I honestly thought it was great. Their lemonade straight up tastes like lemons were truly used (we have a lemon tree and it reminds me of my dad's lemonade.) Highly recommend the food here. The environment here is so cozy. I absolutely love coming here at night because the interior is lit up by some string lights wrapping around the restaurant. Great family friendly spot and an excellent date spot. The service? It felt awkward coming in. The 3 people at the counter just stood there staring at us I'm like so do I just go pick a seat or something haha. It worked out, though it ended up costing about the same as a kids' pho for what amounted to a simple substitution. Outside of that, the experience was excellent, the restaurant was clean, the service was top-notch, and the menu had a solid variety to choose from. The lack of flexibility with customization is the only reason I'm not giving five stars, but I'd still recommend Mama Hong's without hesitation.
