Place is located in a small little strip mall,not enough parking. Upon arrival into Sizzler, menu was mounted on wall and easy to read. Greeted by hostess,order was taken. Was escorted to the table, and waiter brought our drinks within minutes of being seated. House cheese bread was given with our meal. Great customer service. As for our food, it was ok,nothing spectacular. We did get rib eye,baked potato with a salad,and steak with shrimp fettuccine with veggies, with a broccoli cheese soup. Both steaks were tough and chewy. Probably won't return,but I do recommend for families on a budget. read more

I'd give them a 3.5 stars. This Sizzler has the smallest number of seats I've seen for this chain. On my way home, i stopped for a late lunch around 2 PM. There were about 10 customers inside and I was #11. There was one cook, one server, and the manager. I ordered a steak with salad bar, got my salad, sat down and waited for my steak. Suddenly a party of 6 showed up, and then another 2. Yet another 2 people came in, all within 5 minutes of each other. Looked like the manager was so happy he wanted to scream YES! But reality set in and he and the waitress played a great game of "running our butts off so you won't be pissed off". Service was a little slow but I gotta give the duo a high five for trying. They really could've saved themselves a lot of hassle if they automatically left a second plate for anyone who ordered a salad bar, brought soda refills, extra napkins, and steak sauce. This asking if they want this and that, then running around almost caused some crashes between servers, with customers, and empty tables in their way. This cook does a steak better than most Sizzlers. He put a nice thick rub on it, and it came to my table Sizzling, juicy, with a nice seared crust, and perfectly cooked medium rare. This location had a little of everything like all the other Sizzlers. Most everything was fairly fresh considering the time of day, and tables were quite clean. The bathroom though was another story. Someone said the one of the unisex bathrooms backed up. Ugh, not what I want to hear when I'm getting ready to use one. I'd definitely go back. it's on the way home, is quick, fresh, and decent for what you pay. I hope they don't get backed up again, in more ways than one. read more

Just SO fed up with all the COVID 19 nonsense in the world. I realize restaurants are trying their best to accommodate all the contradicting rules and information, but sometimes you really cannot "change" something for the better. So, now Sizzler (at least this one) is offering a "new way to salad bar." What a load of horse puckie!! They used to offer an All-you-can-eat salad bard with salad, fruit, soups, pasta, taco makings (including pulled pork), and ice cream. Now they "can't" because God forbid another human touch a serving ladle. Anyway, the "new way" is they hand you a LIMITED list of salad bar fixings...you choose what you want them to put in your salad, the dressing, and a soup (limited options). The price is $10.99....For ONE dish of salad and small cup of soup. How is that a "new way to salad bar." It's just a "new way" to salad (by letting you choose your own salad fixings). No refills on ANYTHING. Next, they have deals that come with a "create your own side salad." I was trying to "create my own" (as in pick my fixings) and I was told, "No, the salad is pre-made." What the heck? How is pre-made a "create your own" salad? The server tells me, with a straight face, "It's create your own because you pick the kind of salad dress you want on top." OMG...Are you FOR REAL??? Hasta La Bye-Bye....and on that note we left. News flash: Golden Coral is a HUGE buffet...They have re-opened...You go up to the buffet with a mask on, point at what you want and a server ladles it out and serves you (kind of like a cafeteria). So, while Sizzler is a smaller location...they could do the same thing, but put all the options on paper...and let a server make a plate for people over, and over. Maybe change the prices from the old $12.99 to $14.99 to help pay the extra cost to have people serving the salad bar meals. Sadly, we will NOT be going to Sizzler until they figure out a better way to serve people. If I want a "one shot" soup & salad...I can go anywhere. FYI...even Olive Garden offers an "all you can" Soup & Salad option...or with dinner one or the other, but still ALL YOU CAN EAT. Really, sad that Sizzler doesn't have a more "out of the box" way to solve there serving issues in the face of the Covid 19 mess. read more

