I've walked by this stand at least 100 times going into Lowes and tried it for the first time today. I ordered a Louisiana hot link topped with sauteed onions and spicy mustard. It was one of best hot dogs I've eaten in a while. Looking forward to trying their chili dog that they offer in the fall and winter. Terry who works at the stand was incredibly friendly and made sure that everyone was enjoying their meal. I'll be back without a doubt. read more

3.5 stars! Customer service was great and honestly have never met a hot dog I did not like! Definite plus on how many sauces and hot sauces for condiment use. I'm not sure that the food was a huge stand out for me. It was good but not something I would be running back to have again and again. By far the best specialty dogs in RENTON. It's the closest thing to a Seattle dog with the works (creme cheese and cooked onions), and the staff is extremely nice and you can pay with a debit/credit card (unlike some cash only joints). I liked it so much I came back 3 days in a row. I've never seen so many choices of hot sauces and condiments at a hot dog stand in my life. I ran into this place by chance when I was going to Lowe's at the Landing and couldn't resist the smell of goodness so I gave it a shot and I'm so glad I did. I ordered the Louisiana Hot Link every time. Some have complained about the price but it's worth it and still cheaper than if you were in Seattle getting it outside the club or Seahawks game. read more

The owner is super nice and is very easy to talk to while you are waiting for you hotdog. The owner provides a TON of condiments for you to put on your hotdog, too. So we used to live right across the street. As we were returning something at Lowes we decided to give it a try. It was pleasantly good...if the aroma from the cooking doesn't get you...just look at people's facial expression as they take their first bite. It is a bit expensive but i think it is a good treat after a hard day's work. Ranges from $5 to $8. A dollar for chips or drinks. You pick the type of sausage and choose sweet onions or cream cheese (I chose cream cheese - novel but surprisingly good) but I heard the onions were good too. Then there's condiments on the side - a wide array of the usual from kraut to ketchup.... It's worth a treat. BTW - check in on Yelp buy 2 get one free... Was walking Panda in downtown on first ave and spotted this cart. Best polish dog I've ever had......nice charcoaled smokey flavor from the grill with perfectly sauteed onions. I'd say it was better than any hot dog I've ever had in Chicago or LA.... I think I have tried every hot dog stand in downtown Seattle and I'd say this one is better than Japan dog that used to operate two streets up...is that cart still even around anyway??? The Romanian guy I spoke to was very friendly and made great conversation....better service than I've had at 80% of sit down restaurants...and I've sat down at a lot of restaurants! Trust me I'm a fatass! They take cash or credit as well. Will definitely grab another dog from this place the next time I pass by it! read more

Went into Lowe's (Auburn) for a snow shovel and left with food! I wandered over to find hot dogs, polish sausage and hot links. Grabbed a couple of each and dressed them up from the biggest variety of condiments I've ever seen!! I'm a sauce/condiment queen and the selection just made my heart soar. The gentleman serving up the dogs was quick and friendly. I'll need to make a trip to Lowe's more often just to snag a dog! read more

I was in the mood for hot dogs and wanted to try a new place out. Checked out on yelp and saw that this was the closest hot dog cart around. The hot dog itself was one of the best hot dogs I've had in a long time! The sautéed onions on top were super yummy and added a bit of sweetness that I loved. I do enjoy a bit of mayo, but it seemed they were out, wasn't a biggie, though. My review would have been five stars if the guy that had been working the cart would have been a bit friendlier, but he seemed bothered. I'm unsure if it was the heat or if he was having a bad day or both, but I felt like I was a nuisance and I hate feeling that way. The thing is though, if I were hankering for another delicious hot dog, I'd definitely go back and really that's all that matters when it comes to food, right? read more

Fantastic hot dogs with a friendly smile. I was so torn between the choices at this little stand outside of Lowe's so i ended up getting two. I started with my usual favorite the polish and followed up with a Louisiana hot link and both were bursting with juice and flavor. The sauteed onions on top were a perfect addition with no extra charge which is rare at a hot dog stand. I look forward to trying the snappy Frankfurter as its made with boars head meat (can't be bad right?) Definitely will be going back here again, and again, and again.
