I worked with Isaiah and Jacob, both were very friendly and helpful when talking to and individually deserve 5 stars. Isaiah stayed late to help get our deal finished and Jacob was very knowledgeable on the Civic that I ended up purchasing. Only thing that could be improved with my individual experience would just be quicker response time on things. This dealership is shipping my car to my new address in another state and I have had some struggle with figuring out timing with them such as how long the car will take to ship and when they will need the car by. I asked to have the car there by a specific date, but I am not sure if that is going to happen now, which is a bit frustrating because them shipping the car was integrated into part of the price I paid. But, as I mentioned, I had a great time with Isaiah and Jacob and they made my experience better and more enjoyable. read more

We came in Saturday (which they advised us to do) just to tell us that they were busy. 23 December 2019, This Honda dealership attempted to get me to pay for a 2017 Civic (28,000 Miles) with over $24,400 as a walkout price. Utterly ridiculous. While the salesman said the miles was only 21,000 miles as he read it. At another Honda dealer I was able to bring down their price less than a $24,650 for a Brand new 2019 Civic Sport. Everything in this paragraph happened in a five hour period. Thank god the moment I've actually remembered the mileage when I test-drove the vehicle to know something was up. It was back and fort, with the salesman going across the room to the sales manager. It took so long for the salesman to keep going back just for confirmation at this dealership. The service I recieved was not properly reflected by the average reviews at the time which was 4.4 stars at google maps for some reason. Yelp is far more accurate. I also implore you to look at all my reviews and tell me if I have ever reviewed anything as less than 3 stars, other than this one. No matter how the salesman or staff here try to seem friendly, they tried to milk me for as much as they possibly could. You need to be able to walk away to other options, ALWAYS. Compare prices online. I will review through multiple media, and if they try to treat you like fools, you should walk out and give them the review they deserve through multiple platforms/apps, because one star out of five is not low enough. I drove down all the way from Naval Base Kitsap, WA after commencing destruction work on secret material at the Ballistic Missile submarine base I rushed back home to family for leave down to here in Arizona where my car while parked before I woke up the next day was totaled. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! I went about a month ago to get my A/C checked because it was not cooling properly. After about 45 minutes of waiting, the service person walked up to me and said my condenser had some small object lodged in it which was causing a leak. He went on to say the condenser needs to be replaced and it was going to cost $800.00. I told them I will not be able to do the service and decided to leave. Fast forward to a few days later. My dad told me to take my car to his A/C specialist so he can check what is going on. He assured me there were no issues with the condenser and said all that needs to be done to the A/C system is a service. He checked everything and did not see the issue Honda was pointing out. I proceeded to let him service my A/C and it's now been a month and I have not had any issues with my A/C cooling. I would always recommend getting a second opinion before jumping into what this place is telling you to fix. I saved my self more than $600.00 getting a second opinion. read more

Purchased a vehicle here and traded in a car at the same time. It took over a month to get my trade paid off as they kept sending the check to the wrong location. I had to do all the work to get it fixed each time and they seemed like it was a bother to help me. Collectively. I spent close to 10 hours of my own time working to resolve this. Each time I called they made up excuses and deflected the blame. A customer should not have to be so involved in the background work of such a transaction. On the sales side, they refused to honor the price listed online and I realized afterwards that they raised the price further once I got to the finance office. I've always loved and trusted Honda but my most recent experience with the service department left an awful taste in my mouth. James B. failed to explain what was going on with my car's undercarriage & let me drive away with an improperly attached skid plate without even so much so as telling me. Only found out when my car started making a god awful screeching sound on the freeway. When I called to figure it out he was immediately apologetic and wanted to fix it to "do right by me" and then immediately called me back to say it will actually cost over $300 because the issue was on the invoice (the same invoice that he didn't bother going over). Failed to tell me that during the service they only ATTEMPTED to screw my skid plate back on; which is why it immediately came unscrewed while I was driving on the freeway. James B. also was unclear and honestly it felt like he was being deceitful with specific pricing quotes. I was told when I dropped my car off that there would be a diagnostic fee to look at some electrical issues, but that that diagnostic fee would then go towards any repairs (which is the only reason I agreed to that and approved it.) Then on the phone James informed me that the fee actually wouldn't go towards any repairs and that money was simply gone? Then in person upon pick up he then told me again if I choose to come back for repairs that that fee would actually go towards repairs. The back and forth on that answer was confusing and didn't fill me with trust in anything he was saying. I was looking to purchase a used car for my daughter and was searching the internet and found the