Decided to grab Shake Shack before heading out to an event with the husband; it was also located nearby our hotel. Location is spacious with plenty of seating and there is a small parking lot. I was pretty surprised it wasn't that busy, because the Shake Shacks in the Bay Area are almost always busy. Anyway, we ordered our usual Shake Burger. Food came out fast and tasted good, staff was quick and efficient. All in all, standard Shake Shack experience.

Shake shack is amazing. I really wish they had another location. Little Italy is not the place to shack the burger. We need more Shake Shack around town. Little Italy is not the spot. Nothing like ordering a burger from a screen, too many options, I just want a cheeseburger and some fries. Service? There is no service here. Little to no human interaction. Funnnnnn. Review is for the overall experience of eating at Shake Shack not the food. The food is beautiful and delicious.

Always happy to find a shake shack anywhere close by to our stay. Walking distance from the intercontinental and Wyndham. Service was quick even though it was a late night order. Food was good as it always is. No complaints. Ambiance causal. I always get a double patty now for any smash burgers, very filling meal.

Visited Shake Shack and had an awesome experience. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms, which I really appreciated. Food came out fast and everything tasted fresh. Staff were friendly, helpful, and kept things running smoothly. Overall, a great visit -- I'd definitely come back!

Shake shack is so nostalgic and such a good meal I randomly crave, the little Italy location is always clean with friendly staff Our food was delicious and we really enjoyed the seasonal items we got to try!

    Trifecta. Cheeseburger

My cheeseburger was fresh and tasty, I'm glad to report that my cheeseburger was not overcooked. It was cooked just right. My fries were crispy, hot and not salty. How do you say no to crispy and fresh fries? There is indoor and outdoor seating for big and small groups. I've been to shake shack in Central Park a few times so my standards were set high. I ate at this place when it first opened and I must say this place has improved, as it shows, this place has grown and changed my foodie opinion for the better. What I enjoyed on the food experience was the easy ordering process from the kiosk was easy. The cheeseburger was fresh and not overcooked. My meal was delivered to me within 15 minutes, granted it was a Wednesday night but delivering fresh and delicious food is a process. The cheeseburger's are medium sized so if you're a hungry adult then order two burgers. You'll thank me later with a thumbs up. The parking is limited here so keep that in mind but this should not be a show stopper especially if you're with a group. There is plenty of outdoor seating, the indoors can accommodate but you'll have better luck outdoors. This place is five minutes from the airport and seven minutes from downtown via car. There is a lot of lights to get through little Italy but if you have the moxie to walk here from downtown you can rest at each stop light as you pass through Little Italy. I found the lemonade, ice tea and shakes refreshing and complement the cheeseburger burgers in the spirit of cheeseburger, fries and a drink trifecta. There are a voluminous number of restaurants to satisfy your taste buds in this area so if you're looking for food to curb your appetite and is quick then this place will check that box off or walk another six minutes and pay up at another restaurant close by. I gave this place four stars because I've had shake shack in NYC and the food is at another level there that words cannot describe. I will return to this place when the timing is right.

This is a great spot for fast, tasty food--whether you're craving a burger, chicken sandwich, or even a veggie option. They've also got gluten-free buns and lettuce wraps, which is always a plus. Since it's Pride Month ‍, they're offering colorful rainbow sprinkles on your shake to support GLAAD, which we love! I tried the Banana Pudding shake, and it was pretty good--loaded with crumbled vanilla wafers and fresh bananas. Other limited-time shakes include the Oreo Cookie Funnel Cake and Campfire S'mores--definitely worth stopping in while they're still available! Ordering is quick and easy--they have kiosks inside, or you can order ahead online or through the app. There's plenty of seating both indoors and out, and they even have a parking lot (a rare find in Little Italy!) It's a solid stop for a quick, satisfying meal--and now's a great time to go grab a shake and show some Pride!

Came here recently last Friday night for the first time. The food was amazing. The burger was a 10 out of 10. I'd definitely come back again.

Fries and burgers were fresh and flavorful. Service was great and lots of employees to assist. Parking is not abundant here and can be tricky at times.

Located in Little Italy, they have their own private parking lot. They are either 1 hour parking or Order Pickup. There's also meter street parking as well. You can order ahead from your phone or order inside. They have plenty of inside and outside patio seating. We ordered right at opening 10:30am on Saturday and the store was clean and already had a couple of customers. The food was made exactly how I ordered and they packed the food carefully in the bag so they don't get mushed.

The smallest burger ever. Expensive and small. I warned you. Hotdog was also small. Go somewhere else

Shake burger double, fries, chocolate shake and a coke.
    Gavin Carl K.

Shack burger double should've got the triple. All the way from Hawaii, in San Diego late night little Italy. Burger is on point here and in n out is hard to beat. Perfect all around. Can't forget about the chocolate milkshake nice and thick. Great service, good energy and vibe. Definitely a return customer lol.

The latte was good, and my friend bought a kitchen sink type cookie with chocolate, coconut, and macadamia nuts. It was warm and gooey good! Another friend tried the gelato and said it was very good. The decor and setting is cute and quirky, including cow sculptures hanging upside down from the ceiling. There were only a couple other visitors when we arrived, as it was near opening time. Our dishes took a whopping 35 minutes to be ready, and service was not very friendly nor helpful. Luckily, the music playing through the speakers added a nice vibe to the place, songs like Our House by Madness and Can't Fight This Feeling. We ordered the brunch pizza (with eggs cooked overeasy) and the breakfast flatbread which looked almost identical when served, as well as an iced mocha. The quality of the pizza was pretty average, and the eggs were slightly overcooked. The drink was really good, made fresh, with a smooth taste and a nice sweetness to it, the plastic cup coated in chocolate sauce. It tasted more like chocolate milk with a hint of coffee, which I personally enjoyed. They typically serve gelato here, but it would not be ready till almost two hours after opening time. So no milkshakes or cold desserts were available in the morning this past Sunday (no worries, Ghirardelli is just a block away). I appreciate the variety of menu items offered here. But they really should communicate online that their gelato's not ready till two hours into the day. If there's one thing that irks me about an establishment, it's failure to communicate appropriately. Even though our recent visit was somewhat disappointing, I still gave 3 stars, assuming this was an off day for them.

They completely nailed the texture. Every single cookie hit that golden sweet spot--warm and gooey in the middle with just the right amount of crisp edge. What really stood out was the balance of ingredients. Chocolate Chip: Perfectly measured so you get sweet chocolate in every bite without feeling overwhelmed by chips. Peanut Butter Reese's: An absolute dream ratio of rich peanut butter to chocolate peanut butter cups. Snickerdoodle: Perfectly spiced, striking just the right "snicker-to-doodle" balance! Of course, we couldn't leave without trying the ice cream. I ordered a combination of Cookie Monster and Campfire in a single scoop. The portion size was remarkably generous--it completely filled up the small cup and delivered a fantastic mix of flavors. My wife went with a scoop combining Espresso Oreo and Mint & Chip, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, these were easily some of the best desserts we've had in a very long time.
