I was there a few months back as Im new to Uptown, having just relocated from Scottsdale and Right Honda (my usual go-to dealer) is too far away now. I was just there for an oil change, nothing more. BEWARE. Not even sure where to begin! I sold my Honda to them and was told that my check should be in on the start of the next week because they needed to pay off my loan first. Keep in mind, my loan was through Honda. I didn't love the idea of leaving my car with them without a getting a check first and Matt Finn reassured me that "A big dealership would never damage their reputation over a $20,000 car" this was just foreshadowing. I waited two weeks only for them to give me a bad check. I called my bank to ask what was going on & was told they have MULTIPLE accounts without funds and the check bounced. I called Honda immediately and they all swear this has "never happened". After much back and forth they said the funds will be good on the following Monday. NOPE. The bank had this transaction flagged as well due to the first check bouncing. All Honda needed to do was answer the call from the bank and confirm a few details to have the money released. Shockingly that was a hard ask from them. After another few days of being hung up on & being dismissed I flew back home and went into Honda myself. I literally had to threaten to call the police and report my car stolen to get them to do the bare minimum and answer the call from the bank. The lady who handles finances was apparently "on vacation" and the GM has "no idea this was even going on". A check bounces and you don't even know what's going on? He actually told me "There is no reason to be upset" which is just hilarious. This was the BIGGEST headache. The only reason I didn't sell private party was to avoid something like this happening and it was truly a nightmare. Took three weeks and a fight to get the money the owed me. My experience at Showcase Honda was very disappointing. The first person who helped me was Obed who was very kind and helpful. However the next person who helped me, Austin, was frankly a jerk. They had taken my car out for a test drive and when they returned, Obed spoke to me and made their offer very respectfully and I declined, which is not what upset me. As I was walking out to my car, I saw Austin taking a photo of a sticker on my bumper and laughing at it. Regardless of his or anybody's personal views, it was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. As I continued to walk towards my car, he nervously laughed (because he'd realized I'd caught him) and asked if I was heading out chuckling with his work buddies. Although it may not seem like a big deal to some, these interactions made me uncomfortable and made an already intimidating place for women feel even worse. I wish I would've said something in that moment but I felt ridiculed and it's not fair. It may seem exaggerated to go this far because of a sticker, but it's little moments like those that make the biggest impression and I don't want women to continue being silent about things that make them uncomfortable. Today was the worst day ever all because Showcase Honda F*CKED me over. This is a sign to not buy a car from Showcase Honda. My day began at ten am. My sales and leasing consultant did not show up until well after twelve, so another sales and leasing consultant took over. I had already knew what car I wanted, so I was just figuring out pricing. After compromising for several excruciating hours, I signed and was going to be on my way. Unfortunately, that car I signed for was sold earlier, so I was out of luck! I then was told the specific model and trim I wanted was unavailable, so my original sales and leasing consultant tried getting me to buy a more expensive car. After continuously explaining I was firm on my choice, he suddenly offered the car I wanted from another location. Hours later for some reason I was still waiting!? I had to provide numerous documentation, change them to PDF, and send them to different emails/numbers. I was so exhausted, told my insurance was acceptable, and then it wasn't! I was asked to buy insurance on the spot for the car, was relayed to a broker, and then the broker tried charging me for their services even though it was recommended to me by sales and leasing consultant. I started getting frustrated, took a break to cry in the bathroom, and then had to wait even longer for the business manager. When he was finally ready to speak to me, I burst into tears because I was so confused and frustrated. As a first time car buyer, I felt unappreciated and uncared for. I spent over an hour getting more paperwork together, such as my last paystubs. The business manager felt bad and offered me some discounted coverage, but I denied because it was a poor deal to make up for my shitty day. When I was finally ready to go home, my sales and leasing consultant informed me that I could not take the car home because I needed a co-sign, something they could have told me much earlier! I got home at six pm, no car, depressed, and angry. The sales manager followed up with me, gave me information for my new found co-signer, but left the office as he was helping me. Now I have to wait for tomorrow. I want to note that I left today with no car, a lowered credit score, and I put down $5,000! NEVER AGAIN. read more