FIRST TIME HERE! We were looking for a place that had a salad bar and thought of Sizzler. FOOD: We got the all you can eat salad bar. The salad was fresh. Fruit was fresh and sweet. They had a variety of choices. There was also a taco bar you can eat from. They had great desserts to chose from as well. The salad bar was like $11 and you have to purchase your drinks separately. You get as many refills as you want. The waitress brings you extra clean plates so that you can continue to serve more food as your ready. ATMOSPHERE: The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. Felt comfy enough to sit there and relax. There was a TV there as well so you can watch if you wanted to. Wasn't overwhelmingly busy at all. CLEANLINESS: It was very clean and organized. In Laws took me to Sizzler for my bday yesterday and the steak were better than Peter Luger or Ruth C... I tell you. You don't know quality till I tell you about their Angus son! Plus now they do that manudo stuff.... so damn delicious I ain't want to leave B. It also gives your that Carnival cruise ship experience when I was there... especially with the people infront of you....I really like it except minus the pool and Jacuzzi. It's not hard to believe that I've never been to a Sizzler before since I didn't grow up eating red meat. I am happy to report that my first time at a Sizzler was at least at a location that was considered clean, well-stocked and attentive according to my colleague who did grow up eating at various Sizzlers. Our server, Mayra, was super attentive with extra plates and when she gave us our mints in the end, there was a reminder card to review them on Yelp with her name on it. You know you have to be a confident establishment to give out reminder Yelp cards to your patrons. The $10.99 (not including beverage) AYCE salad bar buffet was fantastic for the price! They have various pre-made salads but also offer build-your-own options with a generous variety of different vegetables, fruits, nuts, dressings, etc. Since I have at least one salad a day, I skipped anything related to it. I did have 2 out of 4 of their soups (vegetable beef and clam chowder). The clam chowder barely had clam tidbits but I wasn't expecting much from a $10.99 lunch buffet - the consistency of the chowder and salt content was on point though. The vegetable beef soup was a little bland but still good. Their taco hot bar was insane since I built myself a delicious nacho plate with carnitas, guacamole and salsa. Next time, I'll need to create my own special elote with their corn-on -the-cob and drizzle hot nacho cheese with carnitas sprinkled on top of it. I was too full to try their desserts but I'll be sure to wear my buffet stretchy pants on my next visit. read more

Awesome for to go! We used Doordash to order Sizzler for dinner and were very impressed. We ordered the sirloin with fried shrimp and the ribeye. Both steaks were cooked perfectly and were super juicy and flavorful. The fried shrimp was AMAZING - super hot, fresh, and crispy. They even gave us an extra plate of them. Our baked potatoes were piping hot - the butter and sour cream melted perfectly in them. Everything was packed - cocktail sauce, lemons, utensils, salt, pepper, butter, sour cream and chives all packaged for our dinner at home. This Sizzler always has a line. I made my wife and in-laws take me here for my birthday once. If you remember the halcyon days of Sizzler, this place still exhibits those traits of decent cheap steaks and reasonable service in a clean restaurant. If you think Sizzler steaks are too small, not Kobe beef, and you don't like your food to arrive on a tray, you shouldn't go to this, or any, Sizzler. You know this, so don't be a jack-ass by complaining about the essence of what Sizzler is. I love this Sizzler and the one out in Beaumont off of the 10 freeway. Very disappointed in how this business handles themselves. I was at the register ordering & paying for my food. I decided to leave the tip on the receipt which I never like to do because I rather tip after I receive my service so I can tip accordingly. I did not have cash and that is why I left it up front only to then have the cashier (Hispanic young woman) look at the receipt & say out loud how much tip I was leaving the waiter. I found that to be very unprofessional & rude! I will never leave the tip up front ever again. These employees need to learn proper etiquette. read more

