My husband and I have never been and live less than a minute away so we decided to stop in. our bill was $28 and we tipped 10 since our server was nice. About 3-4 hours later, I get a charge for over $200. it wasnt even like an accidental zero was added by mistake because it was a completely different number. We drive back to figure out wtf, they said they didn't know and called the owner who had already left so we had to wait for her. They didn't offer water or anything while we waited so we said while we wait can we have a shot of tequila or something? THEY CHARGED US FOR 2 SHOTS OF TEQUILA AFTER CHARGING MY CARD FOR OVER 8 TIMES THE PRICE. whatever we consumed it i guess. They said idk we don't even have a bill that high today and they'll call us tomorrow. She called the next day and said she voided it, it hasn't fallen off yet, so i'm just out over $200 until it does. Which is not okay, $200 is a lot of money and if it wasn't a credit card, I wouldn't be able to pay my bills right now. not doable for most people!! I walked out initially saying we should come here more often and i'd be a regular here, then had this happen. I will never step foot in this place again, if you do at your own risk, don't use a debit card and make sure you either keep or take a photo of your receipt and check your bank statements the next day. our server was Rachel L.

Oh where to start. We brought a group of 14 here tonite to have a steak dinner before the party bike. We have brought a group for this for 4 years. The first year was great. I am pretty sure this is the last. I have been here during the year and have had great meals. The first problem was no steak. A pub menu but it had burgers, pulled pork, chicken tenders, shrimp and fish on it. By 6pm they had fish and shrimp. One of our group ordered a burger and never got anything. I got an order of tater tots. Everyone's food came out cold. When we went outside there was a 1 foot long piece of rebar coming out of a piece of curbing where we had to stand to wait. I fell over it. The party bike people covered it with 2 large rocks. After the party bike I went in to speak to someone else and the barmaid Rachel was told I needed to speak to her. I was told she needed to make 2 drinks and she would be over. She walked by me twice and left the bar area. No one would give me the name of the manager or the owner. I would not leave my info because I had no reason to believe I would get a call back. My family was in the restaurant business for 50 years and this is the worst I've ever seen. STAY AWAY.

This is local, low key steak house that uses a wood burning grill. The wood used is mesquite. I was pretty excited for this, but it came up short. The steak was under seasoned and the meat didn't have a nice crust on it. I know first world complaints. Shooters runs a special everyday and Saturday is steak day. I can't be too upset because of the price of the steak. There is a lot of opportunity for this steak house to be amazing. The service was quick and friendly, but I felt the steak could have been more with what they had for a grill.

It started with the lack of attention after we were sat. We finally had to wave someone down to ask if anyone was going to take our order. Our server was delightful and super friendly, but unfortunately we were already off to a horrible first impression. We were in for the whole experience so we ordered cocktails, appetizers and their $100 steak hoping this would all live up to the hype. I ordered my sirloin medium and it was definitely on the medium rare to rare side. It was as if they just didn't let it rest long enough. That was my impression because I watched the expo churn out the steaks in a way that seemed rushed. The french fries looked wonderful going out but unfortunately we got the over cooked batch. The dessert was the best! If the management is reading this please don't criticize us for not bringing it to the server's attention. The staff seemed rushed and we just are not comfortable with complaining. We paid $300 for 2 and honestly, I think at those prices your quality assurance should be built in without having to wait for complaining customers to nudge you to course correct.

The first thing I need to own is that it's a shame I hadn't visited here before. We arrived at 5:30p and both the bar and patio areas were packed - standing room only, and no wonder. They have one of the better happy hours (daily! 3:00 - 6:30p) - able to accommodate both the slacker and the over-timer Lol. Basic drinks are all discounted such as house wines, well drinks, and beers. Their bottled wines and craft cocktails are all exempt though. Many of their appetizers are also discounted and some quite substantially. We grabbed a glass of the house cabernet ($6, normally $8) and the grilled shrimp wrapped in jalapeno bacon ($13, normally $20). NOTE: happy hour pricing is Only available if you order/consume at the bar or on the patio and that's clear in advance, and understandable. The dining areas were only half full at this early point (but filled up by 6:30) and the host kindly encouraged us to enjoy our starters at the bar as she would hold our table. We were then sat near the "back" of this long venue and frankly, aside from the lone windowed table at the very front, this would be my preferred seating - cozy, intimate, with only five other tables around us. For dinner drinks she got an Italian Nebbiolo Bricco Magno Red Blend ($13/glass, reliably terrific/mellow) and I got the Chupacabra ($15) Mezcal/prickly pear cocktail, strong and excellent as well. We got an additional appetizer: the roasted bone marrow ($19). I had never had marrow before but she raved about how good this can be if done properly (bonus, it is super healthy). Folks, a picture/worth a 1000... suffice to say this was simply outstanding! We both had long work weeks and were craving meat - just a damn good steak. Our waiter, without blinking recommended the 8oz bison filet mignon ($65) as his absolute menu fav, and then the day's special: 14oz ribeye ($50). We ordered each. All dinners come with two sides and we each got the day's special: roasted half artichoke and she got the loaded baked potato while I got the mashed potatoes. Food arrived about 15 minutes later at good temperature (warm/rested with a strong char) with each being accurately grilled (medium and medium-rare). Taste was outstanding. Neither one of us had bison filet before and marveled how it (subtly) added a "wild" edge to an always outstanding, lean-but-tender, cut of beef. The loaded baked was terrific, however, the mashed was the only disappointment... a plainer mash one could not make themselves - pure white and borderline dry, no milk, butter, egg, gravy(?), nothing to make it creamy or add any flavor dimension - a surprise frankly. The only other "critique" is that the dessert menu could add some kind of dark/chocolate concoction. All in all, though, we loved our experience and have decided to add this to our periodic special dinners rotation! Staff was outstanding - just the proper balance of attentive and quiet - and waters never went below half empty. Parking is free and plentiful, especially behind the restaurant (and yes, if you continue on around the back there is another long entrance/exit driveway that comes out the other side of Jimmy John's and Noodleholics.
