It was a little confusing because it's no instructions and it wasn't anyone standing to assist you by the counter so we asked customers on how to be seated? They instructed us to choose a table and then someone will come out to help you. So we decided to sit by the pool area so we could view the beautiful water because we were on the beach side. The wait wasn't long after we all sat down. We started off with a cup of Starbucks coffee and fruits. We then ordered the American Breakfast which consisted of of 3 eggs , bacon , sausage, potatoes and toast. When I tell you the eggs were cooked to perfection. The bacon was cooked just right and not over crispy and it had like a maple taste. The sausage links were good but if it was my choice I would have had more bacon. The toast was sourdough bread which I love the taste of toasted sourdough with some cream cheese. The breakfast was really good. The price range was very decent for a hotel restaurant because they usually overcharge you but it was around $8-$19. They also had apple,grape and grapefruit juice. Will I try another hotel restaurant yes because I gave the experience a second chance which turned out to be very good.

I've had many Cubans throughout the Tampa Bay area, and I can honestly say this was the best I've ever had. The quality was exceptional -- the meats were incredibly fresh, and the balance of juicy pickles and tangy mustard elevated every bite. Beyond the food, the atmosphere impressed me as well. It's a cool, spacious venue with a long bar and a welcoming staff that made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend it and plan to return.