However due to having to get my windshield replaced I've had to work with STEVE. He has been nothing but rude and had attitude every-time. This is the last time I visit here to service my 1 year old CR-V. On a normal maintenance visit for fluids and filters, the service manager quoted one price and the final bill was significantly higher. He also insisted the car was unsafe to drive without performing the upcharged service. It was very unprofessional and deceptive- it appears service managers are paid based on revenue generated, not on taking proper care of my car and communicating honestly with customers. When will car dealerships like Showcase realize selling cars and servicing cars with integrity is what counts with people? I will not buy any more cars from Showcase or return here for service on my near new CR-V. update I had my appointment on October 17th, and arrived at the dealership about 9am. I saw Greg and he took my key and when to the person making the new keys. That person brought me back 2 keys in 1/2 hour. Clay paid for the key fee. Greg told me he ordered the mats for my car and they would be in on the 20th. The salesgirl called me on the 19 and told me they were in. We made arrangements for me to pick them up the next day on the 20th. Again, Greg met me and got the mats which were still in the box they were shipped in and brought them outside to me vehicle to install them. I can only describe show case Honda as being Dante's fourth level of hell. The greed that possess the employees here is frightening. I only buy used cars and I always pay cash. I would have never stepped foot into this monstrosity if it was't the recall on my airbags. I usually repair and do maintenance on my own cars and so I would say I know my way around cars. I almost walked out of anger after overhearing Dan talk to some of the other customers about their cars. First, he is saying that she needs to replace her struts because her mechanic never installed the "bump stud". A bump stud is a bonding agent inside of solid state hard drives. THERE IS NO BUMP STUD IN YOUR SHOCK/STRUT SYSTEM! This guy has the nerve to tell this elderly woman that her car needs to replace her struts and stop seeing her mechanic and bring her car only to the dealership! I've replace my struts. It takes time but isn't difficult and they come pre-made. It would take an absolute moron to mess it up and the driver of this car would have known something was wrong before she even made it off the lot. Then, Dan comes back in and says the engine mount is lose and her car is a total death trap for her son to be in. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS GUY?!? Yea your engine needs to be tight on the mount but its not a death trap at this point. Her car will not explode. She will be fine and so will her son. They do nothing but try to make you believe that your car is out to kill you and your family if you don't buy their "premium oil change". This is a horrible company. Their employees are a total sh*t show. Showcase Honda should be avoided at all costs. When they are done with my car I'm ripping out my airbags. They probably shorted the fuse and won't work anyways because I refused to let them run a $130 diagnostic. **Update** It's been a little more than a month. I've been called 5 times by showcase. Twice about the review and the other three about them wanting me to come in for "complimentary" services. Each and every time I have asked them to not call me again. They continue to do so anyway. I truly am so disappointed in our experience here. We called to see a Toyota Prius. When we arrived, we were told by the salesman that the car was traded in. We took it on a test drive. We liked the car. We went to discuss pricing. The car was listed at $15k on the internet. The sales man came back from the tower listing the sale of the car at $19k, with $2,100 in "upgraded accessories". They didn't even vacuum the car from the trade in!! Still had dog hair!!!! So I recently had to buy a car for my wife since her old car was totaled. We used the settlement check for a down payment on a used car here. So we bought the car last Thursday and during the test drive we noticed something was off with the car wanting to start so the dealer said to bring it back as soon as we can so they can get that taken care of. We brought it back Saturday morning and they said they were so busy And if we could schedule an appointment for Monday morning. I brought the car on Monday morning and waited for a few hours until they said they had to replace some stuff and they'll need the car until Wednesday. Tuesday comes along and they said there's been a change of plans and the car won't be ready til Thursday night. And today I get a call saying the car won't be ready until next Tuesday now. So basically they sold us a car that wasn't ready and we haven't been able to drive it since we bought it. This has made it difficult since we bought a car so that my wife has a means of transportation to finish school, and she hasn't even been able to use it. read more

