The two salesman we dealt with were exceptionally helpful, informative and offered practical advice in our final purchase. We purchased a Sierra Denali 2500 HD and Mitch and Kelly operated as a team picking up from each other seamlessly. When it came to the paper signing Kelly in finance was quick and to the point. She also listened intently to the feedback from the previous experience and promised to pass it on and even got us a refund on our previous maintenance policy on our 2013 Denali. I was unexpectedly in need of a new vehicle. I was very particular on what I wanted and was searching the internet. I found a vehicle online that I liked at Silveira GMC. I called and spoke with Bruce. Since I am one hour away and work, we made arrangements to meet two days later. He said that if I called him when I was leaving, he would make sure and hold the vehicle for me until I got there. I am used to the stereotype car dealerships that inflate prices and you have to try and work out a deal. What I learned is that Silveira does not work this way and prices their vehicles fairly and accordingly with prices in a several hundred mile range. I ended up paying their price but there was some wiggle room and the pot was sweetened by their throwing in and installing a 5th wheel trailer hitch. At no time did I feel that they were trying to pull one over on me. I highly recommend Bruce and Silveira GMC. read more

Best Purchase experience ever To begin with I can proudly say the Best car service I have ever had. I searched for my SUV online sent an inquiry and got a call from scotty in an hour. From stage 1 I never felt pressured to buy it right then and there, I explained my budget to scotty and scotty was honest with me that he couldn't make it happen by taking a thousand dollars off but he lowered the price so we both agreed on. Next day I arrived at the dealership and was welcomed by a wonderful person named Kelli I didn't know that she is a Finance Director. I asked for scotty and she directed me to his office.There is also met with Ryan Fogleman who is a very courteous and seasoned General Sales Manager. I explained to scotty and his Boss Ryan Fogleman that I lived about 2.5 hours away and if I drove up to Healdsburg and it should be worthy. They did an excellent calculation in finance of my car as well as in obtaining a lowest interest rate "kudos to them". The SUV was waiting out front for me sparkling from the recent car wash. I went for a test drive with scotty and approved the vehicle. We went back to the office and did rest of the paper work. Shortly after I met with the Kelli Conzelman their finance director she was the sweetest person I ever met in this planet. Moved to Sonoma County a year ago and was kind of suspect of Factory dealers service departments as in the past they always were finding more things wrong than right with my vehicles, but as I knew no independents I have now taken all of my GM vehicles into Silveira and I must say that it has been a great experience. Yesterday I took my Solstice in for an oil change and also had a couple of screws missing on my front quarter panel which I was going to replace myself (would have been a pain as they are hard to reach) because typically I would be charged a minimum 1/2 hour labor, but my Service Guy (Marc Rochioli) said I'll see what I can do, and bingo "no charge". Everyone that I have encountered there from the sales people to the customer service people have been great. Next time I purchase a new car or truck it will be at Silveira. read more

He then told me he would call the next morning and give me a update on the inventory. He was prompt in calling, told me the price and I set off up to Healdsburg. Amanda drove from Healdsburg to Santa Rosa the same day to drop off loner car & pick up mine. She called CSAA to deal with the problems that arose, AND kept me updated on progress of repair. When the wrong bike rack was sent to Silveira, Amanda drove down to the bike shop with their own tech to exchange the racks, installed the correct one - then delivered my fully repaired car to my work!!! What a great team at Silveira. We shopped two other dealerships before heading here. Wow! What a difference. Seriously, we were totally ingnored at the Santa Rosa Dealership. The next dealership was fairly conscientious but only had 3 vehicles to look at. They also did not try contacting us the next day. When we headed onto Silveira's lot, no one was really around outside at first. We inadvertently parked in the fleet sales lot. So really not Silveira's fault. But the financing department saw us and called a salesman for us. Mitch was our guy. He came right out and went to work trying to help us find our truck. I recently bought a used 2011 Chrysler 300 Limited from Silveira. This is a customer friendly shop! I was immediately offered a drive unaccompanied for as long as I liked. There was a genuinely friendly atmosphere throughout all of the purchase of this car and the trade-in for my car. My present car had developed an oxygen sensor problem on the preceding day, but it was no problem for them - they said they would just fix it as part of their car preparatiion to make it ready for sale. Their model of customer satisfaction is outstanding. They live up to their motto of "making a customer for life". I bought a new work truck from Silveira the beginning of the year and I have had nothing but problems. Mark the service writer was helping me . I have had my Truck there several times and they still can't fix it or just don't want to. The first time I took my truck in was for the exhaust was clunking on the tow hitch and could not put gas in the tank the gas pump would just keep turning off. I left the truck there for them to fix. I picked up the truck the next day and everything looked ok until I started driving it and the tail pipe started hitting the hitch again but I was able to fill it with gas. The next day I was driving the truck and the check engine light came on the truck was chucking as I was driving down the freeway. I took the truck back to Mark and dropped it off he said the catalytic converter was bad and he would order the parts. One month later Mark called me and said the parts were in he would fix the exhaust and the tail pipe hitting the hitch if I dropped the truck off . So I dropped the truck off and when I went back to pick it up he told me it was all fixed. I didn't even make it home and the light turned back on and when I backed in to my drive way the tail pipe started hitting again. I made another appointment to have the truck fixed and took it back , Mark called me 4 hours later and told me it was fixed . Once again I picked up the truck and before I got home the check engine light came back on but he did fix the tail pipe hitting the hitch. So I called again and made an appointment I also noticed that my arm rest was broken I told mark about it and dropped the truck off again , they rest the cpu and order the parts to fix my arm rest.. Mark called me about three weeks later and told me the parts were in when could I drop the truck off ,I was going on vacation and told mark That I would drop the truck off and he could have it for 8 days to fix the problems. My kids and I went and dropped the truck off it had a full tank of gas Mark came out wrote me a service tag took the millage of the truck . When I came back from vacation I went to pick my truck up got in and notice that the gas light was on then I look at the tag with the millage there was an additional 400 some miles on my truck. I asked mark about it and he said there was no way the some one drove my truck 400 miles odd that's about how far I go on a full tank. He told me he made a mistake on the millage .I think not someone drove a full tank of gas out of my truck. My arm rest was replaced but there was a hug gape where the panel comes together . I told him this is a new truck would you be happy with that. He took me over to the body shop and had me talk to the manager there about it and the manager said he would fix it he needed another part. Once again I drove away and the light came on. So it is very apparent that they couldn't fix anything and don't care about there customers. The drove my truck to god now where and still have not fixed my new truck it has be 9 month NEVER WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE JOKERS AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER REFER ANY ONE TO THEM. read more
