This has become our new go-to place ever since Golden Chopsticks closed. I like their Chicken dishes, either chicken almond ding or cashew chicken. I like the veggies they use: zucchini and mushrooms in addition to the usual baby corn, water chestnuts, etc. Their egg rolls and crab Rangoon are both good. We recently tried the Kung bao shrimp fried rice, and it had a nice flavor without being too spicy. They also seem reasonably priced for Chinese food, not crazy expensive. read more

Trying to find a replacement go-to Chinese restaurant since Peter retired and closed EVERYONE'S favorite, Golden Chopsticks. I won't be back to Sesame. The food was both flavorless and very small protein portion in the dish. My Mongolian Beef lunch should have been called Mongolian Onion lunch because after 4 or 5 VERY SMALL pieces of meat, it was nothing but white onions. A LOT of white onions. See the picture if there is any doubt. Thown out it was so sparse and flavorless! They didn't even put it on the crispy noodles (which I love) WHICH IS IN THE ITEM'S DESCRIPTION!!! The Won Ton soup had NO FLAVOR. It was like they just threw wontons and cabbages into hot water and served it. Threw out the entire order. Even the eggroll was sub par. And they did not even provide hot mustard, but rather two sweet and sour packets. This trial was a bad experience, so I'm glad I only threw away $17 for a lunch special and small soup, rather than an entire dinner for my family. (Side note: I don't think they even care about their food or their bad reviews, as I noticed they do not respond to any reviews.) Food was amazing, it tasted like they made it with lots of care! The service was also very nice. The wait time depended on how big your order was, but over all the wait time was pretty good. They even help you move the food to your car if the food tray might be too heavy. this was the best restaurant I've ever went to. The place was also very nice. Ordered the lunch pepper steak and it was made with probably one large green pepper with about 6-8 small bite of meat. I would have not posted about that alone...what prompted me to post was that the staff weren't wearing masks. When asked they informed some of them are vaccinated so they don't have to. I have done my best to update myself on the recommendations but as far as I can find online people who prepare food are required to wear masks regardless of vaccination status. We've been ordering from here for years, since they first opened. Small store front with no eat in capability, take out or delivery only. Every single dish we have ever tried has been really good. Not only do they have the standard fare but also some Tai dishes as well. Good portion sizes and they don't skimp on meat like some places we've tried. First they didn't know where my street was even though I told them 3 times, then they told me they were going to charge me double the delivery charge because I was east of Rt 53! This place is our go-to for Chinese takeout. My husband and I tried it because we live two minutes away, and we were so happy when it turned out to be good because Chinese restaurants can really be hit or miss. This is a hit. We get the Mongolian beef (which is actually the best we've had from anywhere), the shrimp with vegetables (the shrimp is always perfectly cooked), pork fried rice (they give you a ton) and eggrolls. However, I did order the Pad Thai once and was very disappointed. Stick to the Chinese menu and you should be good. read more
