This restaurant is has a low key vibe. The food is delicious and made with care. The service really depends on the server. Some are Aces and some are not. My favorite appetizer is the bruschetta blu

This was my first time at this restaurant and I have to say, I was extremely impressed!! The veal Parmesan was one of the best I've ever had, the service was impeccable and especially with a table of children! The vibe of the restaurant is really nice! It's a little hidden gem of Chico! I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was amazing. The service was just as amazing! And now has become one of my favorite spots to go! Will definitely be returning!! I wish I could give it more stars!!

    Gluten free calamari

This has been a family staple for generations and they've still got it! Multiple mocktail options available! I had the strawberry mint one and it was spectacular! Antipasti came out as usual, salami, cheese, olives and carrots for all. We ordered garlic bread, bruschetta caprese and gluten free calamari which was amazing! The Caprese was the winner for those who had bread. We ordered gluten free veal piccata, veal Marsala and two scallop entrees. The green salad with half and half balsamic and bleu dressing is still as good as it was years ago! Thanks for keeping this wonderful quality establishment going for so long! The new location looks great on you! Very well deserved.

Absolutely loved our server Rebecca. She was so full of personality and she has wonderful knowledge of the menu. When the dish I wanted was sold out, she recommended the chicken piccata which was amazing. She also recommended that I try the espresso martini. They were Devine. I had 2. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

    Complimentary Platter

Went here during a very busy time of the year so we expected it to be packed. We waited about an hour for food so we were happy we got there early. Our server explained that a big party had come in and slowed some things down. All of the staff were very kind and attentive. The food was very good and I really enjoyed the complimentary veggie, cheese, and salami platter.

Lemon drop and spritzer in the back

Wow! Cosi buono! Stopped in after some holiday shopping and had the most delicious lemoncello drop and the famous calamari ----and did not disappoint . The calamari were tender and breaded in a scrumptious seasoning and came with plenty of lemon slices and a delicious dip with a hint of garlic to heighten the bite. We were two and opted for a serving for three as were a tad more hungry than small appie . Highly recommend.'

Appetizer. I think this came complimentary if I'm remembering correctly. It was ok

Best restaurant in Chico. Quality Italian food, friendly service. Best canneloni, period -- SF restaurants included.

The mixologist behind the bar is a bright star, as he is certainly going places. We can't wait to go back every time we're in town. We can't say enough good things here.

You step inside and head upstairs, and suddenly the outside world is forgotten. It's its own little realm holding court in the heart of Chico. It is warm, inviting, and has plenty of seating, with a full cast of attentive staff, and decor that doesn't shout "Italian!" from the rooftops, but is very hipster whispering with confidence. We opened with the lamb appetizer, and I'll admit this with measured humility... it rivaled my own. Tender, well-seasoned, and not a trace of that gamey nonsense. The Brussels sprouts followed suit, crisped just right, delivering that perfect bite between char and flavor. The bread and dipping combo? Let's just say restraint was not my strong suit. A few pizzas passed by like temptation itself, and every one of us took notice. Plans were made... our future visit in the works. For the mains, the birthday girl claimed the ribeye, and it arrived exactly as it should... cooked to perfection, with potatoes that could quietly steal the show if you weren't paying attention. Her boyfriend and I, in a moment of questionable maturity, settled our fate with Rochambeau. He emerged victorious and took the crispy chicken breast with gnocchi, a dish generous enough to test even a committed appetite. I went with the short rib ragu, rich and comforting, the kind of plate that doesn't need explaining. The drink selection holds its own, and the dessert menu read like a final act worth staying for... but we were defeated in the best possible way and bowed out early. Service never missed a beat. Present, attentive, and smooth from start to finish. Parking, as with most things in downtown Chico, requires a bit of patience and perhaps a small offering to the parking gods. But once inside, it's quickly forgotten. All told, a night well spent. Good food, good company, and a place that knows exactly what it's doing without needing to announce it. We'll be back... if only to answer the question those passing pizzas left behind.

The patio area was exactly the scene I was looking for, very comfortable. I ended up treating myself to a whole bottle after she brought me a couple of tastes. Luckily you can re-cork and take the rest to-go in a bag. The Shrimp Diavola was 11/10!! The pizza tasted amazing but the crust was pretty thin and soft, with all the heavy toppings, it kind of fell apart in my hand picking it up. Decided on getting dessert (not listed on first check), the Boca Nero, which was delightfully rich!

We came here for their mushroom risotto as listed on their website. Unfortunately they don't have it anymore !( they need to update their website). We got the cold cucumber soup on a warm day. It was just okay. We also got the meatballs with some delicious crusty bread and it was excellent! They have inside dining as well with a variety of cheeses and wine to buy. Good wine and beer available. Plenty of pizzas coming out from their wood burning oven! Nice and casual and relaxing! Good experience and my puppy liked it as well !

This used to be my favorite place to come when I was visiting my parents in town and now since I moved to Chico, you're becoming my last favorite place because it's hard to dine with you guys as a single mom and my daughter loves your spaghetti and meatballs. But right now it just feels like you're Rob and customers of their money especially single moms who just want to eat out instead of cooking at home and cleaning all the time. That's really sad cause eating out it's just gonna become less of the thing now in a small town.
