Two cars parked in the Fire Lane. I walked in and told the self-checkout attendant. She said ok, she will check. I did my shopping and saw the cars were still there. I walked back in and asked the attendant "Do you know why it's important to keep the Fire Lanes open?" - Her reply, " I have no idea". Then she said "We are short staffed and so I don't know what to tell you". I walked to the manager who was closing cashier drawers. I told her "You employee has no idea why it's important to keep Fire Lanes open" She rolled her eyes at me as if I was annoying her and told me she "will look into it after she finishes closing these drawers." I'm a frequent customer live across the street and today i was getting gas walked over to the guys station to get a red bull and the gas clicked off to Oke a few min to ring me up came back no gas was pumping but the price was increasing about 1-3 cents every 10 seconds. I'm gonna go back to this actual pump in the next couple days and get the pump doing this on video... i called the guy that worked there over so i couldn't get a video at that second . Stay away this means it's charging you more as your pumping this is happening all over. Never seen it in person til now... read more

If Yelp would let me leave 0 stars I would this Smiths is terrible keep far away they sold me rotten meat the meat looked so fresh and red. What they do is when the meat goes bad they dip it in blood with dyes in it possibly to make the meat look fresh when you get home and slice it it's rotten I was so upset I went in and told the manager they change the meat out and they had some lame excuse for why the meat was pretty much all rotten stay far away from this Smith's. read more

Great store. Happy front check out people and great for couponing. They have a starbucks located inside and a US Bank. They also have a decent sushi place for fresh sushi. I love their organic section with gluten free options and vegan stuff. I am here every few days picking up fresh organic beets or celery. First off I love SMITH'S, the prices are low with a great selection of Organics. This Smith's location is actually the closes to where I live. I purposely drive out of my way passing by the Von's that 2 minutes away from my home just to go to a Smith's. My experience on 1/29/2012 was pretty great. I'm a late night grocery shopper because I love how less busy and loud they are. Ever notice when you go during the daytime the lines are long, babies are crying, people everywhere. I just like to avoid the hassle. The only reason this Smith's didn't get a full 5 stars is because I love banana's & they were all out. Bad timing I guess so I ended up buying Organic banana's which I didn't mind. Also I love this smiths because of their member's gas station. Did you know when ever you shop at smith's with a members card. You can use your members card to pay for gas at a cheaper price? After I went grocery shopping I got gas with .20 Cent's off per gallon great deal!!! read more

This is our preferred go to for all groceries. If you are from the southeast and new to the area, this is the place you can find some of the items that you cannot find anywhere else in Vegas. Smith's is owned by a southeastern chain (Kroger) so they stock many items we have missed since moving. They also have a fantastic gas points program and their gas is fairly priced. One major thing I want to mention here are the cakes. For my son's 6th birthday I looked many places for cakes. Every place I went they want ridiculous amounts of money ($150-$200) for the cake I was looking for. I went to smiths and got exactly what I wanted for $29.99. And the icing was so much better than most of the places I had been that wanted to charge me outrageous amounts. Smith's is now my bakery of choice. read more

Very poor service. Went there to send money and been waiting and waiting on the counter for 15 minutes. So I ask one of the employee and she told me the cashier was on break and wait for 10 minutes. Most of the time that I go there to send money always the cashier on break!!! Poor customer service they have a lot of cashiers how come only one can only help you for that service. read more

