Even though I didn't buy the vehicle from Showcase Honda, but my experience with them was good. I was working with Sam Sandoval, and he was putting some genuine effort getting us the price which we wanted but his manager and general manager weren't able to get us to that price. I have also told them that my friend already bought the same vehicle from somewhere else and got a great deal but they were unable to get to that deal. Giving 4 star instead of 5 because we weren't able to close out on deal but they tried their best and were respectful throughout the negotiation process which Bell Honda and Right Honda people weren't. However due to having to get my windshield replaced I've had to work with STEVE. He has been nothing but rude and had attitude every-time. This is the last time I visit here to service my 1 year old CR-V. On a normal maintenance visit for fluids and filters, the service manager quoted one price and the final bill was significantly higher. He also insisted the car was unsafe to drive without performing the upcharged service. It was very unprofessional and deceptive- it appears service managers are paid based on revenue generated, not on taking proper care of my car and communicating honestly with customers. When will car dealerships like Showcase realize selling cars and servicing cars with integrity is what counts with people? I will not buy any more cars from Showcase or return here for service on my near new CR-V. I bought my truck November 2023 and there was electrical issues with it from the start. they convinced me I needed their Gold warranty package. I told the lady "I just want basic stuff like if my battery dies or if the truck breaks down and I'm stranded on the side of the road." I'm a new mom with a toddler and this was all I wanted. they said "ok we can do the platinum package. seems a little more like that you want." so I did. and I don't remember how much that added onto my bill but it had a comma in it! so here I am this very day today and my battery died. I call them and not only am I transferred back and forth 5 times, they end up telling me "usually batteries aren't covered under any warranty. but I'll have the right person call you." then they transfer me one more time saying "it should be covered. let me find the right person to call you." so I wait. and wait. and wait. and finally someone calls... and they're confused as to what I want. and why I called. and why they have to call.... so I explain to them the whole story and they say "you know we don't actually have anything to do with that. I can have the right person call you back." I'm irate at this point. so we just decide "forget it! we will just go buy another one." then finally the guy calls back and confirms that the battery is not covered. this establishment, and ALL dealerships, should give a heads up like "just so you know it's not a new battery in the vehicle. we aren't sure how long the life is left in it." but zero warning. just "the car fax are great. no issues. here's your truck." So if you're a woman. A mom. do not buy from these shady people. they Do not disclose anything. Not to mention 3 months into owning this vehicle, there was electrical issues that they said "we can't fix that. We'd have to call in a guy to diagnose it and there's a fee for that." ~400$ worth of a few. update I had my appointment on October 17th, and arrived at the dealership about 9am. I saw Greg and he took my key and when to the person making the new keys. That person brought me back 2 keys in 1/2 hour. Clay paid for the key fee. Greg told me he ordered the mats for my car and they would be in on the 20th. The salesgirl called me on the 19 and told me they were in. We made arrangements for me to pick them up the next day on the 20th. Again, Greg met me and got the mats which were still in the box they were shipped in and brought them outside to me vehicle to install them. I can only describe show case Honda as being Dante's fourth level of hell. The greed that possess the employees here is frightening. I only buy used cars and I always pay cash. I would have never stepped foot into this monstrosity if it was't the recall on my airbags. I usually repair and do maintenance on my own cars and so I would say I know my way around cars. I almost walked out of anger after overhearing Dan talk to some of the other customers about their cars. First, he is saying that she needs to replace her struts because her mechanic never installed the "bump stud". A bump stud is a bonding agent inside of solid state hard drives. THERE IS NO BUMP STUD IN YOUR SHOCK/STRUT SYSTEM! This guy has the nerve to tell this elderly woman that her car needs to replace her struts and stop seeing her mechanic and bring her car only to the dealership! I've replace my struts. It takes time but isn't difficult and they come pre-made. It would take an absolute moron to mess it up and the driver of this car would have known something was wrong before she even made it off the lot. Then, Dan comes back in and says the engine mount is lose and her car is a total death trap for her son to be in. