They do not heavily salt the food, which I think is a good thing. It allows the flavor of the fresh ingredients to shine. However, without salsa, you feel the wrap needs salt. As for the wait time, it was longer than we are accustomed to. This is not a fast food restaurant. This is a quality specialty restaurant. If you plan to visit, understand that your food is being made fresh with fresh, healthy, natural ingredients, not food that has been sitting under heat lamps. It will be worth the wait. Just be sure you plan for it. I will definitely be back. Gotta try the burgers.

But they treated me like a loved friend or family member not annoyed at all. She even noticed my military ID when I got my credit card out and gave me that discount automatically.
