I'd also recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs. On more than one occasion, I was told my car needed repairs and services totaling over $2,000. Technicians at other Honda dealerships and independent mechanics later disagreed with those recommendations. I can't speak to anyone else's vehicle, but I'm glad I checked before authorizing the work. Even routine oil-change visits seemed to come with additional repair recommendations. After I declined them, I received letters offering discounts on the same work, and I was also approached about insurance. Based on my experiences, I won't be returning. I encourage others to review any recommended repairs carefully and get a second opinion before committing to expensive work.

I reserved a U-Haul with Ogden Automotive Center weeks in advance of my move. When I got there, the U-Haul was in the parking lot and Ogden Automotive Center was closed (as expected). However, when I opened the app, it let me know that Ogden Automotive Center had not left any instructions at all on how to pick up the keys to the truck. After contacting U-Haul customer support, they let me know that there was nothing they could do to get me a truck from this location. It was an expensive, hours long process to find a new truck for my move that day. Would not recommend this store to anyone
