07/06/26 My husband, son, and I had a 4-hour layover. We asked my son and his fiance who live in Seattle, to meet us for dinner. They made reservations for this place. Our group ordered: -Pulled brisket mac and cheese -Fried creamer potatoes -Chicken sandwich -Seattle classic We all had a taste of everyone's food. It was delicious and piping hot. The pulled brisket mac and cheese and the Seattle Classic were our favorites. The creamer potatoes were especially a delight with the sauce that came with them. Service: 4/5 We mentioned to Melissa, our waitress, that we were crunched for time to catch our flight. She accommodated us and made sure we left on time to catch our flight.

We dropped in here for a late lunch. I ordered the Alaskan cod tacos and a salad. My nephew ordered the steak and fries. Everything was super delicious! All the staff were super friendly and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the interior was welcoming and cozy[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I would definitely go back again if I'm in the area again.

Prime rib dinner with mashed potatoes, green beans, au jus, and grated horseradish

I wanted to get prime rib and found this place not too far away from my hotel. I went in around dinner time and got really lucky with only have to wait for 20 mins for a table for one. Once I was seated I had someone come and asked for a vanilla cider and a the 1/2 lb prime rib dinner. It came with sour cream mashed potatoes, green beans, freshly grated horseradish, and a side of au jus. Compare this to other prime rib it wasn't as fatty or gristly which was great. Also cut so nicely so I didn't have to fight to cut a piece off. The mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious but filling. Green beans were fresh and still crunchy. I wished I had room for dessert, but I was absolutely stuffed. Would love to come back here again.

Delicious barbecue, burgers and home baked comfort food in skillets. Rowan was our waiter. His recommendations were spot on and he treated us like we were his only customers, which was clearly not the case. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Restaurant is big but it was packed with customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great ambiance, service and outstanding food.

Ok one of the most amazing places I've dined in for some time. First off your next to SeaTac Airport so location is perfect of your coming or going and need a food or alcoholic beverage.... [[HIGHLIGHT]]Soon as you enter you see multiple oak kegs of Burbon fermenting spirts in a revolving rack.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Turning the juices of the gods to make sure you'll get the perfect cocktail each and every time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A few more feet away is a meat locker twirling with red lights cooking the prime rib flesh, my oh my was I mesmerized.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you're a lover of the flesh you'll really enjoy Sharps Roasthouse for a preflight meal...

Great unexpected experience by the Seattle airport! We were staying at one of the Seattle airport hotels and dropped by for a quick lunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside decor is immersive - big slabs of meat displayed, a sourdough pasta machine putting out pasta pieces! Very camp and fun.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was also friendly. We weren't that hungry so just ordered the pulled pork salad and fried chicken salad. Both are HUGE and great. The meats were of course the highlights. I honestly wish we were hungrier so we could try the burgers and apps. We also ordered a side of fries, which was also huge. The fries were a bit disappointing though - lacked flavor. Overall a great find by the airport!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Sharps has an atmosphere about it that communicates without words about a delicious culinary experience that surely awaits here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menu is enormous and each item tickles imagination. As we waited to be seated, we got a sense that this was going to be a culinary adventure. We enjoyed Roasting Works BBQ platter (my favorite item was the brisket, I wish there was more of it) and the Bourbon sampler (I wish there was more of it, too!) The picky eater in our party finished the salmon burger without any complaints. The service was quick and attentive. The price was a little high, but it was worth it. Overall, a really good choice!

I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by a great bartender. Great cold beer in a cold glass (just the way I like it). I ordered the burnt ends appetizer. It came out as a small portion served on top of a piece of cornbread and slaw next to it. Actually was quite delicious and the burnt ends and corn bread paired very well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great ambiance inside with plenty of TV's to watch whatever game you wish.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will definitely be back.

