Hubs was eating his burger without any complaints which is what you want. Both of us went with the hand cut fries. Crispy and very good! We can't wait to return. This place is legit!

I recently visited the Seven Brothers Burgers location in Gilbert, right next to Costco in the SanTan Village area, and it was a truly enjoyable experience for both me and my family. The customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. I don't like special sauces, and they were very flexible with my customizations--no questions asked, just great willingness to make it right. I ordered Seth's Cheeseburger with an extra patty, avocado, and bacon (plus cheese, of course). It was absolutely outstanding! The meat tasted fresh and juicy, perfectly cooked, and the combination of flavors with the creamy avocado and crispy bacon was spot-on. The bun was soft, warm, and held everything together beautifully without falling apart. My son went simple with a plain cheeseburger and their french fries--and he absolutely loved the fries! They were crispy, well-seasoned, and he couldn't stop raving about them. It's always a win when the kids are this happy. Overall, the food quality was top-notch, the service made the visit even better, and the family-friendly vibe was perfect. The coconut shrimp was burnt and the fries were soggy. There was a lack of flavor so the dish definitely relied on the sweet chili sauce. Personally I prefer crispy fries, but if you like thick cut fries you might like this. However the staff was accommodating and friendly. When I was at college in Hawaii Seven Brothers was one of my favorite places to go with friends to eat! Moving to AZ was kinda tough but it was so awesome to hear that Seven Brothers had expanded! I ordered a Shem burger and fries and just tasting their fries and fry sauce brought back so many great memories! For a sit down restaurant it was crazy that we got our order in less than 15 minuets and the staff was super polite for all being so young. Loved the vibe, loved the food, and loved the people. After we had already paid and waited several minutes, I was called to the counter and told they were out of rice. I was offered another entrée, but I didn't want something else. I simply asked them to refund my entrée only--not my son's hamburger--so we could take his food and leave. That's when I was told they couldn't process a refund at the store and that I would have to contact customer service myself. Seriously? The restaurant takes my money for something it can't provide, but then I have to chase down my own refund? I called the customer service number printed on the receipt, thinking someone would resolve it. Instead, the number basically directs you to their website. So now I'm spending even more of my time trying to get money back for food they couldn't provide in the first place. What should have been a very simple situation turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. Had someone simply refunded my entrée when I asked, that would have been the end of it. At this point, because of how poorly the situation was handled, I've requested a refund of the entire check. The lack of ownership and customer service is what earned the one-star review. Customers shouldn't have to chase down their own refunds when a restaurant can't fulfill an order they've already paid for. Unfortunately, Angie's lost a first-time customer who will not be returning.
