The broth is this interesting chicken stock color but was very juicy. The total for six was $9.75 which wasn't bad at all. The salt and pepper squid was very interesting. I liked the flavor and kept coming back to it. The breading wasn't heavy and fried scallions or garlic on top made the dish. As for the noodles with scallion oil, not too bad. The flavor wasn't too rich, just nice and subtle. I believe for all three dishes the total came out to $50 before tax. At this time, cash is the only accepted form of payment.
