The drinks at this establishment weren't top tier cocktails but the bourbon itself was pretty good. I was able to visit this establishment during a city tour of New Orleans store in my vacation. The staff was really great, and explaining how all the spirits are produced within the distillery, and the bartender was friendly. My favorite part was the decor and how the facility was set up. They had history of New Orleans, how they make their spirits which can be really appreciated. They had merch and bottles that you could buy at the end of your tour and of course I grab a bottle or two lol Bathrooms were really clean and ready for guest, tons of seating, neighborhood parking, and a small parking lot for cars to park as well. The only card I have in regards to this is better ingredients for the cocktails offered. read more

We took the tour which includes tasting the vodka, gin, rum, moonshine, Irish whiskey and bourbon. My personal favorite is the gin rested on bourbon barrels. Ashley was an amazing tour guide. She was Knowledgeable and entertaining. read more

Such an amazing experience! We got here an hour early and sat at the bar, Ashley made the best drinks we've had so far in NOLA. What a great distillery for me to find!!! We were greeted by such a friendly bartender & one of the managing partners! Both were very kind!! We did the flight and had the vodka, bourbon, and whiskey! The vodka was so crisp and didn't even make me twinge lol the bourbon was HEAVEN!!! So delicious!!! We brought some bourbon and vodka home, can't wait to introduce our friends to Florida to it!! Yay!! I almost forgot! They distill a gin that is aged in bourbon barrels!! YALLL!!!! It was amazing! I'm not a big of gin but this was so different! The tour and tasting at 7 3 Distillery Company was an excellent experience from start to finish. The space has a great vibe -- relaxed, polished, and welcoming -- and you can immediately tell there's real pride in the craft. A big shoutout to Tina, our tour guide. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the tour feel personal and easy to follow. She explained the distilling process in a way that was informative without being overwhelming, and her passion really showed. Seven Three Distilling Co. is committed to building a truly unique destination distillery that celebrates New Orleans through its neighborhoods, artisan spirits, music and cocktail culture. Our goal is to craft award winning spirts while offering a tour that not only entertains but also offers an education of New Orleans' neighborhoods including a history of Storryville and the historic Treme neighborhood where the distillery now sits. We also want to provide an introduction to Louisiana agriculture and our wonderful farmers. We use only grains and cane grown in Louisiana for our distilled spirts. We officially opened in March, but we consider ourselves in the "soft-open" stage; we are still getting our feet under us and continue to learn the spirit industry and complete the historical portion of the tour.

Meet the Business Owner: Sal B.

Lawyer by day and fledgling moonshiner by night, Sal launched Seven Three with Jeff Rogers and their wives, Eileen Bivalacqua and Mary Anna Rogers, in pursuit of a singular vision -- to make distinctive distilled spirits that celebrate New Orleans while teaching others about this beautiful city's past and present. On any given day, that can find him sweeping and mopping, working with distiller Erik Morningstar to plan the growing spirits lineup, hitting the road to visit retail, bar and restaurant partners, or developing a distillery experience that will delight locals and visitors alike.
