Was very excited to have a Shake Shack nearby, but this location is a huge disappointment. As noted by others, portions are noticeably smaller with more aggressive pricing. There were issues with the cashier, so everyone had to use the kiosks to order. I got the bacon avocado burger. The patty was so bland and unseasoned that it tasted like a white bread sandwich. I have never had that experience at any other location in and outside of LV. I really hope they make improvements, otherwise it's a waste of real estate and a defect on the brand. read more

I really like the taste of their burgers but they are VERY greasy! I always go through the drive through and it's quick of course but if you're looking for a burger that's not super greasy this is not your place but they taste great. I was very excited to try this place because I always drive past by it on my way to work. I got an avocado bacon burger and when I took my first bike all I got was the flavor of grease, no seasoning from the burger or the bun. I don't know if they forgot but it just wasn't hitting. We've eaten here several times and each time has been fantastic. I've read some of the other reviews comparing SS to Burger King & Jack in the Box and honestly, thats ridiculous. Yes, SS is most definitely way better...in every single way. I can assure you they aren't serving quality beef burgers topped with gruyere & real black truffle oil at Jack. First the Tyson/Paul fight, now Shake Shack, what a disappointment. First I'll start with the staff, amazing, kind and attentive. Such a great thing to have when you have a brand new restaurant with new staff that is training. $70.00 for a family of four, burgers, a chicken sandwich, two fries which one was supposed to be a truffle fry but wasn't once we got into the bag when we got home. Then a Strawberry Lemonade and a Dr. Pepper for drinks. That's $17.25 per person for burgers if you don't feel like doing the math. All of the burgers are a little bigger than a slider, I would assume 3-4 oz per Patty pre-cooked weight. No seasoning AT ALL, you just taste beef and cheese, S+P would go a long way. Fries were ok, crinkle cut, seasoned with salt and crispy. The chicken sandwich was pretty good, shredded lettuce, pickles and a sauce, kind of like 1000 island possibly??? Probably a 6-8 oz breast, perfectly cooked and crispy, a pretty good chicken sandwich. It's insane to charge this much money for less than a pound of ground beef. I get it, I've been in the restaurant business for twenty years as a chef and have plenty of knowledge of opening and running restaurants, q.s.r's included, I know about profit/loss, food cost %, labor, overhead, etc., but this is ridiculous for a neighborhood burger restaurant. Maybe the GM or Regional GM should reconsider charging such high prices for a mediocre burger in the MIDDLE OF A NEIGHBORHOOD!!!!! Buffalo Wild Wings is right next door and so is Carl's Jr, both have burgers that blow Shake Shack out of the water.....and....they have flavor. I feel I'm probably not alone with my review, hopefully they will take the criticism seriously and lower the prices a little bit and put a little more love into the burgers if they want to make a profit. read more

I am very dissapointed. After an extremely long and stressful day I went to Shake Shack for the first time ever after my boyfriend recommended it. I ordered an avocado chicken sandwich, that's it, I was given my food and drove off. I got home and saw they gave me a beef burger instead, I cannot eat beef otherwise I would have just eaten what they gave me. I called the store and was very polite about letting the manager know I would be back in 10 minutes. I got there and back in line within 10 minutes and told the speaker I was here for my reorder, she assured me it would be ready at the window. It's busy so it's taking some time and when I get to the window they tell me to pull in a parking spot and wait. Everyone else in the line was getting their food and going on their way. I waited another 15 minutes for my food. Had I not been close to tears from my already terrible day I would've spoken to the manager about how unnecessary and unacceptable it is that I had to wait LONGER for my food that should've been right when I ordered it the first time instead of driving back and forth Twice for a mediocre sandwich. This experience has ensured that I will not be returning. The employees were polite and I understand mistakes happen, but it took a full 45 minutes from my first order to get my single sandwich. read more

Whatever you do, make sure you *do not* use their touch screens to order. Right before paying it asks you to take a number and enter it on the touch screen so they don't lose who you are... they lost who we were and our food sat around for 10 minutes while customers who came in later were served. This while an employee kept telling us it would just be a few more minutes over and over... that person DID NOT help. Also, I ordered a chicken, bacon and avocado and since the touch screen gives you the option to remove individual ingredients I removed the lettuce, pickles and sauce... but of course left the boxes checked for the bacon and the avocado. I then received a plain sandwich... I don't know if it's human error or what but don't use the touch screens. They get 4 stars because the food was good, they remade the error quickly and let me keep the plain sandwich which I shared with someone else. read more
