Honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences i've had. Before I get started, i'm going to say that we had 5 people and 3 separate orders. Now: My husband and I spent $50. I got the philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries and he got the steak and lobster with loaded mashed potatoes. My sandwich was cold, the meat was fatty and I got broccoli instead of fries. My husband asked for a rare steak and received it almost well done. He got potatoes, but they had nothing on them but a side of gravy and his lobster was EXTREMELY small. It had about the same amount of meat that a fish stick has, if not less. Next: The next two of our friends ordered steak and lobster as well. One didn't get his lobster when his steak came out, his steak was about 70% fat, and he ordered medium rare and it came out well done. His girlfriends order was mostly correct, except the steak was well done also and her lobster was very rubbery and the meat was stuck to the shell. It was almost elastic when you pulled on it. When he asked where his lobster was, the server replied that he didn't order one. Later on, she told him she got one ordered for him. Finally: Our other friend that tagged along also got steak and lobster. His steak was ordered medium rare as well and came out, you guessed it, well done. He didn't get his lobster either, and it had to be brought out later on. He got their strawberry lemonade too and it had chunks of strawberry in it but you couldn't even tell it was supposed to have a strawberry flavor. Overall, we spent $120+ and we will never return. We had a terrible experience and would've rather went somewhere else. The "toast" wasn't even toasted, the food came out all messed up and not even one order was right. The servers have no people skills and seem confused about their job. We would've talked to the manager but couldn't find one and we're unable to get one. The GM was about to charge me twice for the salad bar because the babies doesn't really eat that much and they can't share??? Sizzlers needs to adjust that rule. We came here on a Saturday night. My salmon came out at a reasonable time, but the waiter didn't even acknowledge anything about my husband's meal. The whole time we were waiting for his meal to come out, I saw our waiter asking table after table to see if they were ok. The staff here are so very pleasant ... we were greeted by Shayla who took our order, and were served by Kaylee who, for someone who's only been there since February, really knew how to take care of her customers. My girlfriend ordered a fettuccine Alfredo, which she said was great! The waitresses were very polite and helpful, but it was busy so they weren't able to come around as much. The salad bar is probably the only "excellent" aspect about the restaurant. There was a variety of toppings and etc. They also have an attendant at the salad bar that mixes the salads for you. If this place had a bar with mixed drinks, it would be amazing. Lol but I won't mark the stars down for that. 4/5 stars, due to being very average. The waitresses and salad bar help this place out a lot! I do recommend this place to families looking for a decent dinner! But for a group of young adults, I'd go to Chili's right across the street. *UPDATE* I really only like this place, because of the salad bar...
