Took my son here for dinner while we were at the mall and surprisingly they weren't busy like we've seen them so I ordered at the kiosk and the food took about 15mins. Cheeseburgers were solid, fries was meh and shake shack sauce was 0/10 but the mango passionade was pretty good since they were sold out of the strawberry lemonade. Overall not gona run back but glad we didn't do Red Robin burgers again.

Compared to my last visit, my current visit was a bit of a letdown. I waited a very long time for my order even after I got the text that it was ready. Those who ordered after me even got their food before we did and we had ordered 2 burgers.

One of things I appreciate when you arrive at Shake Shack is that there's no human interaction when making your order; there's a couple of tablets on the counter; you make your order, you get your order number texted to you, you get your order handed to you within ten minutes. No awkward interactions with unenthusiastic cashiers and no pressure with tipping. Their burgers are always great, I got their triple patty with cheese with a side of fries; guaranteed to satisfy, portioned nicely, and pairs well with their crinkle fries and strawberry milkshake. Price is on the higher end, but the quality is obvious and makes the purchase worth it. This place is in the mall food court area, so there's plenty of seating and typical mall atmosphere. I'll return soon when I'm craving a top shelf burger!

The location at downtown is just inconvenient to get to (since parking is too tight there) so I was really happy when another location opened at Southcenter Mall, which is a lot easier to get to! It's located in the food court (which has tons of seating but is frustratingly full on weekends), and you order through several small kiosk systems that oversee the kitchen. Everything's prepared very quickly, and the servers do ask you if you want any ketchup or other stuff. They serve mostly burgers with tons of modifications you can make, along with a decent selection of milkshakes. My friend and I each got a double Shackburger with BBQ fries and rootbeer on the side. I was not disappointed with the quality of the burger! The meat was very juicy, and there was a perfect balance between sweet, salty and sour with everything combined. The burger did not come apart too easily even with all the sauce, and the BBQ fries added such a nice salty touch to the meal! Probably rootbeer wasn't the way to go since it just added more saltiness... Very pleasant experience and food here, and a good stop for a burger if you want something quick and almost as great of a quality as a gourmet burger!

Everytime I see a Shake Shack, I can't help but order. I enjoy it quite a bit. This particular location hits all the convenience since it is in the mall. It's a great spot for a quick bite right in the middle of your shopping. The burgers are fresh and tasty. The fries are crispy and flavorful. Everything needs to be topped with bacon to kick it up. Trust me. Don't forget the awesome chicken options available. Another awesome location checked off the list. Thanks Shake Shack !!!

I have been here a few times and service is fast. I did order online and it came through at the time it said it would. Food is consistently good no matter the location which is perfect. Also adding avocado to this burger elevates it so much btw. This location was in the mall so obviously a lot of seating around and near.

I had always wanted to try this place and I thought it was really good. The meat was seasoned and everything tasted fresh. It was nice and hot. The fries were also crispy and tasted fresh.

    Whole bunch of delicious stuff!

Ok, so a lot of my friends love this place so I finally decided to try it. First of all, I was visiting from Hawaii and we were killing time before our flight back home. Went to Southcenter in Tukwila and spotted it in the food court. Boom! I decided to eat there and decide for myself. I love the crisp of the juicy burger and the flavor. I can't remember the name but it was some kind of Korean umami burger? It was good! And the FRIES!! Crinkle is my favorite and it was piping hot! Ooohhhh! I'm going to go back next trip back to Seattle.

Located at the food court on the second level, this shake shack is popular! There was a long line of people waiting for their orders when I was there. I always love the smoke shack burger which came with bacon and the cherry pepper. It was the perfect blend of salty bacon and a bit of spice. The burger was juicy and delicious! It took about 10 minutes to get my order. Not too bad as I had waited for 30 minutes at the shake shack in NYC before. Note: there is a bag fee for take out.

It's my first time having Shake Shack so I have no basis for what it should taste like. We got the bacon cheeseburger, shake stack, and some bacon cheese fries. Both burgers were decent, had enough flavor, and were a decent size. The bacon was not as crispy as we would have liked. The wait was about 15 minutes. We heard that some people waited a lot longer. The staff seemed confused about the orders, which probably contributed to the long wait. The only reason we considered going here is we get credits from our credit cards. Otherwise, I don't think we'd rush to eat here.

Tiny portions for the price. It's like a kids burger. Flavors were ok for the Veggie Shack I got. Super busy so there is quite a wait. The cashier took down the wrong name so we thought our order wasn't ready when it was. My biggest issue is just the size, like it's laughable how small the burgers are

So glad Shake Shack made its way down to the south side of Seattle. It is located inside Southcenter mall next to Chipotle. I came here on a weekend and noticed there was already a long line. The line to order went by quick but the pickup took a while. Expect about 15-20 min wait. I ordered the shack burger while my partner got the smoke shack burger. We also ordered their crinkle fries and chocolate peppermint shake. Overall, the burgers were nice and juicy but the patty was a bit too salty. I understand that they're still newly opened so hopefully they will fine tuned their work productivity. The shakes and fries were good as expected. To avoid long wait, order from their app. Will definitely come back again now that it's closer to where I live.

This place is super popular, but the line moves quickly. They have QR codes available whilst waiting in line so you can try to decide your flavor ahead of time. What's great is that you can also ask for samples when you reach the counter. I know frozen Greek yohgurt is all the rage right now and Hellenika doesn't disappoint. I got the Ube Coconut flavor and it was incredible. I definitely didn't taste the coconut as much as I would have hoped, but it was such a fun flavor with which to experiment. The frozen yoghurt was not as tart as I would have expected but there is a slight aftertaste in case you don't enjoy that aspect of eating yoghurt. They had some other unique flavors such as Tim Tam, Seattle Fog, Lemon Curd, etc which paid homage to their Australian-Greek heritage while also honoring Seattle. I cannot recommend coming here (especially with friends to have company in line and then people to share different flavors with). It is worth the wait in line especially during a Seattle summer.

About a minute after getting my drink, I took a sip and was surprised that it was cold--not even lukewarm, but actually cold. I didn't go back to ask for a remake because there were several people in line behind me and I didn't want to wait. Instead, I ended up microwaving it when I got back to my Airbnb. The latte itself was decent and had a strong espresso flavor, but the mocha syrup was way too sweet for my taste. I think it would have been much better if it had been about half as sweet. The price was also pretty high for a 12 oz latte. The customer service was disappointing. The young woman who helped me came across as rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. That's especially unfortunate for a business located in the middle of a major tourist area. As for the drink, I'm not sure how a hot latte ends up being served cold, but it definitely shouldn't happen. I also sampled the tiramisu gelato, which was overly sweet and didn't taste very authentic. Overall, I regret spending the time, money, and calories here. There are too many great coffee shops in Seattle to settle for an experience like this.

They had fun summer flavors such as apricot crisp, blueberry cheesecake, cherry chunk, and strawberry sorbet. I tried two different flavors, and both were delicious. Both flavors were extremely creamy, even the fruity flavored ones. I started with the strawberry sorbet. It was refreshing. The strawberry really shined through and was extremely fresh tasting. I feel like strawberry flavoring can sometimes come off as artificial, but I did not have that experience with this ice cream. The second flavor I sample, and my favorite one of the day was the honey lavender. It felt like you were walking through an organic lavender field.
