First time at Simply Salad & I will definitely be back! I had a build your own salad and got ranch & balsamic vinaigrette on the side. All of the ingredients were fresh. The ranch dressing reminded me of Souplantation's ranch dressing. The portions are also HUGE. I've been to sweetgreen a few times, and the portions here are much bigger. It's also around the same price point. The outside is very nice & the interior is clean & modern. There are only a few tables inside, so it might be better to take to-go. read more

I also want to highlight the amazing customer service. There's an employee named Khiara who has the best personality and provides outstanding customer service. She was being very rude to the other workers and to some customers but she still begged for reviews on yelp even though she didn't even attend to me while I was there. This business does not understand the law that service animals are allowed no matter what. If an animal has the appropriate documentation and is wearing valid service animal notifications than you ca not deny someone be allowed to enter your establishment. The manager or woman who stated she was the manager needs to be better trained to know these facts . I was denied entry and told to leave. I will never come back to this business and warn others who have a disability that requires service animal that you are not allowed here either. read more

It's hit and miss. First few times it was good, lettuce was crisp and fresh. Last few times not so much wilted lettuce and just didn't seem fresh, mind you this was about 11am so first of the day. It's basically like an elevated salad bar where the staff will make you a gigantic salad with fresh ingredients and selection of meats from chicken, steak, salmon, etc. my daughter enjoyed her soup and my husband and I each got a salad. My husband really liked his Cobb salad and found it filling since it had chicken and eggs. I got the mandarin chicken salad and it was really good too. So as everyone knows they have plastic cups on the side and no where does it state that these are for Water only nor does it state you can only have one sample of lemonade.... So I pored my self barely a shots glass worth so I can taste it. Clearly it tasted great because now I pored myself a 1/2 a cup full mind you these are not full cups they are very small. As my husband and I proceeded to exit the lady thats working around 8pm on 12/4/24 ( she was caucasian) yells at us and says " Your glad I'm being nice I should have charged you for that" Me and my Husband looked at her confused and feeling disrespected. There were other people inside waiting for their food and you decide to wait for us to get to the door and yell like we're your children the audacity to think that you can yell at anyone is beyond my belief.
