This was perfect for what we were looking for! The food was awesome! And it was so close to all of our activity's !

This is a restaurant inside, or right next to a hotel and a store (same building). We saw the sign walking by and decided to give it a try. We walked up to the doors and they were locked. But we could see lights inside. We wound up going into the store and finally figured out how to get into the restaurant. Putting directions on the outside door would certainly help. If not hungry and tired we would have just gone somewhere else. So we're inside and the sign says Wait to be seated. So we waited. And waited. And waited. Finally the bartender said someone would be with us soon. He finally came around to seat us and did apologize for the wait. Seems they are short staffed. Our table ordered a cheese burger and a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. Both came with fries. The burger and sandwich were both good, but the fries were excellent! If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't suggest this place. But if you're near by and have time, it's not too bad.

The highlight of my time here was the Bahama mama. It's probably one of the better ones I had. Unfortunately the rest of my experience wasn't all that amazing. There was a newer bartender who made the experience a bit better, which is why I'm giving more than one star. The other bartender that was a female didn't really give us the time of day until we moved. When we arrived there was a sign that said go to bartender or a server. So we sat a table. After several minutes the table next to us got their food and we were never acknowledged, not even looked at. We then moved to the bar where we weren't given a menu. I grabbed the menu closest to us and then was told that wasn't the right menu. Which we were then given the right menu. I'm a boom boom shrimp connoisseur and I already had my suspicion that theirs wasn't going to be great. When I was given my shrimp I was very disappointed. They just drizzled a little bit of the sauce on top. The shrimp is supposed to be tossed with the sauce. The audacity to serve that as boom boom shrimp, was crazy. The tank inside was also empty with a picture of fish inside, so that was a let down. The restaurant is basically inside the gift shop since it's shared with the hotel. It was an okay vibe. I would probably come here again for drinks but not really for anything else

I'm giving this place 3 stars for convenience.. our server was ok but I had to hunt her down for silverware.. we asked for a table for 2 but a few friends found us eating and came to sit with us.... We were never offered a larger table even though there were plenty of seats and not crowded.. we ordered the Wally pizza, which ended up being very large!! I wasn't a fan of how thick the sauce is on the pizza causing the amazing pizza dough to get very soft in the middle. I also ordered a garden salad..... sigh disappointing because it was supposed to Romain lettuce, carrots, croutons, onions, and tomatoes.. I removed the tomatoes but I actually got an iceberg lettuce and a scoop of chopped onions not in a bowl but in a serving dish... Food is a a solid 2... service 1... convenience 5

The Moon Hut, the Mexican place that was there for many years, The reopened Moon Hut a few years ago ( which wasn't so good) and now the "Sunrise Diner at the Moon Hut", which is really good again! We used to go to the Sunrise Diner for many years as well, so of COURSE this Moon Hut version, run by the owner of Sunrise, is awesome. My Breakfast Burrito was delicious, my wife's Greek Omelette was excellent, my friend's Santorini Omelette was great, my daughter's turkey and orzo soup was so good we had to order her a second cup, and my son in law's Chicken and Waffles were amazing. I'm from South Carolina originally, so I am qualified to say- this fried chicken is legit! The food is great, the historic NASA photos and memorabilia are intact, and there's even some familiar faces from the old Sunrise. Plus there's Aliens! Who could ask for more? And as always, the old lady at the front needs a raise.

The wife took our waitresses recommendation of the fried green tomato dish and she really liked it. Our food came fast and hot and our waitress Callista checked back 2 or 3 times The prices are very reasonable $12.99 for my dish and they have a large selection. Definitely worth a try!

We grabbed seats at the bar, and right out of the gate the experience was mission-ready. The girls behind the bar were awesome, friendly, attentive, and just had that effortless vibe that makes you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit. Now the food... wow. Everything came out fresh, hot, and absolutely dialed in. The burgers were stacked and juicy, the sandwiches loaded, and those sidewinder fries? Forget it. Crispy, golden perfection. You can tell nothing sat under a heat lamp, this was all cooked to order and launched straight to the table. Best way I can describe it given the location... This wasn't just good food, it was a full-on flavor liftoff. Like sitting a few miles from Cape Canaveral and watching a rocket punch through the atmosphere, everything about this meal just took off and didn't look back. Great people, killer food, laid-back atmosphere... this place hits on all cylinders. We'll definitely be back for another launch

When we arrived, we did notice the outside could use a little TLC, but once inside, it was very clean and tidy. We were immediately greeted by both the hostess and bartender, and they were very friendly. We were seated right away and our drink orders were taken quickly. It took us a few minutes to go through the menu since we weren't familiar with the restaurant, and there are quite a few items to choose from. We ordered the "Crack Mac Snack" (macaroni and cheese) and added pulled pork and the biscuit bread. The food came out quickly, and we were not disappointed. The biscuit bread was absolutely amazing, rich, soft, and delicious (maybe a little too generous with the butter on top, but still delicious). It's a thick, hearty piece, about two inches high and roughly four inches square. The mac and cheese was a generous portion and easily enough to share, and it was really good. The homemade BBQ sauce was also a highlight. The only slight miss was my husband's Coke, which wasn't very sweet, possibly a calibration issue with the machine. Overall, this is definitely a spot worth trying if you're in Cocoa Beach and want something different. There's a lot on the menu, and we'll definitely be back.

The ambiance is that of every other bar, which in itself isn't bad but it is when you don't do anything to really stand out. I ordered the southern burger and their special of deviled eggs. The deviled eggs were really good but only 6 half eggs was $12. Way overpriced in my opinion. The burger looked really good but for $22 for the burger and the fries, it better be top notch. Burger came out over done, with the entire bottom bun completely soaked in juice. It basically fell apart by the end of the meal. I will say the fries were really good but for $45 with a tip FOR ONE PERSON this place is way over priced for what you get. I also thought my service was just okay as well. Wouldn't recommend this place and won't be back.
