There is a large menu on the side of the truck. Pick what you want, tell the person at the window, they call your name when it's ready. They accept card but i don't know about cash. There is no place to sit so you're definitely taking your food to go. I got the Italian beef shawarma plate. This was a very fun take on the classic Italian beef sandwich. The beef was tender and the combinations of flavors were unique. I detected another meat in there, though? It tasted like there was also some goat mixed in with the beef which wasn't a problem for me, but might be for you. There wasn't a whole lot of it, but it definitely had that tangy, gamy flavor that marks out goat. The sandwich was delicious. They're open late which is great because I often work late and am too tired to do much else. It's been over a week now since I went and I'm still thinking about that food so we will be back.

As for the chicken, I was hoping by itself it would be more thai inspired/marinated/seasoned but it's effectively just chopped up chicken tenders to be dunked in the curry. The curry is flavorful, albeit a bit watery, which I wish was reduced a bit. But if curry is not your thing, my friend's Kai Zabb was very good: tangy, sweet and heat all at once, so good to really switch up bites. And while I wasn't expecting sticky rice, I can't help but say it's the first time I've had thai fried chicken without it. All in all, I think its a great new place to try out, but if you've had thai fried chicken before, just temper your expectations.
