I am disappointed and discouraged by the service I've received from SIS VA for my oven and dishwasher under my Lowe's Protection Plus plan. The service technician is so incompetent I'm afraid to have him work on my oven again. When he had my oven apart while replacing the control panel he acted as though he couldn't get it back together. He finally did and now the convection oven control that automatically reduced the temp 25 degrees doesn't automatically adjust now. I need a new oven seal as my 2 yr old LG oven's seal has burned in spots, but I'm afraid to have this tech back to repair it. I've requested another tech but he's the only one SIS will send. The LG dishwasher rack is rusting after just two years and the tech is giving me a hard time about getting a replacement rack under warranty. I could go on and on but will end by saying I'll never buy another appliance from Lowe's again and maybe never even buy another LG appliance. This is the worst repair company I've ever encountered. SIS VA was assigned to me by Home Depot for warranty repair. So far, they have been to my house 3 times to fix an LG refrigerator. It still doesn't work. The don't call back about the status of the repair or if parts have been ordered. They don't have answering machine, and no one picks up the phone. The last time I was able to reach them I had to call 13 times before someone answered the phone. On the second visit, the technician didn't even know he was there to replace parts. I had to tell him to go to his car to get them. He replaced a fan unit and motherboard to fix the problem to no avail. He didn't even bother to take the old parts away with him. The company never called back to see if the repair fixed the problem. After several days and 13 attempts to reach them, they came out again and determined all the Freon had leaked from the compressor. Duh, a refrigerator doesn't cool and the technician didn't check the compressor before replacing parts? On the 3rd visit, the technician asked my wife who was there before to check on the refrigerator, and it was him. The technician didn't even realize he'd been to my house twice before! This guy showed up in his personal vehicle wearing a Honda shirt and Lowes badge. Its been 17 days now without a refrigerator. They are scamming everyone by coming out multiple times, dragging out the repair, and billing for labor each time. NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. read more

If zero stars was an option, that's what I would rate this business. I recently purchased a dishwasher through LG and this is who they chose to come repair a brand new dishwasher. The leakage was reported on the 20th, LG told me a technician was coming the next day. No one showed up. I called sis va where the representative told me LG didn't know their schedule and someone was coming the following day. The technician showed up and said he had never seen this type of leak and took many photos. He said he would put in his notes and we would hear back from him on the 26th. I never heard anything back so I called LG, they had no notes in their system. I called sis they had no notes from the technician and couldn't get ahold of him. Later that day I was told the technician had to come back again in order to FaceTime to prove their was a leak. Today is the 30th (10 days later) still no notes in the system. An appointment is pushed out for another 5 days. The customer service rep at sis told us if we called LG to complain she was removing our appointment from the schedule. read more

I got the run around for OVER a month and when the parts came in, they scheduled an appointment with me (I took of of work) and they call when they were supposed to arrive and cancel because the only technician they had for the area was sick?! So they rescheduled for Friday, they call again when they were supposed to arrive and say the part was damaged, another 3-5 day... even tho it took a month for the first one to come. They also had the part for a WEEK, and didn't look at it?! I am getting played. I demanded another Service center. They are not wasting anymore of my time. :( read more

