Dinning at sizzler is nice, great customer service, enjoy the food they have there salad bar is so awesome love the choice they have to choose from...but they have one BIG problem customers car as well as employees cars get broken into way to often. management knowing this is happening to there customers and as well as there employee should really do something about this. Had a lovely dinner with friends last night. Kaylee, our server helped to make the dining experience more enjoyable. Despite it being a Saturday evening, and it being very busy, Kaylee managed to serve us with warmth and efficiency. Sizxler is indeed fortunate to have her as an employee and we look forward to seeing her the next time we visit Sizzler. The only negative I have is the booth seemed too small for 4 adults. We did run out of table space. Fortunately, Kaylee cleared our dirty plates off quickly. read more

Do not order delivery of the fish and chips. In fact, do not order the fish and chips period. They need to remove it from the menu. Each piece was only 3 inches long, like Gorton's frozen fish or pollock, they were burnt to a crisp, there was no tartar sauce to kill them with, not even a lemon slice. The receipt said 2 cheesebread but there was none in the bag. $16 a plate for 2 tiny pieces of burnt fish and salty burnt french fries. Are you kidding me? Thankfully, Doordash refunded our money immediately. I expect a lot more from Sizzler. read more

I tried ordering by phone because of the virus. I called and a gal answered and ask how she could help and i said that i wanted to order for pick up. I said i had a coupon for being a valued member and she gave me to a guy that spoke very broken English. I told him that i wanted to order for pick up. I said i wanted the baby back ribs for my wife he asked if we wanted them to be Santa Loius style - we did not understand at first, then figured he was meaning to say Louisiana style. I then ordered the Malibu chicken and said i had a coupon for being a valued customer, he said they would not accept the coupon - so i said to cancel my order. We go there on a regular basis. Never disappointed. The service is good, but Monday when we're went our service was beyond great. Our server, Kaylee wad excellent! She kept a constant eye on. Kaylee was the only server for our area and she took care of all her customers. You hardly ever find excellent servers like Kaylee. Keep up the great work Kaylee, you'll go far in life. read more

I went in yesterday and received excellent service from everyone except for one person. The gentleman ( I didn't get his name) was at the front taking orders and my host and him a question and he was very rude and disrespectful. The issue was with a birthday email that had my preferred name over my legal name and he wanted to see id with my preferred name. When your preferred name is a variation of your legal name common sense should kick. My host was very nice and kept on apologizing on his behalf. After that my visit there was awesome and the server and superbly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. He is the only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating. read more

On a week night wasn't busy so no wait. Unfortunately I didn't like my food. The steak was over cooked and I didn't care for the seasoning on my shrimp skewer one bit. It was my husbands birthday and that's where he wanted to go so that being said at least he liked his dinner and really enjoyed the Cedar plank salmon and salad bar. Went last night with a party of six line was long but went by quick. Food was great our steaks were cooked perfectly and had great seasoning. honestly this trip to sizzles was better than our last trip to Ruth Chris steak house in Walnut Creek. Would highly recommend this specific location. Interior was great had tv's all over so no mater what seat you have you can still see the tv. Overall great experience and will definitely be back next time I'm visiting friends and family in the Lathrop Manteca area. read more

I enjoyed my food and so did my family. Everyone was very friendly its was super busy and even then we got our food with a good timing. Our server was very busy tho because we had to ask a couple times for our refills and also the refill of unlimited shrimp but a manager came around and went to get our refill and Stake sauce. My and my favorite is that they toss and mix your salad :) and the salad bar was always well stocked and clean. read more

Went to Sizzler for dinner. The line reached the door, but it only took a few minutes and we were placing our order. The cashier was very pleasant and prompt. We were seated quickly. Our server, Taylor was at our table right after we were seated. She confirmed our order, left and returned with our drinks. This was the beginning of an excellent dining experience. The food was great. The service was attentive, efficient and friendly. Derek, one of the managers also stopped by our table to Check. I ordered the tri-tip meal to go. The meat was so thick and full of fat. The flavor was scary. I returned the meal to Sizzler and ordered a sirloin steak. It had that same flavor as the tri-tip did and it was fatty as well. I just ended up throwing it away and counting my loss. I probably will not go to the Sizzler in Manteca again. Sad day! read more

This sizzler is new. I could tell by the amount of people that were present when I went. I never seen a sizzler this packed. The salad bar has a couple of high school kids asking you if you like your salad tossed. Is it necessary? Probably not but the avocado added to the salad by the kid was nice. Second visit to this Sizzler. The first visit was approximately six weeks ago. Not only was Taylor my server both times, she remembered me and exactly what I wanted. Wow has Sizzler come a long way over the years. Not only has the menu expanded with better cuts of steak, Service was absolutely exceptional. Taylor was very attentive and took care of my every need. Over charged for kids drink, completely black burnt burger, medium steak had only the tiniest bit of pink in the very center but outside was burnt, sauteed mushrooms not sliced or sauteed, just came in a soggy bowl as whole mushrooms, couldn't get service for ketchup, drink refills, or to go boxes, bread never came, ice cream machine broken, and the stand in line to order is fine for five guys, but not a restaurant. You'd think employees would at least get a separate entrance and wouldn't have to scoot the line every 2 minutes. This was our first visit and the staff were very friendly. Diego our server was warm, courteous and came by regularly to see if we needed anything. We will definately visit again.
