I won't mention a particular sales person's name because they are ALL bad, because the lies, misrepresentations, bait & switch tactics are not only endorsed by management, but part of their sales process. I had to wait a little longer due to the holiday, while I was waiting for my car to get serviced there was no bottles of water and no creamer or sugar for the coffee. After the parts person called over to service so they can come out some water in the waiting room I waited 20 minutes and nothing so I had to go to where the service advisors are and told them and they gave me a bottle of water and said we will come stock up right now. 1 hour and 45 minutes went by and nothing. This is not right customers are waiting for hours and paying money to get their cars serviced and you can't even have water for them, That's terrible service. Also when my inspection came in they said I needed both my air cabin and air filter. I told the service advisor that's not possible I just literally changed them myself then he replied well maybe there was some dirt there. He also mentioned me needing tires very soon but they failed to find a nail I had in my tire. I then took my car to Costco because of that nail I found earlier that morning and told the tire technician about what Honda had said about my tires and he said these tires are brand new you only have driven them for 10k miles you still have about another 40k-50k miles left on them. At this point I went home to inspect the both filters myself again and yep they still are brand new filters no dirt on them. Showcase Honda technicians have no integrity and just want to make money. I approached this dealer online about a vehicle they had listed at a certain price, supposedly a base model. After getting a return call from William Giron on the phone and expressing interest, I began realizing it was the ideal vehicle I had been looking for. I began asking technical questions about features to verify the truck would work for me. I was then put on with Robert Schilling. As we talked he started saying things like he didn't know base models could have this and that, he realized that it was probably not a base. Still I told him I was interested in making a deposit and to let me call right back to move some money around for this $1K+ deposit. He said sure and gave him his own personal number and said, and I quote, "You know we are gonna be great friends, right?" So I give a call back in less than an hour, and no response. Text him, email, sent responses to the general manager PJ Arnal who sent an e-mail to ask about level of service while I had been talking to Robert. I also called the front desk and expressed specifically that he had said he was ready to take my deposit. They said they would get back to me because he was away from his desk. All these lines of communication and suddenly there was radio silence. Finally I get the e-mail several hours later from PJ. The truck has been sold. I was frustrated but moved on to try to discover other options. That night, as I keep up my nightly scan of available trucks routine. And lo and behold, what do I find? The truck they told me was sold.....LISTED AT A HIGHER PRICE! Almost $1.4K more. They took the info I asked about features and used it to raise the price. I am not one to often leave scathing negative reviews. But how I was mislead and used in this process was the absolute nightmare and anti-thesis of how a customer should be treated. My only solace is that the true colors of all involved were revealed before actually making any purchase, saving any financial commitment to a dealership whose sole bottom line is 100% their bottom line. Oh I didn't want to do this buuuuuut I have YET to receive ANY answers -_- Yes, I can be a patient person, understanding and cooperative but 2 weeks is long enough. I've been coming here for 3 years and this is my turning point. . The night of Saturday, April 10 & morning of Sunday, April 11th I sent this email to Showcase Honda. "Greetings,  Hope that all is well. I would like to ask for clarification on the oil change service coupons that you offer.  Friday, April 10 I recieved an oil change for my HRV. I spoke with my representative and mentioned the "better" $39.95 coupon that I always use. He informed me that deal no longer exists. However on your website it is still stated and I received a coupon in the mail. He told me that prices went up and the cheapest was $59.95. He has been of great service in the past so I took his word for it and after taxes I paid $69.12 , which was way more than I anticipated to spend especially during these times. Attached you will find the stated coupons.  All in all, as stated I would like clarification on this matter. If the offer is no longer valid then why is it on your website and mail flyers?  I am not trying to get the representative in any sort of trouble but I am disappointed in being misled to over spend my budgeted amount.   Thank you for your time,  Williams" No response. I thought someone was reaching out to me. 9:53am was from a representative (602) 274-3800 9:57am was from Robert S. (623)262-4288 who cared to share on the 3 minute long voicemail how the "room was still spinning" and recording conversations he was having with other customers as well as coworkers. Upon calling Robert back, he mentioned I sent an email requesting to buy a car. Nope! At first he was pretty persistent into getting me on that hook but I pushed back mentioning the ACTUAL email I sent. Silence. "Oh. Well, I will have (female rep's name) call you back by the END OF TODAY to help you with that she is from customer service." I agreed and proceeded with my work day. No phone call. I called that following Thursday, and the phones magically rang without an answer. Following Monday I called and was told I would get a call back. .Nope! All in all, I just wanted a simple answer. Was the wool indeed pulled over my eyes or is there false advertisement afoot? All I wanted was MY USUAL oil change. Didn't even.complain due to COVID carwashes are obsolete. Fine. Safety first. Recently purchased a used 