My child had pneumonia and our washing machine broke. They did not show up despite us waiting days for the ability to wash sheets and towels. Chang, the supposed owner, was not available per Justin the very rude technician. If I could sue them, I would. We had a protection plan through Home Depot which paid Asurion which contracted with these guys. This company is horrible... tried to delay by "ordering a part" without actually coming out and looking at our washer. We didn't hire them but got them via a Lowe's service contract. They ultimately didn't show and offered to come back next week. Chris Lee the owner or manager of the facility is the most unqualified person to handle customer service. To confirm our appointment for repairs, he asked for different information to be provided during course of three days worth of email communications, each time requested something new he need to confirm. He was provided with Serial #, Model # and proof of purchase and photographs of dryer and all stickers indicating Serial and Model numbers still that was not clear enough for him meet our appointment. Samsung assigned this company to fix my clothes washing machine under warranty. I would never have chosen a company with such a terrible rating on Yelp otherwise. Consistent with other reviews here, my experience has been quite terrible. Extremely poor communication with me. When you call you either get a busy signal (yeah, a busy signal here on 2017), or the phone keeps ringing indefinitely. How about a voicemail box at least? Disorganized. Completely missed the 4 hour window appointment they set up. The guy on the phone said the tech had missed all appointments during that period, and he evidently was unaware of it until I called him after the window ended. How does that happen? Horrible Company!!!! I can't believe Lowes sent these people to repair my refrigerator. The Repair person drove up in a beat up, dirty old car that had no company logo. I thought they were possibly porch pirates as UPS had just made a delivery. I asked this repair person (gender indeterminable with multiple facial piercings ) for ID as they said they had come to fix our refrigerator. I agree with all the other reviews. If "no stars" was an option, that's what I'd give them. If Samsung tries to send them to your house, call Samsung back and demand a different company. We had a warranty repair for a fridge and SIS called me three times in one week and left messages to schedule the repair. (Those voicemail messages were unintelligible except for the phone number.) When I tried to call back, there was no answer and there is no voicemail box. I've tried for over three weeks to get someone to answer the phone and they just don't. To add insult to injury, I called Samsung to ask them to send someone else and SIS CANCELLED my warranty ticket because "I couldn't be reached." Nevermind that we don't have any way to reach THEM. I just had a repairman here for a Samsung refrigerator- ice maker issue. Our ice bucket was cracked due to the defective Samsung design. As soon as the tech arrived, my father explained we also had a clogged sink, so please don't use it. He immediately dumps all the ice into our sink after I had left a bucket available. He asks for oil - shouldn't he bring that with him? He uses paper towels and leaves them all over my counter. He installs a new freezer, not even our main issue, he tells me he's done. I clearly don't see our old, cracked ice bucket in his box of trash, and I ask him if we got a new one. He rolls his eyes at me, and leaves to go out to his van for the part. I'm glad I said something. He then proceeds to try to wash his hands in the sink and I tell him yet again, our sink isn't working, there's a bathroom around the corner. He comes back and no leaves more dirty paper towels in my counter. Then, he points to the two large boxes of old parts and says, "this all trash." I look at him and said, "you take that with you, right?" I get more rolling of the eyes and he asks for a trash bag. Then as he tries to hurry out, I ask for a receipt. He says no receipt, this was free. I explained I knew that, but I'd like a record of him being here and what repair was done. He tells me it's not possible. I told him, that's not true, I need proof of the repair for Samsung. More eye rolling, reaches into the trash bag, hands me the parts slip. He says, "there." I said no, this is a parts order, dated a week ago. This is not a receipt for today. He hands me his phone and rudely tells me to put an email in. Then he leaves, slamming our front door. WHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL OPEN?! Seriously. It deserves negative stars and I feel like I'm being punished by Home Depot because they're forcing me to deal with them for my washer repair. After HD confirmed my appt a week in advance, SIS called to tell me that they're unable to make that date and can come a different date. Also that I should've called them to confirm the appointment time. I reschedule. They call my landlord one day later and tell him that they're unable to make it on the day they scheduled and that they can either come Saturday or the following Tuesday. Landlord nice enough to volunteer to wait for them on the day of the appointment since I'd be unavailable (8-12pm window). I get a call at 7:10am on Saturday from the repair person telling me he'd be at the house in 10 mins....He is not only rude, but barely speaks English which wouldn't necessarily be an issue if he was friendly and could demonstrate what the problem with the washer is. He also tried to tell me that a mechanical problem with the washer was due to some misplaced foam....He came with no tools and decided to rest his nasty but on my dining room chair while he thought about what the problem could be. I spoke with the "owner" Chris when calling because the technician was a "no-show" for our appointment between 10AM & 12 Noon. He was very dismissive, rude and unprofessional telling me that I must have gotten it mixed up and that no one from his office is available until the next morning; he later changed that to afternoon. I expressed my disappointment at having taken the day off for this appointment more than a week ago. He told me that if I wasn't happy with the schedule I could call Samsung back and request a different company. I was flabbergasted, until I read reviews as far back as 2015 showing this same behavior from this "service provider" to many other customers. I would NEVER recommend SIS VA Inc. for any reason. *I did take the owner of SIS (Service Infinity Systems VA, Inc.), Chris's, advice and called Samsung to get a new repair company assigned to fix our issue. I wish that I could give SIS a negative rating. Best Buy / Geek Squad contracted with this company to repair my washing machine. The technician that they sent to my house was extremely rude, barging into my house and started to walk upstairs before my wife redirected him to the 1st floor location of the appliance. He then took about 30 seconds to assess the situation, stating that we needed a new control panel and leaving. I later found out that he reported to Best Buy (2 days later) that the model number had worn off of the machine so that he couldn't order the part, which was a complete lie. The tag with the model number is behind the door that is locked and will not open, which is part of the repair request. Because of the technician's incompetence, we have to start all over with the Geek Squad repair process, which is going on 3 weeks at this point. Needless to say, I will never allow anyone from this company in my house again. read more

