They were delicious. I saw the grilled satay, short ribs, and mackerel, but I didn't try because they looked dry sitting on the hot tray for a while maybe those need to be made to order. The large beef rib was tender and delicious and tasted similar to nilaga or lauya (Filipino style beef soup). I was surprised to see character baon there--so cute that I had to take a pic! How much they charge is worth all that. The staff does bring out their tambourines and sing happy birthday when requested. They'll also store cake in the fridge for you. The kitchen only put out one tray each time so good luck in getting some because the first four (4) people in line pretty much took them all. LoL I was the fourth one in line and just took whatever was left on the tray, which wasn't much! But there were plenty of other choices and there's something for everyone. Restaurant was super crowded but service was good since there were many employees. Someone's review here on Yelp says it's $12.5 for lunch & couple dollars more for dinner. That's incorrect. I said wow you don't look for other jobs? Golden Corral must treat you very well for you to stay here so long.
