate all guests more efficiently, particularly those with reservations and mobility issues. The ambiance of the Serrano Vista Buffet at Yaamava' was another pleasant aspect of our dining experience, contributing to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The setting was inviting, with tasteful decor and a comfortable atmosphere that made the dining experience more delightful. However, there was a notable drawback that affected the ambiance: the lines of people waiting for food often crowded around the tables where guests were eating. hello my name is Albert R. and yesterday me my mom and my sister visited your casino 6-26-2019. I hadn't been to your casino for over a year. My mother is 89 years old and handicapped she uses a walker and wheelchair. She wanted to gamble and go eat lobster at your buffet. We were in your long line until a wonderful employee of yours her name was Stevie called us over and let us enter the buffet. She was observant enough to see my mother exhausted from waiting. Stevie then proceeded to serve my mother so she didn't have to exert her self any further. I observed all your buffet staff to be very friendly, but not to the extend of Stevie. I manage 150 employees and I would love to have Stevie on my staff to train my associates. I know I'm not telling you something you don't already know. But in case your not aware of her customer service skills, just observe her at what she does best. I normally don't have the time to write reviews, but Stevie was an exception. OH your food was great, and going forward I will visit San Manuel casino more. I usually visit your competitors more but not anymore , they don't have a Stevie. Rolled in here with Justin and Jared when we were in town for a video shoot. Very cool stuff. The place has recently been renovated and looks really nice. We got seated rather quickly and the service staff was spot on. We enjoyed the hand-tossed pizza and some salads and a couple other small dishes. I try not to over eat at buffets - I think most of you know that I am anti-buffet - my Brother growing up loved HomeTown Buffet for some reason - and we had to go there for a lot of his birthdays and for celebrating things in his life (like an honor roll or making the team etc). It was awful. As a result, I hate most buffets, but I gave this one a a shot and like I said, I tried to not over eat and not mix weird things - like when you go to a buffet and eat pancakes, tacos, spaghetti, sushi and some type of dessert - you always feel like crap. Jared and Justin though - them boys are both 6-5 and I they nearly made me sick with all the food they were putting down. Seriously, I thought they were going to ask us to leave...:) The best part was dessert - they made me try the home made salted carmel ice cream and it was one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth. #Amazing. I've been to the Serrano Buffet twice now, both times for lunch. So, I can't really say how great their dinner is, but both trips for lunch have been worth my time, and I'll be back again one day. After reading numerous reviews, I was surprised by the complaints about the food. In my experience, the food was consistently delicious and well-seasoned, especially for a buffet. The only minor issue I encountered was the au jus for the prime rib being served cool. However, the roasted red pepper bisque was a standout dish that I thoroughly enjoyed. My dining experience was elevated by Aaron's exceptional service. He was not just attentive, but also incredibly helpful. From the moment we sat down, he ensured we had everything we needed. When I noticed the absence of spoons for the soup, he promptly provided one. He even went out of his way to assist one of my friends with a to-go cup for her soda and the dessert she wanted to steal. My overall experience at Serrano Buffet was delightful, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for lunch. I left the buffet feeling full, satisfied, and ready to return to the casino. Large seating area, prices not visible until you're already in line. Friendly enough staff but no refill offered on drinks, used dishes not picked up until we were ready to go. No soy sauce at the sushi station (mediocre sushi). Mexican station had no tortillas or salsa, although the barbacoa and carnitas was quite good. Asked the guy carving the (very good) brisket for "well done" and Got the deer in the headlights look, despite 3 or 4 tries he just didn't get it. Food quality overall a solid 3. Thank you to the management for responding to my comment. I'm glad that my input was acknowledged. However, the layout of the area is so chaotic and disorganized with people and staff bumping into each other. No logical order between the stations, areas roped off making you walk around a large pillar where you inevitably bump into someone coming around the other way. Frenetic is the best description of the overall atmosphere. Oh, and it only took an hour to gamble away $80, not many winners here. read more

Sereya is a true gem--she grills your requested food to perfection, ensuring the ideal temperature, flavor, and doneness every time. Her talent is matched by her warm, ready smile and genuine passion for her craft, which makes every interaction a joy. She truly elevates the dining experience. Margie, our server, was equally phenomenal. She went above and beyond to meet all our needs, always with a jolly and welcoming demeanor that made us feel right at home. Need a new manager!!! was not able to keep reservation lied about me saying i swore at him.....to other manager Ralph. What is this world coming too anyway....lie, lie and lie. I am so flabbergasted that a top manager would say this!!! out and out lie! over a reservation....No one has morals. respect for one another anymore. After reading many of the great reviews, I was a bit disappointed with the service & the buffet itself. I came here with my friend for brunch. There was a variety of food, but the taste of it all was nothing spectacular, It was just ok. At the prime rib station counter, I had asked the carver if he could ask the back kitchen to cook the meat just a little more as it was red for me. When the meat was given back, it was completely charred like rubber. I mean how could you even serve that back to a customer. I don't think these kitchen folks take much pride in their cooking or in their service. In addition, our waitress or lack thereof, only came by the table 2x. My family loves eating at Serrano breakfast buffet,Ive been working with customer service for over 35 years and know that customers love being treated with a friendly attitude. Your omelette guys have bad attitudes. Its bad when you have to look at both omelette lines and think which one is going be worse today. A couple of weeks ago, i think her name is Tammy, she wears all white. She had walk over to help with toast which another employee gave me the dirtiest look when I asked for toast, than he gave me half end piece. She handled problem nicly. Serrano buffet needs to bring back Deon, Craig and Ryan because the are nicer to guest and smile. My wife and I we were here on 8-03-2024 Saturday at around 8:00pm for dinner, and we were seated by the gentlemen name Benny, but he kindly changed the table towards the food station for server name Rina. We went to the Lobster Buffet on Thursday eve. It was good as usual for the main courses and the sides. When it came to the desserts tho...something has chamged. I always looked forward to the cakes. There was one in particular that I always looked forward to but now the last 3 times it has not been there. Now there is one with chocolate powder...that is a downer. What happened the cake that was so good??? And why is cheese cake always in the diabetic section and not in the non diabetic section. Not everyone is diabetic...I don't know but the non diabetic section has lost its excitement....somethings changed and its lower than usual...bring back that cake...the brownies...and chocolate puddings...a lot of us have cravings for that. read more

Austin & Jamil at Serrano Buffet take personal service to the highest level - kudos to you both! While waiting in line at the buffet, I watched as Austin arrived on the scene, surveyed the line of patrons - including those of us in the Diamond card members line - and quickly sprang in to action. He opened a register and quickly waved me in to complete details for my seating. From there, Jamil took over, gallantly and amiably escorting me to prime center table. Rina was absolutely fantastic! She works at a busy buffet, but you'd never know it from how attentive and friendly she was. Excellent lobsters, you have a choice of Pacific lobster tails split for your convenience or a whole Maine Lobster claws and all (I love the claws), Alaskan King crab legs, Prime Rib and all the trimmings, lots of salads, side dishes and wonderful desserts. I honestly wish I had ordered it sooner--it'll definitely be my go-to side from now on. It's great to see these improvements.