A well-deserved five star. Even though they were incredibly busy, you would've never known it by the amount of attention that we got from our server. He took excellent care of us. The food was outstanding. Complementary bread when we got there and the food was quick and tasty. Cocktails were fantastic with lots of choices. Plenty of specials to be found on the menu. It's also cool when you walk in and they've got their pasta station where they're making sourdough pasta and all the different meats on display. Definite repeat place.

I was glad to revisit Sharps for dinner. Our server Maria was great. They have an interesting mixed drink menu, plus a bunch of beers on tap and wines. I got the drink that had bourbon and figs, very tasty. I really liked my mac and cheese with the spicy chicken tenders. My friend asked me if I could taste if the pasta was made with sourdough, and I'm not really sure! The portion size was huge. I also got a side Caesar that was pretty average, but I had wanted to get some kind of vegetable. This place was bustling with people when we went. This is a convenient location if you are staying at one of the hotels nearby, and also they have parking out front.

Ate lunch here today while in town for a cruise. All I can say is wow. Food was amazing. Service was amazing. Our server, Sam was a gem. She made great recommendations, was super friendly and was always available. I had the prime rib dip with provolone based on her recommendation, my wife had the Tellicherry Chicken and Gouda, our son had the fish and chips all were absolutely delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was laid back sports bar vibe, very casual and nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will come back here every time I am in town. Great food, great staff , GREAT PLACE OVERALL

    Burnt ends from happy hour
    Kimberly H.

Yummy cornbread for days!!! Waiter came out with a complementary cornbread and it set the mood for yumminess We didn't know there was a happy hour, but ordered burnt ends and macaroni & cheese with their homemade noodles. Food was scrumptious but the two dishes, a cocktail and a root beer with tip was about $50 but well worth it!!! The burnt ends also came with the cornbread and if my husband or I had any self control we would have eaten that since the sauce wetted it and brought home the complementary one but we don't and we gobbled everything up Cute venue, good service, wonderful food - definitely recommend!!!

Pork burnt ends with coleslaw slaw over corn bread

Let me start with the place was very clean, inviting and the service was good. I really want to focus on the food. I had high expectations since we frequent their sister restaurant, Vons 1000 Spirits in seattle where the food is off rhe charts every single time. So that is why I feel I can grade Sharps with a harsher expectations. Lets start with the good. Cornbread, delicious, crispy edges and sweet buttery flavor. The sweet corn, very buttery with a delicious seasoning sprinkled on top. The Fig whiskey was so smokey and sweet and wonderful. Now let's take a step down... the burnt ends and brisket were delicious. The burnt ends were small pieces and conservative portion. The brisket was so tender you could cut it with a fork, again, the portion was very small considering the price tag. Now, because I was raised in Kansas City, Missouri, I have my own preferences when it comes to bbq sauce and beans...so I am keeping an open mind... the sweet red bbq sauce was great and was served on tbe burnt ends and with my husbands ribs...the brisket is served with a Carolina gold sauce which is very tangy and more like a salad dressing in my opinion, but again thats just a preference. Here's where my rating goes down quickly. The onion rings, while having a nice flavor were so soggy and greasy. Im not sure if they were not drained of the grease appropriately or were just sitting on a warming table...my husband's fries were the same way. As we were leaving I noticed our neighboring table had fish and chips and the fish and fries both looked just as soggy on the bottom. This leads me to think the fried food may be fried in advance and are held to plate up quickly. I dont know, but that lost points with me real quick because, again, I had very high expectations since they are related to probably our favorite restaurant in seattle, Vons 1000 spirits. We will try again in tbe future.

Price Point - There are several meat options served here that are very expensive but we tried it all. Being from Missouri I knew that the prices would be a bit more than what I was used to but it really wasn't that significant. For 4 people who ordered a little bit of everything, we spent 140$ That's three appetizers, 2 sides, and 5 main dishes. For special occasions, celebrations, corporate dinners, this place seems like a great option. Now, in regard to the portion sizes. Pretty simple explanation, they do feel a bit small. Lastly, do they have options for children? I would say no but that depends on what kind of food your kids eat Hahha. This is more of an adult restaurant not particular organized for kids meals. Overall, I definitely recommend everyone check this place out. The food is so fresh and flavorful. We lived the experience and would definitely come back if we find ourselves in town again.