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS GUY?!? Yea your engine needs to be tight on the mount but its not a death trap at this point. Her car will not explode. She will be fine and so will her son. They do nothing but try to make you believe that your car is out to kill you and your family if you don't buy their "premium oil change". This is a horrible company. Their employees are a total sh*t show. Showcase Honda should be avoided at all costs. When they are done with my car I'm ripping out my airbags. They probably shorted the fuse and won't work anyways because I refused to let them run a $130 diagnostic. **Update** It's been a little more than a month. I've been called 5 times by showcase. I truly am so disappointed in our experience here. We called to see a Toyota Prius. When we arrived, we were told by the salesman that the car was traded in. We took it on a test drive. We liked the car. We went to discuss pricing. The car was listed at $15k on the internet. The sales man came back from the tower listing the sale of the car at $19k, with $2,100 in "upgraded accessories". They didn't even vacuum the car from the trade in!! Still had dog hair!!!! So I recently had to buy a car for my wife since her old car was totaled. We used the settlement check for a down payment on a used car here. So we bought the car last Thursday and during the test drive we noticed something was off with the car wanting to start so the dealer said to bring it back as soon as we can so they can get that taken care of. We brought it back Saturday morning and they said they were so busy And if we could schedule an appointment for Monday morning. I brought the car on Monday morning and waited for a few hours until they said they had to replace some stuff and they'll need the car until Wednesday. Tuesday comes along and they said there's been a change of plans and the car won't be ready til Thursday night. And today I get a call saying the car won't be ready until next Tuesday now. So basically they sold us a car that wasn't ready and we haven't been able to drive it since we bought it. This has made it difficult since we bought a car so that my wife has a means of transportation to finish school, and she hasn't even been able to use it. read more

My entire life everyone has told me how lucky I was that I never had to purchase a car from a dealership. Friends and family had told me horror stories about sleezy salesmen that wanted nothing more than to swindle you out of your hard earned money. Remember earlier when I said I was nervous just to go to a dealership? Queue extreme anxiety. I walked in and was directed to my sales representative, Albert. I already knew which car I was looking for and Albert brought it around for me to test drive. We spent most of the ride going over the car's Carfax and he answered all of the questions that I had with proficiency. Once we finished the ride, I knew that I needed to take this car home. Albert got together all of the paperwork for me and we spent time going over all of the costs as well as the value of my trade in. To my surprise, I was able to get quite a bit of money for my 2008 Scion TC and I ended up only slightly over what I had been wanting to spend on a new car. The paperwork process was clear and straight forward. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of through fine print disclaimers, confusing math, or lack of transparency. Albert felt like a friend, someone I could trust and I felt assured that I was getting the best deal I could ask for. I went in for service on Motor mounts, when I paid over $900, my a/c was blowing hot air. I assumed it was because of the heat! My mistake was not coming taking care of this issue. I'm not sure if it's just the service department that has an attitude, if I caught them when someone pissed in their cheerios, or the whole group owned management should have a reevaluation of business ethics. I purchased a car from Bell Honda on 12.8.18. The battery in the car died 3 times from 6.3.19-6.4.19. EVERY car sold on the lot, when certified pre owned, includes at least a 3 year 36k mile warranty. I happen to live closer, approximately 5 min away, to Showcase over Bell. Even though both stores share ownership. After speaking with a tech, and manager of the service department. Showcase refused to warranty out the battery. Giving me a comparison to the effect of. "If you were to buy a used car, and the battery was from auto zone then they wouldn't replace it without original documentation." Even though I purchased the car at a sister store. I went to Bell Honda, and they not only replaced the battery with no questions asked, but provided me with a comprehensive list of services done to my vehicle. I feel though that both locations would have a database sufficient to track purchases, or have managers courteous enough to check the other location for more information. It came across as though Showcase's employees were looking for reasons not to help. Instead of looking for a way to please the customer. I'm suddenly stuck with the car because the temporary license was already issued & the financing approved. they would only be able to sell the car as a used vehicle. he gave no options & didn't talk to anyone else. he wouldn't budge. so i went above his head. the only person who actually helped was Lindsey (sp?), their customer service manager. she worked with the GM & the salesperson and worked it out so i could return the car for a better deal. which i did. sort of. One month later we had yet another flat tire. At this point we just replaced it without contacting the dealership to avoid the aggravation. Now in September we have the third flat tire. I purchased a used BMW i3 from Showcase Honda on 7/1/23. When going through the purchase process, I was sold an extended warranty for my used vehicle (smart considering BMWs are notoriously unreliable and costly with repairs). I was lead to believe that the warranty would cover electric vehicles even though it was primarily geared towards gas powered vehicles. On 4/12, 11 days after purchase, the AC stopped working and I took the vehicle in for diagnostics. The condenser unit had gone bad and should have been covered under the warranty I purchased. Turns out it wasn't and the dealership covered the cost ($5,000). On May 10 I was back at the dealership with an error code stating to check the drivetrain. During diagnostic they could not pinpoint the issue but did notice that the AC temperature gauge was broken. They replaced at a cost of $900. Fast forward to July and the car is again in the shop with an AC issue. Again it is not covered by the warranty and is expected to cost me $5,000 more. Adding up total repair costs since purchase the car has cost more in repairs than it is worth ($10,900). If I were you, I would steer all the way clear of this dealership. They are dishonest and over priced. I have opened a case with the BBB to investigate consumer fraud. read more

