Sip and savor has updated their menu for their food. And their banh mi was really good. Not officially on the menu yet but was told it will be added. Got a matcha red bean drink as well as popcorn chicken. So far the food and drinks that I have tried have always hit the spot. Hoping to try more soon.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is excellent. Siblings with good talents run it.

After eating dinner, I decided to drive my way to Hayward to go to Sip & Savor since it's close to where I ate at. This is quite unusual because this boba shop serves pastas since other boba places serve rice meals. Don't know but I guess that this is supposed to be a fusion restaurant? Inside is very quiet though, but I saw some people come in here. I also really like how they decorated part of the wall with "Sip & Savor" sign. If they covered the whole wall and even the ceiling, it would have looked like we're in a jungle. I didn't get pasta, but my mom and I wanted to try their boba. It's really good though. The Sip & Savor is slightly more expensive and it's quite flavorful even without adding boba. Not too sweet and it's just right. Definitely looking forward to trying one of their pastas if I were to come back!

Wow the food was good! Don't mistake this place for the typical boba shop that sells a bunch of fried frozen food. Their food is actually made from scratch with a thoughtful menu. Their chef was trained in Italian food I think, and the Bolognese pasta was very flavorful with a great meat/sauce to noodles ratio (I like more meat and sauce to noodles). And the guy taking the order (owner?) was very helpful and friendly. Definitely check them out!

Boba and pasta, my new favorite combo! Plenty of parking and the store is nicely lit with plenty of tables to sit and eat. I was surprised with the range of the menu and also a bit hesitant. But I was pleasantly surprised by how everything tasted. The pastas are made to order and stole the show! The carbonara was so creamy and delicious. You also get a hefty portion and can take home leftovers. They also serve the pasta to you if you decide to dine in. They'll also cleanup after you. I still dream about the carbonara to this day

Minus an entire star for the purpose of this being a boba shop and i dont recommend their honey boba!! It was not a bit sweet of honey- it was very tasteless and the was hard- i am so disappointed. They also charge a 3% credit card surcharge. Also $8 for a milk tea is criminal. Ordered jasmine milk tea $6.5 w lychee jelly $0.59 Milk tea $8 Honey boba $0.59 Jasmine green tea salt cheese $6 W lychee jelly $0.59 Strawberry matcha $7.5 Strawberry slush $7.75 Jelly $0.59 Total $44 They have a loyalty rewards. Every 100 points you get $10 off. Each dollar is 1 point so you have to spend $100 to get $10. Insane Drinks are decent. Id come back to try other drinks without boba and the food

Jasmine sea salt tea was refreshing. In addition to boba shop offerings, they also have a rather sophisticated Italian food menu, which was very interesting. I am totally coming back and trying more in the future. Mom and pop vibes. Shopping center parking. Good service. Casual. Please come and create your own adventure.

My first impression walking in was how polite and welcoming the staff was. You can really tell they care about their customers. The place was super clean, the music was good and they even have free wifi for customers! I ordered the parmesan gnocchi pasta, mild popcorn chicken and the strawberry lemonade oolong tea. The pasta had a lot of sauce and was perfectly creamy. Since the portion was big, I got to take home my leftovers and have it lunch the next day! It paired really well with the popcorn chicken. And the strawberry lemonade oolong was the perfect drink to balance everything out I definitely recommend coming here to study or to hang out with friends!

As my husband was heading home after buying lunch, he dropped by this place to buy an oolong milk tea with boba for our daughter. The price was kind of steep for the size your get. As for flavor, the tea flavor was quite mild but the boba was sweet.

I got the mango lemon passion fruit tea which was good! Dragon fruit could be better it was sort of bland even tho everything was standard. Popcorn chicken was nice and crispy but for some reason I kept having this sour taste in the beginning which could be the marinate? Unsure... but truffle garlic parm tator tots were nice and crispy! You can def taste the truffle and portion was HUGE. Def like to try more!

Great Service. For a hot busy day. Service was fast and friendly. Good drink options. Okinawa brown sugar 3/5 compared to other boba place we have tried. Mangonada. 3.8/5 Their version of mangonada is not bad. I've had worse from an actual Mexican spot.

Matcha Strawberry Matcha Latte Peach Rose Oolong Tea Chicken Fettucine Alfredo Popcorn Chicken

I wanted to love this place. I had this place bookmarked for months until I finally had some time to go. This place is in a not so busy, huge complex along Mission Blvd with plenty of parking. They have the typical ordering screen right in front. Which I usually prefer so i can have time to think about what I want. I know I really wanted to try the pasta because I don't think I have seen a boba place serve pasta before. So I got the chicken fettucine alfredo and a matcha strawberry latte. My bf got popcorn chicken and the peach rose oolong tea with boba. We also got our order for dine in. Didn't wait too long and the order is ready. Everything was packed up to go, (even though we said we were eating in). Someone did come out with plates and utensils which we appreciate. The matcha strawberry was okay, the popcorn chicken was okay, but the peach rose tea was really good. Surprisingly not too floral that it smells perfumy. Very refreshing. The pasta was good too, I like they used real parsley. I just think it was a bit expensive for what you get. Overall it was okay. I will give this place a chance again when I am in the area and try the pizzas and other drinks.

