I've been wanting to come here because I kept hearing about it everywhere, including "Orange is the New Black." Overall, I thought it was ok. I like that they are open late. because sometimes I have a weird schedule, and can't really eat until late, and there aren't many late night places that don't involve a drive thru. It is kinda pricey. I ordered a drink, fries, and a burger and that ran about $15. I really like the hot dogs! They remind me of the swanky ones, that you get by the hotel pool on vacation. My mom was upset that they didn't have onion rings. I like that they have a rewards program because i don't go out as much, so getting discounts or freebies is a bonus. Came here on a weekday afternoon to try out the infamous shake shack. They have tablets stationed for self ordering or you can order with the staff. Tablet was fast and easy. For $16 I got a cheeseburger and fries- to be fair I did upgrade to the truffle fries. I maybe had high expectations and unfortunately that was a mistake. The fries were 1. As soon as I saw this place being built close to work, I literally told all my coworkers about it and was so excited about it!!!! I'm so happy there's one that's finally close to me and so convenient! The other locations, I have to park in a structure and walk to it but this one I can literally walk a few steps!!!!! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! The Smoke Shack Burger was incredible--I especially loved the cherry peppers, and the smoky bacon with melted cheese made every bite perfect. My experience from ordering online to pick up in store. I ordered for my whole family we got a variety of things! We tried both the beef and chicken burgers. 1. When I went to go pick up my order it was on the shelf by where the line was which made it hard to get my food as it was crowded. I felt bad having to say excuse me to everyone and they probably thought I was trying to cut in! 2. One of my bags had my order and the other one didn't have anything on it so I was having to check and make sure it was mine. 3. The burger tasted very plain nothing special or flavor. I got the gluten free bread option for my burger and that wasn't even good. The fries I actually really enjoyed! I've been craving Shake Shack, ever since I first had it several years ago in Downtown Chicago. So when I found out a location was opening near me, I was so excited. They have a very tasty burger and my favorite type of fries! (Crinkle Cut). The soft pillowy potato buns and the flavorful patties are my favorite part of their burgers. People try to relate it to In-N-Out, but they are very different burgers. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area. read more

Okay this was an interesting experience. The food was solid. The service was friendly and prompt. But it didn't feel like somewhere that should've cost $36 for two burgers, one basic order of fries, and one milk shake. We saw you could order at a kiosk when we walked in. There was someone available to take orders but he was occupied so we opted for the kiosk. It was fine to use but asked for a tip at the end? Didn't love that. The burgers are delicious, no real way around that. They cost too much, but are great. Milk shake was a bit melted but tasted great (cookies and cream). I am perturbed by the layout as there is nowhere to wait for your food unless you find a table or stand outside. but if i'm getting to-go, I don't want to take up a table ya know what I mean? the line is crazy even if it's a short one lol, it just screams chaos. however, the Customer Service is good! they were very attentive and didn't get my order wrong as some other reviewers have mentioned. i'm hoping those were due to it being a brand new location and mistakes or jitters can be a part of that unfortunately. the only issue I encountered was with the Kiosk I ordered from. I went to pay, but then I kept getting an error message that said, "We've made a huge mistake. Looks like your bag is out of sync. Try that again" but wouldn't tell me what the issue was. turned out the Sunset Iced Tea was out of stock smh. please fix this so we know what the issue is as this held up the line too. on to the food... sorry no pics as I was STARVING lol. I ordered the Smoke Shack, Fries with a side of cheese and a 50/50 Dragonfruit Pom drink. the burger was good! crispy bacon and just enough heat on the peppers. fries were on the more soggy side which is not my favorite, but it did suffice with the cheese. the drink had little fruit bits in it, it was ok - didn't like it much as was super mushy. overall, just know it will likely be busy if you visit, so patience will be necessary lol.