I already knew which car I was looking for and Albert brought it around for me to test drive. We spent most of the ride going over the car's Carfax and he answered all of the questions that I had with proficiency. Once we finished the ride, I knew that I needed to take this car home. Albert got together all of the paperwork for me and we spent time going over all of the costs as well as the value of my trade in. To my surprise, I was able to get quite a bit of money for my 2008 Scion TC and I ended up only slightly over what I had been wanting to spend on a new car. The paperwork process was clear and straight forward. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of through fine print disclaimers, confusing math, or lack of transparency. Albert felt like a friend, someone I could trust and I felt assured that I was getting the best deal I could ask for. I went in for service on Motor mounts, when I paid over $900, my a/c was blowing hot air. I assumed it was because of the heat! My mistake was not coming taking care of this issue. I'm not sure if it's just the service department that has an attitude, if I caught them when someone pissed in their cheerios, or the whole group owned management should have a reevaluation of business ethics. I purchased a car from Bell Honda on 12.8.18. The battery in the car died 3 times from 6.3.19-6.4.19. EVERY car sold on the lot, when certified pre owned, includes at least a 3 year 36k mile warranty. I happen to live closer, approximately 5 min away, to Showcase over Bell. Even though both stores share ownership. After speaking with a tech, and manager of the service department. Showcase refused to warranty out the battery. Giving me a comparison to the effect of. "If you were to buy a used car, and the battery was from auto zone then they wouldn't replace it without original documentation." Even though I purchased the car at a sister store. I went to Bell Honda, and they not only replaced the battery with no questions asked, but provided me with a comprehensive list of services done to my vehicle. I feel though that both locations would have a database sufficient to track purchases, or have managers courteous enough to check the other location for more information. It came across as though Showcase's employees were looking for reasons not to help. Instead of looking for a way to please the customer. Would not recommend this store to anyone based on multiple negative experiences with this location. read more

I'm suddenly stuck with the car because the temporary license was already issued & the financing approved. they would only be able to sell the car as a used vehicle. he gave no options & didn't talk to anyone else. he wouldn't budge. so i went above his head. the only person who actually helped was Lindsey (sp?), their customer service manager. she worked with the GM & the salesperson and worked it out so i could return the car for a better deal. which i did. sort of. When i brought the leased vehicle in, i never saw the GM & the salesperson really didn't work with me. this is why dealerships have a bad reputation & places like Carvana & Tesla are becoming more popular. they get rid of the detritus that are car sales people. the car i ended up with is ok. the customer service from both the salesperson and the GM was rubbish. read more

I recently got a vehicle from this place. My advice, like many others who have left reviews is to NOT purchase a vehicle from them. They're snakes! Their numbers are all over the map and they ramble on about none sense, it's as if their selling approach is to "push and confuse". We were quoted 15 something and then when we get the paperwork it says 18,900 and the number never went back down to 15,000 as originally quoted because the finance guy "didn't know how the sales man came up with that number." What kind of shady business are you running here?! If we could've gotten out of the deal, we would have, but it was too late. Not only that, but, the vehicle started making a noise so we had to pull over on the highway to inspect. A piece of the front bumper was broken and dragging on the ground. EXTREMELY unsafe to sell a car to someone in that condition. Being that we were very upset about these experiences, we did like the fact they took the car right in to get both bumpers replaced and gave us a rental to use in the meantime. But doesn't negate the fact that these people are shady, the overall experience was a horrible one, and I'd encourage everyone to take their business to a reputable dealership. I have purchased multiple new and used vehicles over the years and recently found Showcase Honda to be the most unethical , dishonest , and incompetent dealership I have ever done business with. Recently purchased a certified preowned 2016 Fit for my daughter. After settling on price we learned that the car needed a catalytic converter and would not be available for 7-10 days. She really liked the car and it had a super clean carfax so we proceeded with the purchase. After 7 weeks of unreturned phone calls and text I returned to Showcase and learned that the part was not on its way as the service advisor had been telling me for almost 2 months. My question is, had I not physically returned to Showcase, when would they have informed me that the car I was already making payments on was not going to be ready for another 8-10 weeks? Second Showcase Honda issue. While in financing I found the price on the contract to be $3000 more than the agreed upon price. Was informed that this was for non-negotiable and intangible "options" and was applied to all Showcase sales. Beware of this unethical practice at Showcase.... read more