Now let's get to my Ahi wrap; I had serious issues with this. This includes tuna, avocado, cilantro lime coleslaw with chipotle aioli and lime on the side. House made chips and salsa were included. The wrap was hugely disappointing. The ratio of tuna to coleslaw was seriously off. 90 percent of this wrap was coleslaw. The chips weren't fresh and the salsa was just ok, had a sweet type of base, which I don't like in my salsa. The lime included was stale and I couldn't get a drop out of this. The chipotle was so so. The coleslaw had no distinctive cilantro lime flavor. This dish was entirely disappointing and priced at 19.95. Never again. My husband's dish had two pieces of fish and was priced at 18.50. So after the cost of the drinks, the meal was over 60. Shame on us for a few things: 1. For not looking closely at the prices 2. And for most importantly, for simply not grabbing a decently priced hot dog at the farmers market. I'm positive this would have been better and a better deal. We will not be back to this place. The only reason I gave this a one star was for the waitress and the peach tea. Seriously.

I let the manager know that I was having a stressful day and they made sure we got a table within 45 seconds. I sat down, and Jade greeted us within moments from sitting down. I was on a timeframe and they made sure we had food in a timely manner. Everything was fresh. They continue to check on us throughout our visit. Hands-down, this is my favorite location with the best staff. I highly recommend coming to Joey's in Southcenter and ask for Jade! My favorite was the chicken lettuce wraps! The location is very clean and inviting.

On the patio, Glen greeted me warmly and remained attentive throughout my visit, replacing napkins, refilling my water glass, and checking in to see how everything was. First order: Piña Roja ($13.25): The sweetness and tartness were perfectly balanced, making for a refreshing drink. Seared Salmon Sushi ($24.25): Creamy and full of umami, a squeeze of lime adds an extra kick. The generous amount of ginger was a nice touch. Second order: Low Alcohol Coconut Smash ($11.00): Creamy, smooth, and pleasantly sweet. Baja Cauliflower Tacos ($24.00): The rich sauce was delicious, but the tacos would benefit from a tangy or sour topping.

Today wasn't the travel day I had planned. While on a work trip, I received some difficult news and…read morehad to cut the trip short and head home. Before my flight, I decided to stop at Salty's for breakfast. I'm a sucker for crab, but I wasn't especially hungry, so I ordered a cup of the chowder with crab. It turned out to be one of the best cups of chowder I've ever had--rich, flavorful, and loaded with crab. I sat at the bar, where Joyce took great care of me. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made an otherwise difficult day a little easier. Great service can make a real difference, and she absolutely delivered. Salty's isn't the cheapest dining option at SEA, but between the quality of the food, the relaxed atmosphere, and the outstanding service, I think it's well worth it. If you're looking for a great meal before your flight, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.

Rich, loaded with clams, easily the best thing on the table. Fries were also solid. The halibut fish & chips ($46 for three pieces) was the letdown. The fish was over-fried to the point that it fell apart as I ate it -- disappointing for a fish of that quality at that price. Halibut should hold together in firm, flaky pieces; this didn't. But the real issue was the service. What made it impossible to write off as a busy day was that my server was attentive to the table right next to me -- she asked the gentleman beside me how his meal was and refilled his water, while mine sat clearly empty and I was never checked on once. No introduction, no recommendations, no plates cleared. When I asked for something as simple as pepper, I got attitude, like I was putting her out. I typically tip 25%. I left 15% and honestly felt that was generous for what I received. At these prices, the food needs to be executed properly and the service needs to match. The chowder alone isn't enough to carry a $60+ meal. Would I come back? Maybe for a cup of chowder at the bar. Not for the full experience.