vehicle I was looking for. This was on a Monday evening around 7:00pm. I filled out Showcase's online inquiry and received two emails back within the hour stating the vehicle was available. I responded to the email and indicated that I would stop by the dealership on Tuesday afternoon to look at the car. When I arrived Tuesday, I asked for the person who I had been in email communication with. He was odd that day, so I was providing with another sales person to work with. I said I was there for this specific car. After about 30 minutes of them trying to locate the car, they pull up the same model, but not the car I was interested in. I said "no", I was here for the silver one. After some more searching, the sales manager came over and said the car was at one of their other dealerships for its inspection....i I wanted to start the negotiation and put money down, I would have "first right of refusal" once it was back from the inspection. I indicated I wanted to physically see the car before starting any process with them. I left after wasting 60+ minutes there....all they want is to get your there and then try to sell you on another vehicle, when I told them I was only interested in that specific one. On Wednesday, I sent another email asking about the status, and could I come see it yet. No response, even though I said I was EXTREMELY interested. A few days later, I still see the car on their website and no call back. The car is now listed as sold and I was never contacted specifically to come in on that car. Sales person gave me his word more than once that they would be doing a soft pull to get my credit score. Purchased a "Certified" pre-owned 2018 Honda HRV after my '08 Santa Fe suffered an electrical surge (loved that car ). The issues literally started after I drove it off the lot. The oil pan fell off and was dragging under the car. A repair tech did come out to fix it and told me it wasn't secured previously. Cool. The battery died that same week and needed to be replaced. The dealer paid me back. Cool. The TPMS went off from the day I took it home. Tires were inflated almost double the amount recommended. Got that fixed, but the sensor still went off almost weekly. Took the car in to a tire shop and found out the tread was at a 2. Replaced all 4 tires. The defroster blasted out a ton of tree debris. That's odd. I was falsely reassured that my car was also put thru a 182 pt inspection by it being labeled as "Honda Certified", yet these things were so easily overlooked. The dealer texts me today to see if I'm happy. I guess me saying no was an acceptable option.... just like them doing an inspection on my car. Classy. Would I buy a Honda again? Absolutely. I had an **EXCELLENT** car buying experience at Showcase Honda. This dealership stands by its word and operates with integrity throughout the entire purchasing process. Upon reaching the front door, I was greeted promptly by a very courteous Sales & Leasing Consultant - Waseem Aslam. He escorted me to his desk, asked me what I was looking to accomplish with this visit, signed me in, and quickly prepared the car I was looking to purchase. After a sufficient test drive, I told him I'd like to look at numbers to see if we could make something work with the constraint that I only had 45 minutes before I had to leave for a prior commitment. Within 2 minutes or so, Waseem and the Assistant Sales Manager, Roscoe Gist, brought me back an easy to understand purchase invoice. Roscoe walked me through each of the line items, clearly explaining and breaking down all the fees. Roscoe was extremely transparent and every fee was expanded to the cent. After a brief discussion around some of the the numbers, they made a quick adjustment to the invoice and left it with me. I told them I'd have to check in with my partner and asked them to give me a few minutes to look at the figures. Without any hesitation, they gave me adequate space and time to consult with my better half. After I hung up the phone, I sat back down with Roscoe and Waseem to make final tweaks to the invoice before committing to the purchase. They even let me ring the GONG once we agreed on a price! You read that correctly: a G-O-N-G, Gong. Seriously... how much more fun can car buying be? Waseem was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about the loan signing process. He pre-filled all the initial paperwork with as much information as possible to make the documentation preparation happen swiftly. When all the documents were ready, the New Car Sales Manager, Jeremy Ransom, escorted me to his office and talked me through a variety of additional products the dealership offers its customers. He was extremely educational, informative, and offered great value. After discussing all of the options, we signed paperwork that had identical numbers to the ones on the invoice presented by Waseem and Roscoe. Within an hour of agreeing on an out-the-door price (which was only an hour after I walked into the dealership), I walked out of the dealership with a sporty new purchase to my name. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service, respect, transparency, and flexibility that Waseem, Roscoe, and Jeremy showed throughout the negotiation and signing. This review is strictly based on the Service Department, not the Car Sales Department. I've been coming to showcase Honda for the last year to service my Acura simply based on convenience. Today will be my last trip, I will not be coming back. It's the same thing every time I come in for service. When it's time to pay my bill there's always some small charge or fee that was not disclosed upfront. Regardless of price it could be a few bucks, today it was a misc. fee $16.99 that was not itemized on my invoice, I was just told it was a liquid disposal fee, even though I've never paid that for an oil change. If you do decide to service your vehicle at this location I would suggest, confirming the out the door price before service starts and