2002 Honda Accord from showcase Honda back on Tuesday August 11th of 2020. Now I realized I am buying a used car and their are always risks but this car had a clean Carfax, and I was able to speak to the technician at Showcase Honda who was servicing the vehicle prior to the purchase. He told me he replaced a leaking distributor and fixed / replaced other components to get the vehicle ready to sell. Between Honda's reputation for reliability and me buying a used Honda from a Honda dealership I thought I was in good hands, I was not correct. My first realization of something being wrong was when I noticed the odometer was incorrectly advertised. They advertised 130k miles but the actual milage was 136k. I reached out to the sales person to let him know this and he did apologize, ok not going to make a big deal there. Second issue was one of the fans failing. As I was driving the vehicle I noticed the coolant temps were getting pretty high. This was about a week post purchase. I reached out to the dealer and of course they wanted to charge me a diagnosis fee to even look at it. I took it to my local ASE certified mechanic and he confirmed one of the electric fans had failed. Again, I realize it's an old car and things happen, no big deal, I spend $60 on a new fan and repair the car. Hopefully my issues are now over.....WRONG! About another week or so goes by and I start noticing oil drips in my drive way under both the driver and passenger side of the vehicle. Took it to my mechanic again and of course this vehicle needs quite a bit of repair. The list of components to be replaced is as follows: 1) Distributor and O-ring (yes the same one I was told was already replaced) 2) Power steering hose due to bad leak (dealer cleaned it up well before selling me the car) 3) timing belt cover and timing belt (due to swelling from having power steering fluid leak all over it) 4) serpentine belt (same issue as timing belt) 5) other smaller misc seals Overall the dealer took this car in, cleaned it up to hide the issues, and sold it without repairing anything. I am terribly disappointed in how I was mislead here. This is a car for my son who is learning to drive and will need reliable transportation for work. We aren't rich so we tried to find a good deal on a used car from a reputable business. Do not Buy from Showcase Honda. They are not forthcoming about the condition of their vehicles! read more

All of a sudden, an extra $2,000 was tacked on for "options" they added to the vehicle (price online was $32k, price when I arrived was $34k). They said they added window tint when it arrived and the car was detailed. $2,000!!!!! It was clearly obvious they lied. I looked up the vin prior to arriving and it had the same tint when it was up for sale in another state before showcase Honda purchased it. Upon posting my review last month regarding my experience at this Dealership, namely in their finance dept. with Trey Sutherland, I received a call from the G.M. of this store. He did me a solid by contacting the lien holder and reducing my loan balance by the amount of the extended warranty I was tricked into by Trey. I could understand if he were new to the industry, but after learning he's a 19 year veteran in the business, there's no excuse for lying to a customer - just to make a sale. Brought my truck in for a warranty repair. I had my mechanic check the issue out and confirm what was wrong with it. So i scheduled the appointment with showcase and brought my truck in. At which point I was told it would be $160.00 to look at it. I asked what would be included for that cost what would they actually do? But they were unable to explain what diagnostics they would actually run beyond checking the code. I was told that it was going to be like that at every honda dealership. However, when i called Bell honda, gave them the code, and explained what my mechanic had told me again They just said bring it in ! Horrible service, I didn't learn my lesson the 1st time I was hustled to pay $450 out of pocket for my A/C on something that was covered under warranty. The 2nd time I paid $250 for a full detail service and I'll just say after returning my vehicle for the 3rd time they couldn't even wipe my mirrors or windows clean. Where do I begin... I do not recommend going to this dealership. All the employees care about is a sale and not the best interest of their customers. My experience in the beginning was relatively decent aside from the initial sales guy being extremely pushy and salesy so I chose to work with someone else (which they still gave a $ cut to the first sales guy for simply approaching me for the sale even though he didn't do anything to earn it). When initially going to the dealership I had interest in going with a specific model of vehicle however after waiting a week for them to get the vehicle in and then test driving it, I decided to go with a different vehicle (don't get the HRV they drive terribly for a brand new car.. that's why they're so affordable). I deliberately chose to continue working with this dealership even though I could've gone anywhere else.. and I should have. I regret working with them. I went to the dealership on the 4th of July and worked with a new salesman, Jay, who told me about an offer they had going on where I could defer payments for up to 90 days. After signing all of the initial paperwork with Jay and coming to an agreement about how much I'd pay for the car, I then waited 2 hours to speak with a finance person.. with a one year old baby nonetheless. Finally I met with Will Lane, their FINANCE MANAGER, and a complete unprofessional and con-artist DO NOT WORK WITH HIM. He shouldn't even be working there much less in a management position. We discussed me taking advantage of the 90 day deferment which was THE ONLY REASON I decided to work with this dealership. Then Jay entered his office where we proceeded to talk about the 90 day deferment where they then stated that it would only increase my monthly payment by a few dollars a month which I agreed to. Will told me that their "system was down" so I didn't