I absolutely love Smiths and this my favorite location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Everytime I shop there, they are always smiling and asking how I am. The prices are awesome and if you sign up for their club card, you'll receive customized coupons in the mail *Plus* by using your card, you earn points which you can use towards gas or money off coupon. Another thing I love is their healthfood section, they have a pretty big section of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free products. This store also carries specialty products like pink Himalayan salt, which is great if you like to try new things. Lastly, this location is big in keeping the lines at the register short. What an incredibly bad experience dealing with a completely inept system and staff here. My pregnant wife and I went out to buy groceries for Thanksgiving week here at this Smith's location. We are waiting on a new debit card and so we really only have Google Pay or Samsung Pay to complete transactions, outside of cash or credit cards which we did not have on us. When we entered the store, my wife asked explicitly whether or not they had a functioning Google Pay or Samsung Pay (something any corporately owned chain store should have in 2021) and we were told "Yes, we have Samsung Pay. No problem." We then spent an hour and a half shopping for all the food (and other important supplies) we needed for this holiday week. We then did self checkout, which took quite a bit of time, as you can imagine. Lo and behold, guess what didn't work? Their Samsung Pay didn't function! One of the attendants graciously tried to help us and was very sweet, but had no idea how the app process worked and was unable to help us despite trying multiple registers. The manager then took over and seemed completely uninterested and unmoved by our plight, though we had a very expensive shopping cart full of groceries we wanted to buy - and a hungry, tired pregnant woman who just wanted to get home and eat. She tried an additional register, clearly having no idea how Samsung Pay worked at all. Her attitude was "oh, well!" And with a shrug of her shoulders she just let us know that we were out of luck and that she would not go to any effort to figure out their system or help us. We left our cart full of food and went home. Unfortunately, Albertson's was already closing, but we will shop there from now on, as they are equipped with all forms of electronic payment and a staff that actually gives a shit. I couldn't believe the lack of any empathy on the part of this manager, turning a pregnant woman away during Thanksgiving week, when we were only trying to spend a good deal of money at their store. read more

I normally don't shop here but happened to be on this side of town today & since it's 5pm and traffic is heavy decided to stop and do some shopping with my little one. We went to self check out because my 3 year old autistic son likes to help scan and the few checkouts that where open had lines. When we finished we asked for help because I had coupons. The guy who came over was extremely RUDE from the minute he came over! He tried telling me that they would only except to like coupons for the same item when every other Smith that I've ever shopped at the coupon policy is three of the same coupons for the same item then he called over another guy because I asked to speak to somebody else since all of a sudden this "policy" changed. Now the next guy who comes over tells me that I can ONLY use 2 internet printed coupons total on my order & that they must be in color!! The stories and policies didn't even match what the other guy told me! I shop and coupon all the time. I'm a stay at home mom and like to save when we can. I have never had any issues at any other Smith's. I asked to see their coupon policy and the second guy couldn't even find it. Talk about feeling discriminated against for trying to use coupons and save money?! This store should be ashamed of themselves. I will never go here again! read more

I like this Smiths. It's in a decent location. Its usually clean and they have pretty much everything you could want. Their deli section is extensive. There is a Starbucks inside for a quick pick me up. All of the staff seems nice and helpful. Only thing I don't like is the Smiths app. I don't like carrying around a rewards card so I keep it on my phone which is cool. But it's difficult to scan the barcode off the phone. And you have to have the app for those extra special discounts. You have to be diligent about remembering to check the app. You pretty much need an app for everything now, even groceries... I shop here multiple times a week for food, water, appliances, cooking ware, and alcohol. There is a new assistant who works at night who refused to sell me a bottle of wine because I had my son with me. This, to my knowledge is not the stores policy. I'm quite offended that I had to be inconvenienced to the point where i had to make a second trip in the same night just because I had a seven year old with me. Be careful if you shop here for alcohol at night, she's awfully rude. Besides that the rest of the team is very friendly and the store is clean and well maintained. I'll gladly change my 2 star rating to a 5 star once she is moved to a different department. read more

