The service is always nice, and usually pretty fast, although when it gets crowded, it might take a few extra minutes to get your boba. I usually get the taro or Thai milk tea, which tastes pretty standard compared to other boba places, but they also have some fruity drinks and you can adjust your ice and sugar level (I usually get 50% sweetness because I find the 100% too sweet). This is my go-to boba spot when I'm in the Village. I've been here a few times already (once during their soft opening, and twice since then) and my drinks have been consistently good. I've ordered the Okinawa Milk Tea (with mini-boba), Hokkaido Milk Tea (with boba) and Thai Tea (with boba), and each one of them has been pretty tasty. The Okinawa Milk tea was made a bit light, but good nonetheless. They are generous with the amount of boba they give you, which are always perfectly cooked. SERVICE: Always friendly. Drinks come out within 10 minutes with a decent line at the cash register, which is reasonable. A couple of my colleagues/friends have had small requests ignored (i.e., no lychee) on a couple of occasions, as was my recent request for 75% sweetness, so we just ask for a little more consistency when relaying and creating orders. Beyond that, we have no issues. I expect to be at Sharetea fairly regularly moving forward, so I'll probably ask for a stamp card on my next visit. I can taste every single ingredients of the tea, if it's cream or milk. I ordered black tea with creama on top. I didn't add sugar. But the tea itself (not the topping of creama) tastes salted or sweet, before topping falls. And the tea flavor is not strong at all. Great place to go to for UCLA students. Prior to this Sharetea location opening there weren't many options for students who wanted to get their milk tea fix. I am a big fan of Sharetea and have gone to many other locations in the past. This Sharetea is great because it's pretty clean and modern looking inside, although I would like it if they increased the amount of seating available. The drinks were pretty good, and tasted similar to other Sharetea locations I have frequented in the past. My personal favrotie is the kiwi yuzu tea with aiyu jelly. I actually normally don't like to get milk teas, just because I am trying to avoid dairy. I know that Sharetea uses dairy-free creamers in their milk teas, so people don't have to worry about that here! There's free wifi at this location, but restroom available for customers, so it is a potential study spot (seen a few people study here) though not ideal. The drinks here are really good. I have only one criticism and that is that I cannot tip $0. You can call me a Karen that doesn't tip anywhere but I usually tip places however I noticed that at ShareTea I was not able to tip a custom amount. I never tip at places like Starbucks and boba places because I feel like they don't give me enough one on one attention to make me give them a tip. My favorite is the Classic Pearl Milk Tea with Oolong and 30% sugar. I order that most of the time. I've also had their Matcha Red Bean Milk Tea, which was okay... not what I was expecting. I've had red bean milk teas before and matcha milk teas, but together it wasn't something I'd order again and I do love red bean with matcha desserts. I've also had their Coffee Milk Tea, Wintermelon Tea, and Hokkaido Milk Tea. They're all decent, but on the sweeter side so I'd order them with less sugar. Share Tea is located on Broxton, so if you use the parking lot across the street, it's free 2 hr parking as long as you enter the lot before 5 pm. read more