record that phone call or get it in writing so they honor that price. Edit 4/7/17 I took the advice of Nikki V who commented on my review and called the Manager, Tim Bothwell yesterday. I left a message and have not heard back from anyone yet. I saw a Kia Telluride online. I called and they said come down to see it. I drove 20 minutes. When I got there they said it was being worked on and I cannot see it. What a waste of time. 2 days later I called and they said come down to see it. I went down and it was still being worked on. Had to wait 1/2 hour to see it....still being worked on. Loved the car, took it for a test drive, it was nice. It was advertised for 40,700 on line. When we discussed price they added on 3,500 more on top of the 40,700. They said it was for the extra options. Nothing was ever said about this prior to the test drive or the online page. Total bait and switch. The salesman was Benjamin was excellent but the managers and money people were totally unprofessional and quite unethical. I bought a 2016 Honda pilot two years ago. Two days driving the roof rack left rail flew off in the wind. They wouldn't replace it. Said the repair would be 113.00 Then my emissions light started , traction control light started , trailer assist light. It started shifting rough. Honda service department said the transmission had an issue , a service that wasn't covered under my power train warranty. Even though it was still under warranty. 450.00 there. Ran right just long enough to clear warranty. Then started again. Looked online seems like a major issue in 2016 Honda pilots. I've bought three vehicles here and all they could do was try to put me in a much smaller vehicle at a much higher cost because the pilot they sold me was a lemon and not worth what I owed according to them. I wanted to add that they set me an appointment with a sales rep who never even came to see me or followed up with me named Joseph Ramos. They instead switched up and sent a newer sales rep to help me. (The young rep was the only good thing about my experience, ) but I was offended that the original sales rep passed me off without even speaking to me. I was told by finance that they would find me a lender within 30 days and that I would have a payment due 45 days after that. I never received information on who the lender was and I never even received my license plate from Showcase. I had to go to the DMV and get my plate myself. I made 3 phone calls to Showcase to find our information on my lender and none of my calls were ever returned. Needless to say they lender came and took my car for nonpayment. I've tried to work with the lender to no prevail and I've even contacted the finance director Patty at Showcase and she is no help either. Showcase rushed me into this purchase, I wasn't even going to take the car, I wanted to go home and sleep on it and when I came back outside the salespeople we're removing my belongings from my trade in and made me take the new car. I went for a routine oil change. An issue with my shutter grill and to make sure vehicle was ready for a trip to Northern California We had to keep going to service advisor for an update Got to dealership at 7am at around 3-30pm we were advised they couldn't "fix" the shutter grill and offered an Uber to go home without a loaner vehicle While trying to deal with that we were advised they found a fuse that was missing. Took our vehicle home and on the road the next day around 230 traffic was slow Around 30-40mins in as I increase my speed I started hearing a noise coming from my engine. We ended up stopping at a rest area. I got down on the ground to see if I could see an abstruction and saw the engine cover was not secure and was dragging I called the advisor with no concern whatsoever he advised me to go back to dealership mind you this was already 330 I advised him they'd be closed by the time I got back I ended up driving to quartzite and a nice mechanic took the plate off until we returned to Phoenix When we got bat to the dealership they did not take any type of accountability whatsoever they we're going to charge us 161 at first and after talking to the director they stated they would only charge us for parts and not labor and now it was going to be 179?? It's sad bc I have a faithful customer since 2008 and that means nothing to this business. They worry more about being right than customer centric I believe their maintenance department dropped the ball here by not securing the engine cover and instead of taking ownership they rather place blame on the customer read more

I used to like coming to this location, I lived down the street and even after I moved, I would come here. The last 2-3 times I've went I've had nothing but issues. (All with employees) The guys that work in the cubicles by the service area.. they're no help at all! Avoid a guy named DAVID!!!!! It's like he walks in circles pretending to help. I unfortunately experienced theft the last time I went, also my car has been having problems SINCE my last visit. THAT was the absolute last time I ever go to that location! An employee that helped me at auto zone told me he had the same exact issues from that location and instead started going to the Scottsdale location! Big surprise! If I could give this dealership a negative number I would. My husband took our van to get some work done and asked them to check the engine really good since we had been getting oxygen sensor codes and had no heat or ac, well they not only missed that we had a head gasket going or already gone. When they went to give us back the van it had an engine light on so they took it in the back to check it out. Apparently they missed the dash cam by the review mirror and diagnosised it as having a blown engine the service guy we had been working with came back and said it was an old code. Got van home started smoking really bad took it back the next day to be told the engine is blown. At that point they want to sell me another car.