Assigned through Lowes warranty service. 1. Technician was not aware of the problems, even though we had reported them to Lowes. 2. Grabbed a glass off the counter to use without asking. 3. Ran water, said pressure was OK, then decided it was the control panel. The original complaint was the heating element. 4. Said it would take 3-5 days to get control panel, then said "Kitchenaid? Longer" 5. Very poor communications. Wife had to ask him to write down "controller". 6. No receipt or work order left with us. Only business card with "controller" written on it. 7. I have a dishwasher from Sears with warranty. It flooded my home at 3:30 in the morning when my smoke alarms went off as water went thru to my basement. It did a lot of damage to my home and I wasn't interested in fooling around with someone who wasn't reputable! So I want to thank those of you who posted their experience with SIS VA INC. After reading these reviews I called Sears and said I DO NOT want SIS VA in my home. Sears told me they cancelled them but they still showed up. Two guys showed up the repair man was Chinese,(named Dong Soo Cho) and he told me several times his English was not good. He had a large guy with him who seemed to repeat whatever the repair guy said. He opened the dishwasher and touched a few components. He then asked to turn it on and he put his ear to the dishwasher, and asked for quiet. I'm guessing he considers himself the Dishwasher whisperer. He looked up at me and said "everything is fine!" He says "you must have gotten something stuck in the door!" He starts packing his bag. I tried to explain to both of them that I am very familiar with the dishwasher and have installed a few in my day. I told them there was NOTHING stuck in the door. The water level was above door level and I had to shut it down at the water main. That even when I opened the door the water kept flowing. It didn't stop until I shut the main off. He says to me. I think everything is fine now!! He didn't even look at the water valve in the side of the dishwasher. I told him the float regulator didn't shut down the water so the Valve regulator might be bad? He said "no its fine." At that point I knew he couldn't fix it if he wanted to. And clearly he didn't want to!! So I tell you there is NO POINT having these clowns in your home. I told Sears they should be ashamed even hiring this guy. And oh by the way it flooded again 3 days later and there was Nothing in it. Do NOT hire these guys!!!!! read more

NEGATIVE STARS. WORST SERVICE COMPANY I have ever dealt with BY FAR. How are these people still in business? How are companies like Home Depot and Lowes letting this company service their customers? Like others, forced to deal with this company through the Home Depot protection plan, which has been a terrible experience. Our fridge has broken four times, and dealing with SIS has been an absolute nightmare. Tons of no-shows, lack of communication regarding what repairs were made, and a horrible technician (I think Dong is his name?). He was extremely rude, spoke no English, and refused to take off his shoes after I requested the last time he came to our house. He pretty much admitted that it's impossible to get a new appliance with the protection plan, and why would SIS admit an appliance is un-repairable anyway? That would mean less business for them. PASCAL is the rude and unprofessional lady who sometimes answers the phone. There is another gentlemen who answers who is not rude, but completely lies (e.g. someone will come on Monday, but no one ever shows up). Chang is the owner of the business, who is allegedly never around to speak with. When I asked Pascal to speak with her supervisor, she straight up said no. The fourth time our fridge broke, I asked for a different technician, at least one who speaks English, and she refused. I asked if the technician could come for a "diagnostic" which is what Asurion said they needed in order to give us a new fridge, and she had no idea what I were talking about. She said the technician was NOT going to the appointment with the intent of calling the fridge un-repairable, and that he is going to try to fix the fridge. BUT, that is exactly what Asurion is asking for in order for us to get a new fridge! So, how does that work? It's a vicious cycle. Then, PASCAL called me back a few minutes later and said SIS could no longer service us anymore. No words for how unprofessional this company is, and their complete lack of customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will not fix your appliance properly and drag on the repair process. read more
