Served with containers open so you can put on as many fresh toppings from the large condiment bar as you wanted. Diner is small but clean. It looked like the owner's daughter was helping out that morning and she was doing a great job - cleaned and straightened the counters, checked on the condiment bar to make sure it was clean and filled. I can see where it would be crampt if there were customers eating, waiting for their food or in line to order. But that happens to a popular eatery. How does this place not have better ratings!? I regularly order from here and I ask for my lamb burgers rare every time. They are always quite rare and cooked to perfection, so just take the time to ask the chef to cook your burgers they way you would really like them :) The main fellow who works in the evenings is who always takes care of me, I will have to ask his name and add it to the review later! So far I've tried the lamb, elk, wagyu, regular burgers and onion rings. The lamb is fantastic, my second favorite is the wagyu! The rare lamb comes out so nicely that I have it delivered with the bun and toppings on the side in case I ever have to reheat it and even then it's still rare and dripping with delicious lamb flavor. They are happy to include whatever you would like for toppings if you have delivery on the side, from lettuce tomato pickle and onion to ranch! One staff member did incorrectly inform us over the phone that their buns do not have eggs in them, but the senior staff member corrected that misinformation when we arrived. My boyfriend and I just ate here. Now we understand why they have such high marks. The food and customer service were amazing! My boyfriend had the steak burger and according to him, that's the first burger that he can actually tastes the steak. I had the wild boar, which was pretty good. The condiments island is def a plus! You have a variety of different proteins to choose from for your burger patty, a variety of specialty toppings, AND an amazing toppings bar so that you can dress your own burger exactly how you want it! My burger was cooked perfectly and had so much flavor! I added cheddar and avocado, and they actually gave a large amount of avocado! Little hole in the walls burger spot I decided to try after getting some shirts at Jeans Palace. Simple menu and maybe a little pricey, but for the taste and size of the burger I cant complain much. I've been on a burger binge lately for a burger that isn't fast food or chain related. Came here and ordered the 8 Oz burger with cheese and bacon and decided to make it a combo. Came out to about $14. There was a few people ahead of me and only one person cooking at the time so it took about 10 minutes (no biggie) one thing I like about this spot is they have their own condiment bar and all of the sides looked super fresh! Went in on a Friday night, I didn't realize a large party of 12 people had sat down and ordered just before I walked in. The restaurant complete the orders as they come in, so I had to wait nearly 30 mins to receive my burger. I was looking forward to customizing the burger toppings at the condiment bar the way I wanted, however, by the time I got my order most of the toppings bar needed a refill. There was only the last of the lettuce that was submerged in water and all soggy/wilted, no tomatoes, mayo, or any ketchup left. So I ended up using thousand island dressing from the salad bar just to add some type of flavor. I was really surprised and disappointed in my experience here after reading a ton of great reviews about this spot. My boyfriend ordered the 8oz beef and I got the 6oz. with shared fries that were just the right amount of crispy! They serve each burger open faced for you to add any and all topping from their toppings bar. We both added grilled onions when we ordered. I would say we were both pleasantly surprised with each of our burgers. They were juicy and flavorful and not filled with grease. We also got a chocolate shake that was super yummy. Overall we enjoyed our meal at Sliders Burgers and loved that the owner was very family oriented and friendly. The place could use a bit of a facelift, but has lots of potential. I wanted a non chain store burger. Found this little home in the wall in a strip mall. Two guys working. One at the register, the other working the flat-top. Big choice of meats: Beef, Elk, Ostrich, Wild Boar, Bison, Turkey, Salmon, and of course a veggie burger. Other sandwiches include Italian chicken, Steak with sautéed mushrooms & onions (yum), hot dogs fried chicken etc. lots of sides like fries, sweet potato fries, beer battered onion rings, fried zuc, chili, potato salad and more! Talk about decision overload. I decided to go with just a basic cheeseburger and the beer battered onion rings. I went with the 8 ounce patty as opposed to the 6 ounce. They bring you your burger and bun undressed. And you proceed to put all your toppings on at their toppings bar. I asked for medium rare, and that's what I got, with a good sear on the outside. The chilli fries are the star of the show! It is very tasty and the fries aren't soggy although there's chilli on it. The burger is build your own so you can add your own toppings and spreads. Let me say for the low prices you get a large amount of food. You get 4 pieces of chicken and a boatload of fries. This place too had a great condiment station, especially for burgers. The chicken really surprised me. It was reminiscent of souther fried chicken. It tasty, crunchy crust and the meat was juicy. When I say I was surprised I'm talking about how juicy the large chicken breast was. As much of a fan of burgers I am, I will return for that fried chicken. The owners hand delivers the food to you and he's a really nice guy...he's genuine and you can see he takes pride and loves what he does. One takeaway I have is how packed it was at 1pm. Unfortunately, this could be one of my few reviews that is affected by my brain telling me one thing and my taste buds telling me another. I had heard about this place and being a burger aficionado, I decided to give it a try. I had done some scouring on their Yelp page and immediately summarized that this place is going to be a bit more on the casual side given the interior decor and pictures of the burgers. For this reason, I didn't bother to look at the menu as I thought they would have just your typical burger options. When I looked at the menu, I must say that I was bit shocked. They have Elk, Boar, Bison, and even Ostrich burger meats. I have only seen such meats at more fine dining burger establishments and I was extremely surprised to see such a menu at this place. I was even more surprised at the extremely cheap prices. I became very uneasy and suspect as to why such exotic meats were being served at such a casual place and for so cheap. Maybe there is a reason for the cheap prices, but when it comes to the decor, really? I feel a place that serves ostrich and elk burgers should have better decor than what you would see at In-n-Out. I ended up getting the regular hamburger because of my uneasiness. They have an 'add your own topping' bar, which was nothing special and had nothing more than the basics. I thought that this was also a little strange given the exotic meats. I think that were I eating this exact same burger at another place, I would have rated it higher but I think at this point I was so confused at to what this place was going for, that it affected how I perceived the burger and I didn't enjoy it. Overall, I am just confused at this place. I feel a burger place that serves up exotic meats should have a better decor and ambiance. Additionally, they should assemble the burger for you or at the very least, have better toppings.
