I'm giving this place 3 stars for convenience.. our server was ok but I had to hunt her down for silverware.. we asked for a table for 2 but a few friends found us eating and came to sit with us.... We were never offered a larger table even though there were plenty of seats and not crowded.. we ordered the Wally pizza, which ended up being very large!! I wasn't a fan of how thick the sauce is on the pizza causing the amazing pizza dough to get very soft in the middle. I also ordered a garden salad..... sigh disappointing because it was supposed to Romain lettuce, carrots, croutons, onions, and tomatoes.. I removed the tomatoes but I actually got an iceberg lettuce and a scoop of chopped onions not in a bowl but in a serving dish... Food is a a solid 2... service 1... convenience 5 read more

Had breakfast and here. Breakfast was ok but slow, dinner was subpar. Only positive was it is in the hotel.

If I could rate the server only, the review would be a 5/5. The restaurant is severely short staffed, but within our three day stay we were served by Richard twice. He seemed a little overwhelmed but didn't let it affect the quality of our service. He was quick to check if we needed anything and if our food came out alright. The first night, the portions were too small for what they cost & we had to wait a long wait for drinks & our orders. Both times Richard served us, there was still a small wait but we hardly noticed since he was talkative and friendly while we waited. Lastly, this is our third stay at Four Points Cocoa Beach & we miss the shark tank!!! The shark tank was our favorite part and made the experience that much better!! Hoping that the short staffing issue gets resolved so that our next visit can be rated all 5! read more

Avoid for breakfast. Super mediocre food and atmosphere. Pancakes. Ok. Breakfast tacos. Meh for the price. Asked for sour cream and they said it was spoiled. Omelette was alright but not for the money. Don't waste your time here. Go across street to IHOP or down the street to Waffle House. Bummed because it was one of the reasons we chose to stay at Four Points was in house restaurant. Waitress was friendly and prompt, forgot our side of bacon because they were going through all the spoilt sour cream containers. Another reason we booked here and were excited about the restaurant proximity was the Aquarium . They don't have one. It's an empty tank with fish posters on it. Pretty basic atmosphere. read more

We stopped in for breakfast and sat at the bar , couple morning cocktails , for breakfast we had steak and egg sandwich and bacon egg English muffin and the potatoes served with them , food was so good , nice atmosphere for beach, and both days of service was amazing read more

We waited about 45 min for two dishes and when those dishes came out the other two people in our party had to wait 15 more minutes for their food. But on top of ALL of that there is no longer any sharks here. The tank is removed. So the ambiance is just being in a hotel near a Ron Jons.... read more

Second review if this place was hoping after three years this place would if improved. It's actually worse. Context first...It's Xmas night dinner time. We get seated but told they might not get to us for 30 mins since they are short staffed. We can be patient so we say I'm we will wait. Good news the server gets to us quickly we get drinks and she takes our order. First we are told there is no pizza. The table who is seated after us order pizza and we watch them out it in the oven. Second we watch as the the different employees walk around but don't do anything! They are not short staffed just have lots of employees with no direction! We ended up going to Waffle House and had a great meal and served up quickly! Do not go here! Ever! read more

Maybe we got lucky with our server and food selection but had amazing service and the food was good. We came at 11am so there was only one other family. Our server was very attentive, we didn't have to wait at all. We had the shrimp/avocado salad, nachos, and 2 kids meals (burger and chicken tenders). Kids were happy and I was pleasantly surprised. Came for early dinner, ordered coffee...no coffee. Ordered Dr. Pepper...not working. Ordered tater tots with my sandwich.... Yep, you guessed it. No tots. Ordered appetizers, banging shrimp and fried pickles. Average although they did come out hot and fresh. Standard GFS food truck items. Our dirty dishes were stacked on the table next to us and left there. Our sandwiches, french dip, and a couple of cheese steak sandwiches came out hot but again, just average. Had to have the bill adjusted after I spotted a sign that mentioned happy hour 1/2 price apps. (oops) The table busser came to the table and hovered there setting his dirty dish pan on the table next to us, before we had vacated our table and I certainly didn't appreciate that the young man's under panties were hanging out of his pants. We went here because of the pictures on other reviews of the aquarium in the restaurant. The aquarium is empty and has a sticker of a fake scene in it. While our waitress tried her best, it was not her fault that she was one of the only waitresses and had tables on both ends of the restaurant. However our food was not up to par. The kid's chicken tenders and fries were over cooked and hard to eat, the chicken tacos were dry, and the coconut shrimp and fried were severely undercooked. read more

After trying to find a place to eat in the area with little success we ended up here. It's located inside the Four Points. They have a pretty cool aquarium inside and other shops. When we approached the hostess stand, the woman working didn't look pleased to be there. She did get us seated pretty quickly. While reviewing the menu and looking around, it seems this place isn't sure what it wants to be. Is it a bar with some quick eats? Is it restaurant that serves drinks? Pizza place? Seafood place? I'm still not sure. Our waitress, Savannah, was friendly enough. When it came time to order I requested a Cajun mahi sandwich. I didn't care for the offered sides and asked if I could get macaroni and cheese instead since I saw they serve it on top of one of their burgers. She said they could not. I found that slightly annoying since I would have been fine with an upcharge to order it. My boyfriend ordered a white pizza. She came back and said they were out of Alfredo so he got a regular pizza instead. The food came after a pretty long wait. The mahi sandwich was just not very good. The fish was cooked well, but there was no seasoning to be found. The bun was much larger than the fish so many bites were just bread. I finally ditched the bun and just ate the fish. The tater tots I chose as a side tasted like old oil. My boyfriend's pizza was actually pretty decent. They make their pizzas in-house; I enjoyed watching the cook spinning the dough. Maybe they should focus on that since it seems to be their strength. Overall, I would not return. read more

