Placed order for pickup Fish & Chips , Malibu chicken & steak and Steak & Lobster. When we got our food home was extremely disappointed by my steak. The Lobster was good but my steak was overcooked. I ordered my steak to be med rare and with I got was not what I ordered . Seemed it was Well. For the prices I paid for the Steak and Lobster we should get what we paid for. I ordered a small steak, baked potato, and side salad. The steak was extra well done, salty, and tough. I had to send it back and get another one. The new one was medium and tasted good. Since the salad bowl wasn't large, I skipped the lettuce. I had all kinds of vegetables with dressing. I really liked it a lot. It came with 3 jumbo shrimp, 4 grilled shrimp, and a plate full of smaller shrimp and rice pilaf I added a baked potato to complete the meal. My family and I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and let me tell you, they have improved. As you can see from my video, there is plenty of parking, so finding a spot shouldn't be an issue. We arrived at 1 pm with a party of 11. The total cost was approximately $280, and we were seated promptly. We were there to celebrate my birthday, and it was heartwarming to see other families doing the same. My family enjoys the unlimited salad bar option; it's their favorite. So it's no surprise that most of them ordered that. My uncle opted for the "Shrimp, Shrimp, Shrimp," while I, the birthday boy, ordered the steak and lobster plate. Their soup and salad bar looked clean and fresh; my family thought it was delicious. My steak was cooked medium well, just as I asked, and the lobster was delicious--compliments to the chef. The restaurant manager, Aileen, came to our table asking how our service was. Seeing that this restaurant's management cares about their customers' experiences was nice. I ordered a steak & Malibu chicken and a St. Louis-style BBQ Ribs Half Rack for other family members who couldn't arrive due to work. Overall, this is my favorite Sizzler to go to, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is near the neighborhood. read more