Food is sizzler. So expect what you're buying. It was a trip down memory lane. I bought the steak and all you can eat shrimp also bought unlimited salad. Steak was cooked proper but was tough meat. Shrimp was a good size quantity of small fried shrimp with heavy bread coating Soups were tasty but not much substance in them. Salad bar was fresh and cleanly maintained. Nice surprise with fried chicken wings nuggets and Asian chicken on the salad bar. I didn't touch the pasta. Service was best I ever had. Jennifer was a mature professional. Room was at 80 percent she covered the entire room all night by herself. She checked on each table every ten minutes very courteous gave everyone refills on food and drinks. Cleared dirty extra dishes from each table as we ate. She was friendly and focus on her job. Highly recommend her service. She was the Highlight of my visit. Sizzler has always been a family favorite. We had never been to this location. The salad bar looked very fresh and appetizing and it was! I had the shrimp scampi and although the flavor was very good it was a little heavy on the sauce. Two of my family got steaks that were cooked to perfection. Someone else got there shrimp feast and was surprised on how much shrimp there was! I've always thought Sizzler does a great job on their steaks and rival other more expensive steak houses. My first visit to Sizzler. I don't know how I went 31 years of my life without Sizzler, but man, I've been sleeping on it. Tri tip sirloin, DELICIOUS. Well cooked and had a great grilled flavor. Baked potato, fully loaded, so good! And the piece de resistance, the salad bar. I made a loaded salad to go with my steak, what a meal. The salad bar at this location was really well stocked, and the workers kept it clean the whole time. Junior, our server was on top of things. We had a party of 9 and no one's cup ever went empty. It is disappointing when you see the manager neglecting his position, that just means he doesn't know how to train his employees as well. I am not a fan of these chain restaurant​, but it​ been so long since my boyfriend had their garlic bread and I want to come back for my 2nd visit for their salad bars. They have the AYCE salad for $12.99. It is an okay deal when you eat a lot of salad and bacon. Along with it, have some other hot foods items. The salad bar was like any other Sizzler, well I have been to only two location, this would be my 2nd one. But still, the food is all the same. Parking: No trouble at all, beginning to feel like these chain restaurants​ are​ starting to die down, plenty of spaces available. Bathroom: only one room! One person at a time. Yes,​ it is very small. There were no lines when we walked in, ​the ​ restaurant​ is small, and not filled up for lunch. We paid and we took a seat anywhere we liked. They were slow to bring us​ some waters and our bread. The waitress was not very polite, she only came to ask us if we were done with our plates. How about a "how are your foods?" "Is there anything else I could get you" "Perhaps some more bread?" none of that. NONE. She was so polite to the usual customers, the regulars. When​ the manager came around, he just said "excuse me" and pulled the plates at the end of the table. I saw him at the other table acknowledging other customers​, but he did not say anything to us. I was disappointed, but reasonable because, if his staff does not say anything to us then it makes sense he does not either. As in, monkey sees​ monkey do, this case, monkey see don't see then​ the monkey don't do. I do not recommend​ this Sizzler because the staff here are not very welcoming. We came in the last hour and we could tell they didn't want us there. We stood there for a while waiting for someone to acknowledge us, but they only spoke to me when I made eye contact with them. They probably were hoping we would leave... The waitress and cashier guy continued to chat while we stood there. OK, Sizzler is not the first or second place I think of for dinner. Hmmm, not even lunch. Its just not even on my food radar. Today I must have heard a commercial or saw one and thought their salad bar sounds good. REALLY??? So after work I yelped a Sizzler, and most have low ratings. This location had one of the better ones, and my GF and I decided to meet here. I pulled into the parking lot at 5:45 and it was empty, aside from a elderly lady being helped out of the car by what looks like her son or some nice guy who's younger than her. A 6:00 the parking lot was filling up, and fast! Wow! 6:15 my GF arrive and we walk in and stared at the menu. Prices start at $9.99 to $22, but some entrees comes automatically with the AYCE Salad bar, while the cheaper ones comes with no salad, but you can add a side for $2, or the AYCE for $5. What choices!! And they also have pasta, chicken, fish... seniors have a great deal that comes with salad bar AND a drink. Decisions.... My GF ordered the herb chicken (single) for $7 and AYCE salad for $5. I got the 6 oz Sizzler Steak (sirloin) which comes with the AYCE salad bar for $13. The salad bar itself is enough for a meal, although the steak is probably healthier than some of the mayo ladden salads they offer. Still, there was a decent variety. Plenty of cold salads to choose, from potato, to spinach /cranberry, to caesar and of course the tossed green. There were 4 types of soups, a medley of toppings and dressings, fruit, a taco bar (didn't try), kids food bar consisting of chicken wings, tater tots, chicken dinosaurs, mac and cheese and fried something. For dessert there's the self serve ice cream with a medley of toppings like fudge, sprinkles, nuts, etc. And they had banana pudding, jello, and a cheesecake shot. Its not a big Sizzler, and their salad bar isn't the best one I've seen. My GF said the old one in Norwalk (now torn down by the 5 fwy construction) had a much better one. Overall not a bad deal. The food wasn't great, but for $13, I couldn't complain. My favorite is still their cheesy toast, which our server gave us generous portions of, and that, too is AYCE. Would i come back??
