This location is really cozy and quiet. The have the tables marked for what can and cannot be used for social distancing purposes. The food was not tasty at all but that is a salt preference for me. Aside from not enough seasoning/flavor it's veryyyy pricey and wasn't worth it. I spent 63 dollars for 3 people. Not my recommend and will probably never go again but service was great! read more

I frequent the location on Preston road and royal because it's on the way home from work . But this location just opened closer to my house. I was a little disappointed in the first time visiting this location. The taste of the burger was good,but the burger was very greasy to where it made the burger bun soggy the bacon was under cooked. Hopefully they can have someone from the Preston location come over and tune them up. I've had nothing but great result at that location. read more

So the food here was great. I believe the portions should be a lot bigger for the price of burger and their should be a lot more toppings to choose from. The taste was great. Now there aren't slot of food selections so this wouldn't be the first choice of restaurant I would go to. I'll go back but it would be occasionally. I got a burger, fries, & an Oreo shake. The best part of my meal was the bun on the burger. It was like heaven and the meat was good as well. I like the cheese they have for the fries. This place won't last long, there are many better and much more affordable options in the area. The burgers are small and flavorless and VERY expensive, and they have no variety in their menu options. The shakes are boring, and they don't even offer malts. One if the weirdest things about the experience is they give you your drink WITH your food, and the soda machine is in the back, so no refills unless you ask a staff member. This is the one of the most pointless company policies of all time. This establishment reeks of cheapness. Stay away from this tacky place. I been to the location at Plano and Downtown Dallas and none of them compare to this one. The ambience here is just different in a good way. The service is hands down night day from the other locations. It's VERY clean and up kept even after people leave. The food is consistently great. Definitely recommend! Ew. So we ordered a chicken sandwich, bacon cheese fries, and a hot dog and spent $20 on that alone. I'm going to rate the things from "worst to ok" first for worst is the hot dog. The weenie had to have either been over heated in the microwave or it was old bc it was hard and tough to chew (even my dog had a hard time with it). I just don't get how they messed up a plain hot dog... then there were the fries. First they were $5 and very small and idk if the cheese has a smoked flavor or what but ew it was unpleasant and it got cold like the instant they poured it on the fries so I feel it probably was never hot enough or maybe it's bc the fries they gave us were super cold. The bacon on the fries was ok tho lol. Then the chicken sandwich, which was the best thing I got, was ok but it was like $9 and it was very small. My husband, little daughter and I came here one other time, although a bit on the more expensive side for a burger the food is great. Worth it if you're looking for a good burger. With that being said, this last time we were here a woman manager actually took our order vs the kiosk.. my husband and I wanted to split and she was able to do it at the register. I didn't catch her name, but was a medium height slenderish build. Brown hair in a pony tail. Early to mid 30s maybe early 40s at most (but looked great just my guess) just have to say, She was SO kind to us, I've worked in corporate food service management for a large Fortune 500 corporation for 4 years, so I have an idea what is good and what isn't. She was so so kind to us, even offered to bring our drinks to us even though we know it's not their business model. She said hi and bye to everyone coming in. Was concerned when she took our order that she got it right, was patient, checked on our food after it came out. I wish I had her name but I hope upper management reads this and knows who she is. She made our day with her good attitude.. not only a great manager but modeled good customer service in an A++++ fashion. I had just come from a 4 hour wait at the dmv so it was very welcome. :) any way, thanks manager lady whoever you were we will be back to burger shack because of you (and the delicious burgers). :) read more