I came in with my service dog to get some groceries. Usually my dog wears her service vest to let people know she's working, but I didn't put it on her since I was going for a quick shop. Upon entry, I had workers stare at my dog. What really tipped it off was when I was getting milk and two workers had the nerve to say "look. Guess we're a f*cking petsmart now". I've been shopping at my friendly smiths for the last 4 years. I love coming here any time of the day and always able to find everything I need. They always have tons of self check outs open so you can get in and out quickly. Everyone is really friendly and Always helpful. Also, they have a new sushi bar!!!! I love this location! its by far the most beautiful and well put together smiths ive ever been to. With a few isles of gluten free/vegan/vegetarian items it makes shopping with a gluten allergy really easy. And the employees here are always very helpful and nice. HORRIBLE . They sell expired "premium organic" chicken with in accurate expiration dates labeled. I bought their organic chicken 2 days ago for my dogs 10$ for 2 pieces. Not 100% knowing that the chicken was bad. It looked discolored but I figured it was organic so maybe that could be the case. NOT. HES NOW AT THE VET FOR BLOODY FECES Due to this "premium chicken" I'm pissed. My husband bought the same chicken today and when I saw it it was OBVIOUSLY BAD. Gray. Slimy. WTF. Today is the 11th & the day to freeze by(according to the label) is the 17th. SMFH WHO SELLS EXPIRED CHICKEN. Looks like this is knowingly and they didn't wanna lose out on profit. I would give the store a 5 star but the floral department a -5 star. The guy that works in the floral department is a big jerk.... I have stopped by 3 times so far to have a huge floral arrangement made and all 3 times he has told me that he is super busy and that I should come back later. Every time I stop at vons they make one for me right there and then. This is a joke smiths.... he is there for a reason to help customers out. He has failed me every time. PHARMACY SUCKS!! I don't know what happened in the last few months but it's rare to see the same faces behind the pharmacy counter with the exception of two girls. They've screwed up my dates for the last three months or maybe four and I've had to ask to speak to the manager several times to get them to dispense my meds as promised on the phone/according to store policy. It seems that hey make up their own rules when they don't feel like working. There are only two employees there that know how to do their jobs or seem to care at all. The others all seem like they'd be best at bagging your groceries. This is the third time in three months that I called the pharmacy before going to pick up my meds to make sure they were ready to fill and pick up and gotten a completely different response when I got there. Today I got verbal confirmation twice on the phone from Bridgett that my meds were ready. I also mark the days on my calendar. I checked that twice too. They normally fill up to two days early which is good on weekends when you're leaving town early or on a Friday. So after the two calls to them to confirm that everything was ready, I gave them an hour and headed out. Again a different guy behind the counter that I'd never seen there. He said that only one of two was ready or could be filled today. Today is day 28 which is the day I've had my meds filled on for the last several years and it's also their policy to fill two days early. I explained that I confirmed twice that they were ready today. He didn't seem to care the least that I wasted my time and fuel making it there and said that there's nothing he could do but I could come back tomorrow and fill them both. They get one more chance and I'm taking my business elsewhere. I'll be talking to the store manager and head pharmacist Monday as well. If you're considering taking your prescriptions there I'd think twice especially if you have to get them filled on day 28-30 as they've even gone over 30 days leaving me without my medication for three days due to a "glitch". THEY NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED WITH THEIR STAFF AND FIX IT AS THEIR SERVICE IS NOW HORRIBLE. read more

I went to the store to buy a Bragg apple cider vinegar I went to the shelve it's empty because on sale I didn't even know that's it's on sale so I said it's a good deal but need to get raincheck what I did I took their big sign which they still have there small sale tag to make easy asking for rain check while walking to the front by the self check out counter and there's no customer in the front three employee talking in the self check out counter register and I hand the tag to the employee and I'm asking for raincheck and they said they don't give raincheck that's only while supply last and the other one said first come first serve but I don't have time to argue and I'm tried I think I disturb they while there chichating to each other the one in the picture is the tag I bring to them in the front when I'm trying to ask for the raincheck then Ali called the smith in Tropicana they said I can go there and they will give me a raincheck no problem but it's far from my house after 1 hour my daughter text me and said don't worry I got the raincheck so I think the three employee while they chichatting I probably interrupt there conversation read more
