Today I stopped by the shop thinking I was just going to change my tire. Unfortunately my rim was bent and I thought that I would have to purchase a brand new rim which would have been at least $300 but thanks to an awesome guy by the name of Oscar I didn't have to spend that much money because he offered me the option to repair the rim at another shop that he works with. I wouldn't have known that a repair could be done but because of his experience and great knowledge I saved a lot of money and received excellent service from Oscar and the rest of the staff. read more

Thanks to tire pros, l was able to get my flat tire fixed and get back on the road. The people over at tire pros are nothing but awesomeness. The night before I had gotten a flat tire, I had yelp tire shop in Simi Valley and tire pros came up so I decided to take my car to take my car to see if they were able to fix my flat so I can travel back to LA. Went to Tire Pros for a slow leak in my tire. Dealer quoted me $200 for a new tire. Tire Pros was less. They ordered and got the tire in one day. When I took it in to be replaced imagine my surprise when they said I only owed $20. They said when they took the tire off there was a bolt in the tread, which they were able to repair and that the repair is guaranteed for the life of the tire. I was so impressed with their honesty. I was ready to pay for a new tire and had they not told me about the bolt, I would have been non the wiser. Staff was very friendly and the work was done in less than an hour. Tire Pros needs to correct their closing time to be 5:00 pm. At this time they do not accept cars or should I say pick and choose additional work. Stranded with a flat tire, two children, and AAA guy breaking the tire studs while trying to put on a spare was not important to provide customer service. I will never return to this outfit. Beware of Illegal Behavior, We brought our 1997 Nissan pickup truck into West Valley Smog on Sinalola Rd.in Simi Valley for a smog check required for registration.They refered us to Tire Pros on Los Angeles Ave. in Simi. The truck ran well with no problems when we brought it in.We were told it needed $650 in repairs in order to pass smog.We paid cash in full and came back a week later to get it.They said we needed more repairs and more money so we paid and came back.They then said to run it for 80 miles with the new parts,then come in to have the smog re-tested.We did but it barely made the whole 80 miles and almost broke down on the way in to the shop.They then said it would be another $400 to replace a special sensor which we later looked up at $50 to buy online.The price to have the smog done far exceeds the maximum value of the truck.These people seemed to be digging for gold and out to take advantage of us.We later learned that either shop `is licensed to do repairs.They kept our parts and money and we are still not smog certified.Feel free to call with any questions regarding this incident. My daughter's family recommended Tire Pro because she noticed My front tires were nearly bald. I purchased 4 tires and an alignment and left the car with them. Then I received a call saying there was something wrong because the car could not be aligned. Did I possibly hit anything? I said no and John decided to take one more look. It went back up on the racks and upon digging deeper they found that the Camber Kit had become dislodged which severely affected the alignment. They got it back to the right position tightened it up and perfectly aligned my car. It has not run this well in a long time. I love my new tires (they did not try to upsell me) and especially the ride. Would highly recommend this company. read more