Mr. McDonald emphasize that for any reason, I did not like this vehicle, the $500 would be refunded. He also strongly encouraged to take a thorough test drive. At the time of deposit, I thought that would be the vehicle for me. I was ready to buy it. But after the test drive, I realized that this particular vehicle would not suit my needs. I recently got a vehicle from this place. My advice, like many others who have left reviews is to NOT purchase a vehicle from them. They're snakes! Their numbers are all over the map and they ramble on about none sense, it's as if their selling approach is to "push and confuse". We were quoted 15 something and then when we get the paperwork it says 18,900 and the number never went back down to 15,000 as originally quoted because the finance guy "didn't know how the sales man came up with that number." What kind of shady business are you running here?! If we could've gotten out of the deal, we would have, but it was too late. Not only that, but, the vehicle started making a noise so we had to pull over on the highway to inspect. A piece of the front bumper was broken and dragging on the ground. EXTREMELY unsafe to sell a car to someone in that condition. Being that we were very upset about these experiences, we did like the fact they took the car right in to get both bumpers replaced and gave us a rental to use in the meantime. But doesn't negate the fact that these people are shady, the overall experience was a horrible one, and I'd encourage everyone to take their business to a reputable dealership. I recently just purchased my 2021 Buick Encore from here. I love my car but I wish I could've purchased it somewhere else. I had a terrible experience with Rhinell the sales guy who just started 2 weeks ago and refused to listen to my needs. He scheduled me to come see a vehicle that wasn't even ready to be test driven, when it was time to talk numbers he completely disregarded my request and my needs. My spouse and I ultimately were going to walk out until I believe his name was Dave came to work numbers, although Dave was flexible he talked about his team if they were below him or incompetent. The best part was the new finance lady who was kind and knowledgeable. There was a crack in my tire that we had to ask to be fixed 3 different times. I had to come back 3 days later to get it fixed. When I finally went to pick up my vehicle, Ishmael, who knew nothing about my sale, helped. He was kind and then once I got my FOB it was clear it wasn't the full key, he stated he would order me a new key... its been two weeks and I still don't have a new key. Recently purchased a certified preowned 2016 Fit for my daughter. After settling on price we learned that the car needed a catalytic converter and would not be available for 7-10 days. She really liked the car and it had a super clean carfax so we proceeded with the purchase. After 7 weeks of unreturned phone calls and text I returned to Showcase and learned that the part was not on its way as the service advisor had been telling me for almost 2 months. My question is, had I not physically returned to Showcase, when would they have informed me that the car I was already making payments on was not going to be ready for another 8-10 weeks? Service department only: Completely lacking in communication and follow through. Came for an oil change and everything went well. Except my quoted hour turned into almost two and half hours. Missed an appointment with no communication during as to why it was taking so long. It's extremely easy to just walk over to the waiting area that's 50 feet away and explain there was an issue with a lift. Two days later my sunroof stops working entirely. Coincidence probably. Then I come in to have them look at it with the promise of a shuttle to take me to the gym while they look at it. So I wait in the customer lounge while they get a shuttle. An hour later I walk back over to the service office and they radio for a someone to go get a shuttle for me. So I decide to wait in the office. Then they tell me to take my car and bring it back another day when they can have more time. Complete lack of respect for my time. read more

Me and my wife spent close to two hours working with the salesman and were undecided between a 2019 and a 2020 Honda Civic . We were already preapproved for a car loan by Capital One and told him we would make our decision and get back to him the next day. Next Morning, I texted him (at his preference) at 11:30 in the morning to let him know we were ready to purchase the 2020 and made an offer on the car. After not receiving a response till 3:00 pm, called him on the phone. He said he was busy with a customer and would call me back in 5 minutes. This is absolutely the most terrible dealership to purchase from and they have no integrity. AGAIN!!! LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! THEY ARE TRUE!!! Not only do they sell lemons, but they do not stand behind the quality of vehicles they sell. If you purchase a vehicle from them and within 30 days it breaks down, they will tell you they will service it for you but they're going to charge you.