Really wanted to like this place based on others' reviews, but for me this place unfortunately fell flat. Came in on a Saturday evening after a local graduation, and there was no one else inside. Cute decor, located in a strip mall. Place was staffed and clean, and lots of drink and food options. Unfortunately the drink flavors weren't that flavorful. The popcorn chicken was overly breaded, and felt more like breading rather than chicken. Maybe it was an off day when I went, but overall it wasn't a memorable experience.

The restaurant is really big and we sat at a table for 14 pretty comfortably. We were also here on a Saturday night and the restaurant was full. The service is your typical Chinese restaurant vibe where you leave a little bit emotionally abused after paying for overly priced menu items. We did the à la cart and easily spent up to $1500. Better off with the family plan meal but nothing was of interest to us except one or two dishes. It took forever to come out and I mean FOREVER to a point where we almost cancelled a few dishes and called it a night, but they kept saying it's being made. With as many people and as massive as the restaurant was, and the price tags, I was expecting a more efficient service. A couple of times we saw our dish being brought to the wrong table and the people going "oh we didn't order this." With all of that out of the way, I am giving them an average score of 3 starts because the food did bring them back up. It was actually really good. My favorite of all things we ordered was their sea bass with string beans. The sea bass was fried crispy, garnished salty and still soft inside. It paired really well with the string beans. We ordered a bunch of other things that I couldn't tell you what the name was in English and they were above average taste wise. Their complimentary dessert however, was mass produced and tasted like they added too much water to it. This was the only one I was disappointed in. I still say this place is extremely overpriced but for a family meal experience and if you ever want to impress a date, why not.

To be honest, Fusion used to be terrible, and I used to absolutely hate coming here. Food was slow in coming, what came out was often cold, the dining room was loud, and service was impersonal, at best. On one visit, half the menu was unavailable, requested silverware was crooked, and numerous glasses, bowls, and plates were chipped or damaged. On another visit, I saw multiple families sneak out of the restaurant, walk to McDonald's across the plaza, and smuggle food back in to tide them over until their orders came. After a while, I wasn't alone in meeting the decree of, "come to Fusion on Saturday," with a groan. However, when HL Peninsula opened in Castro Valley and established itself as a threat to Fusion's business, it served as a wake-up call. Food immediately got better (from "below-average" to "know what to order and you'll be fine"), the speed of service improved, and food temperature became consistent and proper. It's not QUITE a "different restaurant" feel, and there are still some negatives. It's still loud and service could still be better (there have been times where chicken wings have taken over an hour to come out, which is a "should not occur"). However, at least I don't dread coming here anymore.

Everything was delicious and when you can satisfy a craving...everything just hits different What really made the meal memorable though, was the hospitality. The owner was incredibly warm and attentive, checking in on every table throughout the evening. At one point, she noticed our minced pork rice looked a little light on the gravy (something we hadn't even noticed ourselves). Without us saying a word, she headed back to the kitchen and returned with an extra serving of the pork topping to make sure it was just right. As the dinner rush slowed, she spent time chatting with us about our recent trip to Taiwan, sharing stories about Taiwanese food and what makes the cuisine so special. By the end of the meal, it didn't feel like we were dining at a restaurant--it felt like we were having dinner at an auntie's house, enjoying great food and even better conversation. Great food is easy to appreciate. Genuine hospitality is much harder to find. Milk & Honey gave us both, and we'll definitely be back (and look forward to dine in more often)

We noticed…read morethe prices were a little higher compared to when we used to dine here before, but the service was good and the food came out on time. We ordered five dishes: seafood soup, choo chee fish fillet, pad kee mao, roti canai, and rice. The food was good and we ended up eating about half of our meal and asked for to-go boxes to take the rest home. Unfortunately, on our way home we realized we forgot the to-go bag with all the leftover food at the restaurant. I immediately called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. I was told they had already thrown the bag away because they waited for a while and were preparing to close. I returned to the restaurant around 8:45 PM to ask about it in person. I spoke with one waitress who said there was no manager available. Another waitress came over and I explained the situation again. She said there was nothing they could do, and the conversation became unpleasant. When I expressed my frustration, she told me to go ahead and contact a lawyer and then told me to leave the store. I understand mistakes happen and that food may sometimes be thrown away for safety reasons, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing and unprofessional. A little understanding or better customer service would have gone a long way. We used to enjoy coming here, but this experience left a bad impression.