We stopped in around 5:30 during happy hour. Mona explained the raspberry gin cocktail and understood my desire to go light on the alcohol. It was the best cocktail I have ever had. My husband's IPA was very good. We got the pretzel and the chicken skillet nachos. The pretzel was good; the nachos were great. We also got a beef street taco and a barria taco. They came with warm nacho chips, sour cream, and salsa. The food was great, the service was great, and the bill was really reasonable. read more

Love the aquarium this restaurant has. The fish and eels are beautiful and the sharks are really cool. We had breakfast and of course my husband went with the breakfast burrito. He loved it! Absolutely crap food. I agree with the other reviews saying that the place has potential but the people who work here straight up don't care about this place at all. The food was very mid, the tacos tasted just like the ones from Taco Bell and my brother would have made the same thing at home much better. The shells of the tacos were also extremely brittle for some reason and as soon as you pick it up, the whole thing falls apart immediately. They also didn't have 2 menu items at the restaurant because of "high demand during peak season" but honestly they just don't know what they're doing. Again, absolutely crap food and my parents weren't happy about paying $60 for this. The tip? None. Get better staff, and source your ingredients better. read more

my husband and I were in the area visiting from Tampa. Our server was okay... The food was rather mediocre. My margarita taste as if it were some type of daiquiri mix. No bueno....I sent it back. The the atmosphere is very nice. The way they connected the hotel to the restaurant and the subsequent store. The aquarium was beautiful. But I am not certain if I would return as the menu is very limited and the food wasn't that great. But, it was worth a shot. You never know until you try. read more

Please take my recommendation and stay away. Went for breakfast. Very rude waitress. Asked about the aquarium and she was very snippy. Gave my grandchildren kids menus. Ordered pancakes and bacon for my 7 year old granddaughter. Pancakes came out without the bacon so I nicely asked for her bacon. Waitress told me that the adult pancakes does not come with bacon. Why would you put in an order for adult pancakes after you gave us kids menus and I pointed at the kids menu and said she'll have the pancakes and bacon. Same issues with my grandsons order. Manager came out and said he was going to remove the charge for the pancakes. Well thanks for removing a charge for something we did not order. We tried to explain to him the issues that we had and he just turned and walked away. I would give this place negative stars if I could. read more

Ok so we were in the hotel and we were hungry so we went to Shark pit and it was Horrible. We sat down and got our drinks. When we ordered the family next to us who got their like 30 minutes after us and who had more people got their food first and one kid orders pizza and over 20 minutes earlier they said they had no cheese and pizza has cheese so they found cheese the service was horrible. The only good thing was the Ambiance it was cool. Don't ever go here unless you have to. read more

Don't do it. I've been coming here for 10+ years excusing horrible service and hoping for improvement and it's actually so much worse now that I can honestly say it's on the #2 worst dining experiences I've ever had. The quality of the food went way down too and the entire staff is teenagers except for the (head bartender? Manager?)- who was very accommodating, apologetic and lovely- aside from some unprofessional abd bizarre things she did as well but overall the experience was unfortunately my last. Terrible terrible service on a weekend evening we tried to come in for dinner and ended up having to walk in the rain to another location, which I would gladly do over again for the sheer disrespect having to stand at the hostess stand for 10 minutes as wait staff blatantly disregard us standing there. Eventually I ended up just seating myself and my family despite their lack of service. Once I noticed so many other people looking around for their service I knew we needed to just leave. The only reason I gave two stars is because we came back for breakfast since we were staying at the hotel and and it was ok service and food was good. Maybe it depends on the day or who is working but we walked out after not being seated or acknowledged for several minutes. We arrived on a Monday night around 7pm. A sign said to go to server or bartender to be seated. There was no host/hostess when we arrived. We waited a minute just in case and then went to the bartender to be seated. She said to go back to the front and she would be with us as soon as she can. We waited several minutes and then walked out. I only saw two people working - 1 bartender and a cook in the pizza area. There were a few people at the bar and a few people at some tables. Not packed at all but definitely needed more than one person working to keep up with everyone. There was even a patron at the bar who came over and pointed to the sign trying to tell us to go find someone to be seated. I laughed and said I read the sign but the bartender told us to go back to the front. Also the aquarium is still empty with a poster on it. We came here before a couple years before and the service was very slow and they were short staffed. We had hoped it was better by now but appears it may be worse. Maybe if we sat at the bar we would have been helped but we had our two kids with us and wanted to sit at a table. read more

This place is amazing! The bar staff is very knowledgeable, super friendly and very tentative. We have been coming here for years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The food is delicious and plentiful. Zac (the bar manager) is very friendly and can make some amazing drinks. His staff is on point. It's clean. The food is excellent and plentiful.