get my documents emailed to me that day like I should have. A month later I got a bill for my first months payment that was due in 2 weeks! I spoke with James Cornell, Finance Director, to help me expedite all of the issues I had been dealing with including a delayed "payoff" payment for my trade in vehicle that Will also disregarded and wouldn't have been handled had I not reported this to James. James then proceeded to tell me "I apologize. I can not change your due date" so they didn't help me at all with our agreement. I then asked James who I could report all of my issues to since no one was willing to help me and he said he would have Lindsay Voss, Customer Relations Manager, call me. I had 1 missed call from her and have tried calling her back 7 times and have left her messages with no call back. It is very clear that this dealership does not care about people and are only concerned about a sale. I will vocally communicate my experience to everyone I know and leave a poor review on every platform to ensure people are aware of what they're getting themselves into at this dealership. This was my first experience working with Honda and owning a Honda and I can firmly say that I will never work with them again. Please to say I come from a family of Honda owners but the lack of customer service I received today shows that this location is not moving in the right Direction after waiting in the "drive up" service line I nearly waited 25min with NO acknowledgement and multiple employees talking and consistently walking pass my vehicle. Showcase did not earn my business because of Nick Le Jander. Terrible customer service. I showed up twice for this joker on the day of our original appointment ready to purchase that black TLX you all had. I showed up hours early to let him know that I'd be a little late; I am a Naval Pilot and received flight orders that's day which always come first in my life. He wasn't there the first time when I came that morning. No worries, I was told the message would be relayed and he would reach out later. After flying, I came back only an hour after our original appointment time..... he's STILL not there. Not only that but the vehicle had sold and he didn't have the common courtesy to call me and let me know. Instead he let me drive across the valley and show up not once but twice for this guy and the vehicle. Since then he's never reached out to me. I still don't know what he looks like. Unacceptable. What's crazy is I was a prior car salesman, for Honda no less. I know how salesman are suppose to treat appointments and this is not it. I wasn't a flake or smoke, I had the decency to update my time that I would arrive and stuck to it, plus I was 100% ready to purchase. I was livid the second time I showed up. I took my car in for an airbag recall and was surprised to find a large circular scratch in my front drivers side window when I got my car back. I spoke to the service representative and was told that it looked like it was not really a scratch and they they couldn't have done it. I am not sure how it would have magically appeared and I am very disappointed that they would not take responsibility for their mistake. I have left a message for the service manager and am hoping to get this resolved but I'm not feeling very confident. Rocky was completely condescending and extremely rude, talking over my boyfriend Mitch. He saw that he is black and treated him with profound arrogance as soon as he saw him. This felt like a racial attack. Rocky brought out a whole different work paper and when we asked where was the paperwork we had started with Austin they brought out the CRUMBLED paper! She reached out to her manager James C and I was called and told "sorry" in hopes of me giving a better response to a follow up survey. I did because I felt that it was right for me to do. (Wrong again) I was told there was nothing that could be done to the deal nor was anything offered. I asked for a follow up email reiterating what was said. I was told to reach out in the future to refinance or trade it in. I cannot bring myself to call because I cannot imagine another round of grievance from this place. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman or because I'm not well-versed in cars, but I came in on 9/7 for a timing belt replacement (which I now regret not getting a second opinion on). After I politely declined their overpriced recommendations, my car suddenly broke down. When I had it TOWED back, they claimed there were 8 major issues with my car, amounting to $3,000. Before that, I had never seen a single warning light on my dashboard, but now all the lights were on. I don't want to outright accuse them of sabotaging my vehicle, but that's exactly how it feels--especially considering other similar reviews. Always get a second opinion if you bring your car here! My experience with showcase honda was actually not bad like i thought it may be. my experience nissan was TERRIBLE. It did take forever as it does with any dealership, but Showcase Honda was immensely helpful. Sasa is who I met with first & he helped me through the entire process and was SO friendly. No one was pushy and his manager Tim Mitchell quite literally worked for two days straight to get me into a car within my budget and with all the features i was looking for. They were helpful with every question and offered me many options with my questions. The branch manager Trey was also incredibly helpful. I'd have to say of all experiences, this one made me feel like going to the dealership was no longer a "scary" experience where people push you into a car you don't want simply for commission. I never got that feeling once especially from Tim. I felt he genuinely wanted to help me. I would definitely recommend this location. (will update review if anything changes but this was by far a good experience and the people were very helpful!) If I am to add a second car I will be going here! read more

I'm not sure where all these positive reviews came from. Personally I had a different experience with Showcase as this was the worst sales experience I have encountered. This is a review for their sales and finance department, I cannot speak for their service department. I would rate -5 stars if that was an option. Showcase Honda sold me a car they already sold to someone else who was flying in from California, demanded I return it the morning after I took it home, 10 minutes before my shift (a car I signed for), told me a date a new car would arrive, pushed that out to a week longer than promised, made me sign 3 contracts for all their mistakes, also made me come to the dealer on 5 separate occasions, and then pulled my credit a 2nd time without my permission (no disclosure to me, HIGHLY illegal) The reason I "needed to return it ASAP" was because "the vehicle had already been registered with the state in the original buyers name." Later to find out when signing my 3RD contract that they don't register with the state until pickup. These poor excuses for men straight up lied to get the original car back... this is the number one thing they teach you not to do as a car salesmen and they couldn't even nail the fundementals. Based purely on my experience with Showcase Honda I can not recommend them in any capacity due to their incompetence. They dropped the ball on all accounts (sales, financing, and all the way up to their GM). In every interaction I had with them, a member of their team would apologize, but then blame the market or their technology. Not one soul in that dealership had humility or took true responsibility for what happened. Because of this exclusively , Showcase Honda will never receive my business again. Nothing I say has changed how these calls go and they are causing me distress. I have been unable to get through to anyone and when transferred to management, I am sent straight to voicemail without any response in MONTHS. I would not trust them to fix a lawnmower. I wanted them to check my car out before fixing its AC and a water leak and they didn't even do that right. I picked up and the AC didn't work and the next day I was driving and the head gasket went out. Yesterday, the general manager hit me up about my card. Need to talk to me earliest to my convenience when you took my car to get a oil change. Something else started leaking on my car and I was explaining to them when I brought my car to them. It was not leaking any fluids from anywhere, but Mr. Sean hoopes went in to telling me that my car was 17 years old and what do I expect just because it's 17 years old doesn't mean anything because I take care of my vehicle and when I brought it in there it was not leaking I think that was very rude for him to say and he's bad for business. DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY'LL SELL YOU A LEMON! I'm still doing research But I'll probably be filing a complaint with the Consumer Advocate at the Attorney General's office about this horrible and unethical experience! In mid January of this year I purchased a used Automatic 2019 Chevy Malibu at 76K mileage from these people. And not even 6 months into owning it, my transmission went out on me and just stopped working while I was driving on the freeway! So I end up getting it towed to the dealership to see what they can do for me, Come to find out I have to pay them almost $6000 out of pocket to replace the transmission, which is not something I can just fork out. I'm a 20 year old college student working a construction job. I was asked if I Purchased a car warranty to help pay for repairs and I wasn't sure because I don't remember my salesman discussing or bringing up anything about warranties. So I looked at my contract and found out that I didn't purchase one, and Gerardo with service told me there's nothing they can do to help me, not even with monthly installments. I was frustrated because he had the audacity to ask if I have Any family I can just borrow $6K from! NO! Not everybody has a support system they can just lean on, not especially for something as major as a new transmission! I really just feel like This dealership took advantage of how young and "dumb" I might be, because I was never told about a car warranty! When the sale was being finalized, my salesman David just told me to sign here and there and that I'm good to go. I've been told dealerships are normally eager to sell those warranties, why wouldn't they it's an extra few grand in their pocket? BECAUSE THEY SOLD ME A LEMON. And I say it's a lemon because when my car broke finally broke down, I realized that it's actually had an issue with the transmission since the first week I bought it! For example I would step the gas, not even pedal to the medal, but my car wouldn't accelerate as fast as I would step on it, even if it was only to get from 0- 35 mph. It would go slow for a second or 2 then it would just start gunning it out of nowhere and it would do that whenever I tried to accelerate too quick, regardless of how fast or slow I was already going. Yes I did tell them about this, when David called me for a 10-day checkup. All he had to tell me was that it was normal and just how the economy mode works and that I wouldn't have to bring it in to the shop, so I trusted him once again even though I know how a car feels when it accelerates, and looking back at it that was not normal at all! So My car has just been sitting at the dealership, I actually have to get it towed out too because they won't work on it Until I come up with the money. And I'm shocked because what kind of shop asks for full payment for something that major in the first place? at the very least Half should be paid to start the work and the other half when it's finished. I might not have concrete proof but doing research, asking around, thinking back on everything since the day I purchased it, they knew my car would break And that I would be back to give them more money! I just feel like they got me good. VERY disappointed as a first-time buyer especially since my life- school, work, etc. REVOLVES around that car. And now I'm paying monthly for a car that's out of commission! While also having to Save up to get it back! Very, very sad.
